We are seeking a Night Care Worker to join one of our supported living care teams in Stockport. You will work as part of a supported living team providing nighttime support for individuals to meet their physical, clinical, health, emotional and social needs with an emphasis on promoting independence, whilst preparing, assisting, and enabling them to fulfil the aims of their person-centred care plan. Safeguarding vulnerable people, both children and Adults is a priority for all employees.

The people we support have a variety of complex needs which may include learning difficulties, Autism spectrum conditions, including behaviours perceived as challenging, mobility, communication, health, and social care needs.

Location – Great Moor, Stockport.

Hours - 20 hours per week (2 x 10 Hour Shift, working 2/7 days on rotational basis, with opportunities for extra shifts to cover holidays)

Salary - £12,490.40 (£12.01ph)

In addition to this basic salary, you can also earn a 25% enhancement for weekend work.

  • 2 yearly salary increments.
  • 27 days annual leave rising to 30 after 5 years and 33 after 10 years plus bank holidays.
