Are you passionate about philanthropy and creating transformative change? Do you have a knack for building meaningful relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs)? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to become our Philanthropy Manager, UK.

Attractive Benefits:

  • £45,000 per annum
  • Location: London, UK
  • Working Pattern: Full-time (37.5 hours), with a hybrid arrangement (work from London office at least 1 day per week)

Your Role: As our Philanthropy Manager, UK, you will play a vital role in implementing our philanthropy strategy, focusing on cultivating relationships with individuals who can support our mission at a significant level.

What will you do?

  • Identify, cultivate, and solicit gifts from donors in the major gift range of £10,000 and above.
  • Develop personalised stewardship plans to increase engagement and support.
  • Lead on gift management, reporting, and proposal development for both new prospects and existing donors.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance donor relationships and fundraising efforts.

Your Impact:
