ThinkForward is recruiting a Senior Fundraising Officer to advance the strategic growth of our programme supporting young people into further education and employment. If you are….

· Experienced in engaging supporters and providing an excellent donors’ experience, gained in fundraising, customer service, sales or another transferable role

· Able to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including funders, volunteers and young people.

· Confident in your ability to contribute to ThinkForward’s income generation strategy and workplan, helping build diverse and sustainable funding streams and deliver on ambitious annual and strategic team targets

· Comfortable working to fundraising targets, and within an environment of healthy pressure

· Collaborative in your working approach, with the ability to contribute positively to a team environment

· Committed to equity, diversity, anti-racist and anti-discriminatory practice
