Housing Coordinator

We're recruiting for a values-led organisation supporting women and children affected by violence, abuse and inequality.
As Housing Coordinator, you'll lead the management of refuge accommodation, ensuring properties remain safe, compliant and welcoming. You'll oversee health and safety, repairs and maintenance, tenancy management, contractor relationships and property compliance, while also managing a small team.
About You
- Experience in housing, property, facilities or supported accommodation management
- Strong knowledge of health and safety and property compliance
- Experience managing or supervising staff
- Excellent organisational and relationship-building skills
- A compassionate and proactive approach to supporting vulnerable people
