We’re looking for a strategic and creative digital communications leader to join our team, overseeing our digital channels, including email, paid and social media. In this role, you will plan, produce and evaluate all kinds of digital content, ensuring it is engaging and accurate, and aligns with our strategic and income-generating goals. You'll work closely with colleagues across The King's Fund to find interesting stories to tell and use insight and data to craft the right assets for our audience and make improvements to our channels. 

You’ll oversee the delivery of marketing and communications campaigns across multiple channels and enjoy both the creative and technical aspects of channel and community management. You'll be a compassionate and inspiring people manager and a confident communicator.

- At least five years’ experience in digital fundraising and marketing in a charity or mission-driven organisation

- Experience developing and delivering multi-channel digital campaigns with measurable impact
- Experience using analytics tools
- Project management experience

We are looking for a GM RASSO Pathfinder Worker to join the team at MASH and provide support to women.

We believe in choice and empowerment, focusing on the material impact and reality of women’s lives, and how we can work with women to create the change that works for them. We hold a strong belief in women’s assets, talents, skills and abilities. Through our services we partner with women as they access and navigate services to aid recovery and realise their goals.

MASH is the only organisation in Greater Manchester which exists specifically to support women who sex work. Through our range of services we build trusted relationships with women to keep them safer, healthier and more equipped to take control of their lives.

The Pathfinder Partnership was established between specialist VCSE and NHS organisations to support survivors of sexual violence and abuse, who have additional and complex mental health needs that are impacting on their ability to address their sexual trauma. 

The partnership offers consultation, assessment, case management and therapeutic interventions to individuals referred in via the partner organisations. The team is made up of pathfinder workers, Highly Specialist Psychotherapists and has a small psychiatry provision. 

We are looking for a Pathfinder Worker to work within MASH with the aim of supporting women identified as potentially benefitting from a Pathfinder intervention to overcome obstacles in addressing their mental health needs and facilitating them to access the most appropriate mental health support or therapy.

Pause works to improve the lives of women who have had – or are at risk of having – more than one child removed from their care, and the services and systems that affect them. As a Pause Practitioner, you will be responsible for implementing a range of interventions and support measures as part of an integrated package of health, therapeutic and social support. About the role

We're looking for an Activities Coordinator to join our Independent Approved Premises (IAP) based in Havering. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new service which works with offenders as they are released from prison. It is a community based setting, rather than custodial where residents can go out in the community, depending on their Licence restrictions. 

You will play a major part in reintegrating our residents back into the community by coordinating and delivering high quality activities and programmes which work to support individual needs, working in collaboration with the wider team. Some activities may vary but could include days out and visits, awareness days/weeks/months campaigns, cultural celebrations and other meaningful activities to encourage reintegration, and enhance social skills and community engagement. 

About you

We are looking for someone who has a passion to support vulnerable people in making a change, supporting their rehabilitation and providing opportunities for them to make positive change to their lives, to reintegrate into society. You will have a general understanding of the criminal justice system, and/or have experience supporting people with multiple/complex needs. You will be able to plan and deliver a range of activities suited to individual needs and will be confident in understanding the needs of our residents to do this. We look for:

• Experience in coordinating and/or delivering activities and programmes with people from various backgrounds
• Ability to provide advice, support and guidance to a team and residents on various areas
• Ability to work creatively and encourage creativity in others
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral. Ability to form and build effective relationships and rapport with others
• Proactive in making decisions to deal with challenges and providing a solution focused approach and using your initiative
• Ability to use, learn and adapt to IT at an intermediate level, including Microsoft and other software programs
• Ability and willingness to show flexibility of working patterns, responding to the needs of the service and residents

Email Marketing Officer at The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity

Full Time, Permanent

Location: Chelsea, London UK with a minimum of one day a month in Sutton

Hybrid Working: 40% of time in Chelsea/Sutton office, London UK

About the Role

The Email Marketing Officer role is key to our supporter communications. You will work across teams to deliver our email programme, building high-quality, personalised campaigns and engaging content using your copywriting skills. This is a varied role requiring a motivated, organised, and collaborative approach to champion engagement and a data-driven strategy.

The Marketing and Digital team are a creative and supportive team, responsible for The  Royal Marsden Cancer Charity website, email, social channels, brand building, paid advertising  and more. This is an exciting time to join our growing Marketing and Digital team as we shape and improve the charity's brand building and digital approach. The Charity is also committed to its biggest fundraising appeal to date, for a new major development project in Chelsea.

What you'll be working on:

• You'll support the team with the end-to-end delivery of marketing, stewardship, transactional and automated email campaigns.
• You'll create engaging content and brand-aligned creative assets, using strong copywriting and data insights.
• You'll act as a champion for email best practices, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
• You'll continuously develop and improve personalised user journeys to boost supporter engagement.
• You'll analyse email effectiveness using analytics (CRM, Google Analytics) and manage the email testing plan.
• You'll proactively collaborate with internal teams to share insights and ensure seamless, high-quality supporter communications.

This job is for you if…

• you have experience using an ESP such as Adestra or Mailchimp and ability to quickly pick up new digital tools and software
• you have knowledge and understanding of the principles of email marketing best practice
• you have excellent writing, copy-editing and proofreading skills, with an eye for detail and a strong command of the English language
• you have the ability to communicate, collaborate and build good working relationships
• you have strong organisational skills, ability to work proactively and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

• Hybrid working, with 40% of time spent in our Chelsea, London office and a minimum of one day a month in Sutton.

As a Project Worker at our Stacey Street service in Islington, you will play a crucial role in transforming the lives of adults who have experienced homelessness or rough sleeping. By providing compassionate, high-quality support, you’ll help individuals facing multiple challenges, such as mental health issues, substance use, trauma, and offending behaviour. You’ll assist them in navigating their path to recovery and stability by connecting them with vital services, empowering them to overcome barriers and improve their overall wellbeing.

You’ll help them build meaningful relationships, engage with their community, and gain the confidence to lead independent, fulfilling lives. In a dynamic hostel setting, you’ll collaborate with a wide network of specialists, offering a tailored, holistic approach that guides clients toward independence and community engagement. Your work will be instrumental in creating lasting change, inspiring clients to believe in their potential, and helping them break free from the cycle of disadvantage. About you:

• A non-judgemental approach to working with multi-disadvantaged clients and to promote a strengths-based approach.
• Strong team-working and interpersonal skills, maintaining a collaborative approach to delivering service objectives across work specialisms.
• Experience helping people to identify personal goals and supporting them through a process of change, including managing challenging situations in relation to people, including responding calmly to crisis and deal promptly, effectively and safely to complex situations.
• Strong time management skills, ability to work on own initiative, manage competing priorities and maintain high standards.
• Willingness and ability to work on a rota system of early and late shifts, which may include some variable hours including some evenings and weekends.
