Service Delivery Manager

TPP are recruiting a Service Delivery Manager on behalf of our client, an organisation providing membership and solutions to ensure the sustained development of a skilled workforce.

The Role:

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee the efficient processing of registrations and card production within the organisation and maintain service excellence in line with client's values, fostering a 'customer-first' culture, and driving operational efficiency. You will also lead, recruit, develop and manage performance as well as coach team members.

Main responsibilities:

*Ensure the timely processing of registrations and cards, maintaining system availability and efficiency.
*Report on operational delivery including team activities, service tickets, service level achievements, issues, risks and mitigation.
*Provide first-contact resolution for customer inquiries, exceeding service levels and providing valuable feedback to internal teams.
*Support business development by providing timely and accurate feedback from customers.
*Lead and develop the Support team, driving performance and continuous improvement.

Essential requirements:

*Experience in leading teams in a fast-paced customer service environment.
*Strong analytical skills and a focus on driving process improvements through data analysis.
*Effective time management and attention to detail.
*Ability to cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders.
*Clear communication and presentation skills.
*Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge (especially Word, and Excel).
