Salary: £25.00-£29.89 per hour plus holiday

Are you experienced Head of HR, available immediately.

This educational establishment are seeking an experienced, dynamic Head of HR to drive significant improvements and outcomes over the next 4 to 6 months.

As the Head of HR, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the HR function and employee experience, aligned with commitment to excellence and innovation. Your responsibilities will include.

• Working collaboratively with the Head of Organisational development to refine leadership and management advice and guidance and developing management skills across the organisation.
• Developing a pioneering approach to workforce data, leveraging HR data reporting and analytics to assist with decision-making and strategic planning.
• Focus on elevating the employee experience, specifically around the onboarding and induction processes, to ensure a welcoming and supportive environment for all new hires.
• Develop existing and drive forward new practices to flexible and international working arrangements to accommodate the diverse needs of staff.
• Actively promoting benefits and reward offerings in response to staff survey feedback, ensuring that the team feels valued and recognised.

The skills you will bring to the role of Head of HR will include:

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
• Proven experience in workforce data analytics and reporting, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Extensive experience of HR and organisational development, ideally within public sector or higher education sector
• A strong team player committed to working alongside colleagues to achieve shared goals.
