Senior Recruitment Consultant

Following the successful set up of THINK Recruitment, we are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead THINK Recruitment to provide capacity and focus in the right areas to generate future growth.

This is a role with a real opportunity to take ownership and make a visible contribution to THINK’s growth. You’ll have responsibility for developing client relationships, winning and delivering recruitment and interim assignments, building our candidate networks and representing THINK externally. There’s also scope to shape how we develop our presence in the fundraising recruitment market through thought leadership, events and partnerships.

For someone who is ambitious and enjoys the commercial side of recruitment, there’s plenty of room to grow. You’ll work closely with the wider THINK team and have the opportunity to build strong relationships with senior clients, develop your market knowledge and take ownership of areas of the business.

It is essential the successful candidate has experience delivering recruitment campaigns, ideally within the third sector. Experience in fundraising or supporting fundraising recruitment would also be helpful. THINK Recruitment places high value on ethical and accessible recruitment practise, so a commitment to running inclusive recruitment campaigns is also key.
