Are you a Senior Rewards professional who has worked on strategic projects encompassing all aspects of pay and benefits?

My client is charitable foundation who are looking for a Senior Rewards Manager. You will be responsible for assessing their current structure, developing a redesign and implementing changes to ensure alignment with organisational goals.

This is initially a 6 month fixed term contact opportunity with the possibility of extension. The role will be mix of home working as well as working from the client's office near Aldgate in East London

You will be an experienced Rewards Manager who is ideally CIPD qualified to Chartered Member level.

The role is very much project focused, requiring a strategic and hands on approach to reward management.

Paying £48,456 pro rota.

Role

  • Lead a comprehensive review of the current reward structure and identify areas for improvement
  • Following review, lead the design of a total reward structure
  • Agree reward principles with key stakeholders, presenting and discussing structure options aligned to the principles and building a total reward structure suitable for consultation.
  • During the design phase, collaborate with key stakeholders, including the Senior Leadership Team, Union Representatives and wider staff
  • Develop communications messaging as appropriate during the different stages of the project.
  • Manage a benchmarking process and recommend adjustments
  • Be responsible for agreeing transition principles, carrying out impact analysis of new proposals per employee, and other data modelling as well as cost analysis to demonstrate the implications of proposed changes.
  • Responsible for managing and implementing the transition from the old to new reward structure within the agreed timeframe.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to communicate the changes.
  • Form a project working group and provide regular updates on project progress and any challenges encountered.
  • Provide Reward skills development training to build understanding and capability of Reward skills with others
  • Provide subject matter expert advice on a broad range of strategic and operational Reward matters
