Together Trust now has a fantastic opportunity for aHealth & Safety and Facilities Administrator to join their team!

Hours - 37.5 hours

Salary - £23,412.00 per year

Location – Hybrid with a combination of working from the Together Trust Centre, Cheadle, and home working.

Reports to – Head of Facilities and Health & Safety.

The Facilities teamare responsible for supporting effective and efficient facilities management of the Trust’s premises including offices, schools, a college, residential homes, and day centres. Trust services are within the Greater Manchester area.

Tasks within your role include:

  • Monitoring and maintaining administrative systems ensuring that the records of the properties are accurate and up to date.

  • Liaising with external contractors for example chasing service certificates.

  • Dealing with general enquiries from both other Trust services and outside organisations and individuals.

  • Collating information and providing reports as required.

  • Undertaking routine office work, including word processing for the Head of Service and staff team, includingaccurate and concise minutes of meetings.

  • Acting in a discrete and professional manner,always ensuring confidentiality.

You will have a qualification in Administration or equivalent, or a willingness to work towards a relevant qualification. Efficient and accurate keyboarding skills and ability to use Word, Excel, Access and Outlook. You will have high standard of written and oral English. With the ability to prioritise work and use own initiative you will have an understanding of setting up administrative systems including filing and record keeping.
