We are thrilled to partner with a charity committed to supporting individuals with life changing injuries, and we are seeking a Data and Systems Manager to join their dynamic team.

The Contract:
This is a part-time, fixed-term (12-month) contract, working 21 hours per week. Enjoy flexibility in your working location, whether it's from the comfort of your home or our office based in Wandsworth. Home-based you will be required to make occasional visits to the office based in Wandsworth, London, and surrounding areas.

* Salary: £30,000 to £38,000 (pro rata), depending on experience

About the Role:
As the Data Systems Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Data Protection Officer, Data Management Group, and Senior Management Team. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining excellent data and systems, along with the associated governance. Through your work, you will enable the charity and its team to transform the lives of affected individuals in the UK.

About you
* Demonstrable experience improving team performance through data and systems
* Knowledge of current Data Protection regulations and a commitment to staying informed
* Excellent interpersonal skills for face-to-face, group, and telephone communication
* Ability to relate to diverse individuals and quickly establish rapport
* Compassionate and empathetic, with the ability to listen, inspire, and motivate volunteers and service users
* Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office, databases, CRM systems, and PowerBI
* Training or experience in presentation, facilitation, and group training
