An inspiring national charity is looking for a skilled Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to its CEO while also playing a key role in governance, Board support and senior leadership operations.
Permanent | 28 hours per week / Hybrid working (3 days office, 1 day home) / North London / Salary: £31,215 (£39,019 FTE) [

Working closely with the CEO and Head of CEO Office, you'll manage a complex diary and inbox, coordinate meetings and events, prepare briefings and reports, and act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders. You'll also support Board and Committee meetings, maintain governance records, and assist with organisational compliance and risk management processes.

- Experience supporting a CEO, Director or senior leader in a busy environment
- Exceptional diary and inbox management skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and minute-taking experience
- Sound judgement, discretion and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
