Corporate and Community Fundraising Executive

We are looking for a Corporate and Community Fundraising Executive for an incredible children's health charity to be responsible for developing relationships and stewarding supporters, with a particular focus on community organisations and individual fundraisers.

The role will primarily focus on Community Fundraising but also work with the Corporate Fundraising team.

This is a hybrid role with 4 days in the Surrey office and one day homeworking after probation.

The Role:
Manage the Community Fundraising plan, ensuring key income streams are applied to and managed effectively.

Research and identify new business opportunities within care team locations.

Work collaboratively to recruit, steward and support volunteer fundraisers to achieve their fundraising goals.

Support the Corporate and Community Fundraising team with a variety of events and campaigns.

The Candidate:
Proven experience of building relationships.

Proven experience of demonstrating proactivity and a desire to succeed.

Confident verbal communicator - face to face and over the phone.

Confident presenter.

Strong negotiation, networking and relationship management skills.
