Salary: £40,000
London based, hybrid working
Office: Farringdon (Monday and Thursday in the office)
Crisis Action works to protect civilians at risk from violent conflict by bringing together coalitions that drive real political change. We are seeking a Development Manager to help secure the funding that makes this work possible.
This is a key role within a small, senior team, with responsibility for high-value fundraising across trusts and foundations, governments and individual donors. You will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Management Team, contributing to strategy as well as delivery, and taking part in SMT retreats.

- Lead high-value fundraising and donor relationships
- Develop and manage funding proposals, reports and stewardship
- Support and shape fundraising strategy
- Maintain strong systems and grant management processes
You will bring:
- Significant experience in high-value fundraising
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and donors
- Strong writing, financial and organisational skills
- A collaborative, mission-driven approach
