What you’ll do

The Head of Employer Partnerships role is to make sure we achieve our partner growth, resubscription and revenue targets. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving sales excellence within the team, and ensuring a sky high resubscription rate. You’ll also establish and develop relationships with partner networks who can help us raise our profile in the early careers space, and secure opportunities to share our data insights with emerging talent and CSR audiences. 

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the Employers team to achieve their objectives, including increasing our partner base, the diversity of our employer partners, and hitting revenue and resubscription targets.

• Shadow the Employer Partnerships Managers on demos and check-in calls. Share best practice, give feedback and support the team to perform as best they can.

• Support the Employer Engagement Coordinator and Partnerships Managers with account management processes and look for ways to improve return on investment for partners.

• Work closely with the New Business Lead to build prospecting campaigns and achieve demo targets.

• Conduct performance reviews and support the team with their development goals.

• Be the point person for escalation of issues related to partners at a high risk of being lost/that have expressed a desire to end their partnership with us.

• Establish and develop lasting partnerships with leading networks in the early careers space.

• Be responsible for the sales and partner retention for a small number of employers, with the responsibilities of an Employer Partnerships Manager.

• Lead on in-person and online events, working closely with our Events and Marketing teams to deliver outstanding and impactful experiences for our employer partners, teacher, student and parent audiences.

Working together

You will line manage the Employer Partnerships Managers and Employer Engagement Coordinator. You’ll work closely with the New Business Lead, Data and UK school and colleges teams, and liaise with the Marketing and Events team on the promotion of events and collateral required. 

You will report to the Partnerships Director for UK and Employers.

Key details

• £52,000 per annum (Grade D) pro rata, plus commission from employer partnerships in your portfolio and performance-related incentives. (OTE £57,000 per annum, pro rata).

The role and responsibilities

As People Lead, you will play a key role in supporting Unifrog employees to work at their best. You’ll help us to retain a happy and effective team by developing great relationships with team members and making sure that all our internal systems and processes are as efficient as possible.

Your key responsibilities:

People operations

• Review, improve, and automate our people processes, including engagement and retention, as well as our people platforms and tools.
   

• Develop, update, and communicate our policies and the employee handbook, ensuring they reflect current laws and best practices.
   

• Collaborate with our People Assistant to manage and maintain Bamboo - our HR system.

  • Maintain employees’ electronic people files, ensuring documents are filed efficiently and that employee data is up to date on Bamboo.

  • Update and track employee time off.
     

• Support the Head of People Operations by maintaining key HR metrics and reporting to support data-driven people decisions.

• Support the onboarding and offboarding processes.

Employee experience 

• Learning and development:

  • Using Learnerbly, track and encourage high-quality usage of our training budgets. 

  • Continually review our professional development policies and processes to support this high take-up.

  • Promote and set up mentorship, shadowing, coaching, and cross-team learning opportunities.

  • Coordinate year-round, team-led training sessions, including an annual “Learning at Work Week”. 

  • Facilitate team training as needed.

• Plan and implement stand-alone People projects to improve employee experience (e.g. employee engagement, recognition initiatives).
   

• In time, help collate feedback from team surveys and work with the People and Leadership teams to put ideas from the team into action.

Unifrog support

• Monitor and manage our People inbox, being the first point of contact for queries and requests from the team (1 day a week equivalent).

• Book hotels, conference rooms and training courses for other teams.

• Work with the Finance team to support the expenses process.

You’ll have regular contact with people across all of our teams, and you should build great professional relationships with team members to deliver an excellent employee experience.

You’ll be line-managed by the Head of People Operations.

The Barbican is seeking to appoint a number of consultants to support the development phase of the National Lottery Heritage Fund-supported Barbican Sculpture Court Revived project. You will deliver a schools-based project across Portsmouth and work closely with schools, community groups and local partners. You may also recruit and support volunteers from Walk Wheel Cycle Trust, helping them contribute to the Trust's goals and objectives. 

What You'll Be Doing 

• Plan and deliver activities and events that give people the knowledge, skills and confidence to choose active travel.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with Active Travel Champions in schools and local authorities, providing advice and support.

• Collect and share success stories, achievements and impact information to promote the work of Walk Wheel Cycle Trust.

• Maintain accurate project records and monitor KPI and project performance data.

Our client is a UK-registered charity dedicated to tackling anti-Muslim hate and supporting those affected by it. Through victim support, research, community engagement and policy influence, the work to challenge Islamophobia and create lasting change.

The Role
The Head of Research and Policy will lead the trust's research, evidence and advocacy work.

Reporting to the CEO, you will develop and deliver the trust's research agenda, including flagship reports on the scale and impact of anti-Muslim hate. You will turn evidence into influential policy positions, lead engagement with government, parliament, statutory agencies and the media, and ensure that the lived experiences of those the Trust support informs policy and practice.

Working closely with the CEO and COO, you will strengthen the trust's reputation as a trusted voice on anti-Muslim hate, producing high-quality research, policy briefings and consultation responses while supporting organisational growth and impact. As a member of the senior leadership team, you will also contribute to strategic planning, managing budgets and overseeing the development of the research and policy function.

This person will work closely with a Research and Campaigns Officer to deliver on overall objectives.

The Person
The successful candidate will bring significant experience in research, policy, public affairs and advocacy, ideally within the charity, equality, human rights or community sectors. You will have a strong understanding of the issues facing Muslim communities in the UK and a proven ability to use evidence to influence policy and decision-makers.

An outstanding communicator and analytical thinker, you will be confident interpreting complex data, engaging senior stakeholders and producing compelling written outputs for a wide range of audiences. A confident public speaker, you will be comfortable presenting to government officials, parliamentarians and the media whilst also able to mobilise others to advocate and campaign. You will possess sound judgement, integrity and sensitivity when dealing with confidential information, delicate issues and vulnerable individuals. Role Purpose

To assist with training and continual professional development (CPD) organisation for RDA’s coaching workforce, supporting RDA’s coaching objectives in line with RDA strategy. Provision of support for the wider coaching team, volunteers and member groups with a continual emphasis on delivery of service and the requirement to increase RDA’s potential to work with more participants.

Specific Responsibilities

• Planning and facilitation internal and external meetings, including agenda distribution, minute taking, and follow-up on actions as required, with support from senior coordinators.
• Processing and recording of paperwork for the coaching pathway and RDA UK activities.
• Assist senior coordinators with the arrangement of training and assessment days.
• Organisation of online coaching modules.
• Assist Senior Coordinators and the Major Project Lead for Coaching and Equine with updating online content and content for coaching modules and resources (including equine).
• Work closely with the communications team to create, upload and monitor coaching and equine social media and marketing content.

The Communications Manager is the sole communications role at LEF and holds a central position within the organisation and for engagement with our partners. As Communications Manager, you will lead on external communications and branding across all LEF’s work and programmes, working with colleagues across the organisation.

The Role

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will work closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to coordinate project activities, maintain project plans and schedules, monitor progress against milestones, track budgets and resource allocation, prepare reports and project documentation, and ensure actions are completed within agreed timescales. Rights of Women (ROW) is looking for a woman lawyer to join our team as a Legal Officer working on criminal law.

The postholder will be part of Rights of Women’s Criminal Law team and will play a key role in delivering the organisation’s core services to women who come into contact with the criminal justice system, often as a survivor of sexual or domestic violence, as both victims and as women who have been criminalised.

The post holder will provide specialist legal advice through Rights of Women’s telephone advice lines, contribute to the design and delivery of training, and support the development of accessible legal information through publications and other resources. They will also support survivor engagement and contribute to Rights of Women’s policy work, driving systemic change for women’s rights. 

The Legal Officer will also play a leading role in maintaining and developing Rights of Women’s online peer-to-peer forum for professionals supporting women survivors. This includes supporting the online community, producing legally accurate and relevant content in response to queries and emerging themes, and contributing to a regular online newsletter. 

Salary: £24,286.81 (21 hours / 3 days) per annum (Gross Pay) plus 3% pension contribution. Full-time equivalent (FTE) salary: £ 40,478.01
