Philanthropy, Engagement and Partnerships Manager - Regional Ambassadors and Direct Fundraising
The Philanthropy, Engagement and Partnerships (PEP) Manager - Regional Ambassadors and Direct Fundraising will advance UWC Atlantic College’s fundraising ambitions by championing an approach grounded in partnerships and volunteering. This role bridges strategic direct fundraising with volunteer network leadership to drive philanthropic growth, long-term engagement, and tangible support for our educational mission.
Acting as the primary staff partner for a well-supported cohort of volunteer Regional Ambassadors, the post holder is responsible for developing a clear Ambassador identification, engagement, and retention plan that fosters solid peer-to-peer connections aligned with institutional goals.
Additionally, the role is accountable for establishing program metrics and objective reporting, effectively identifying and transitioning appropriate prospects into major or transformational strategies with other fundraising colleagues, and achieving agreed personal portfolio activity and annual income objectives.
