The Senior Legacies Manager is a reworked position that will manage relationships with high-value legacy pledges and create and implement a legacy marketing strategy for the Academy. About the role
- Responsible for legacy income of between £2.5-3 million a year
- Management of the legacy portfolio, ensuring excellent stewardship and communications to current and prospective high value pledgers
- Develop and implement a legacy fundraising and marketing strategy following an initial audit of the legacy programme and income
- Work with external legacy administration consultants, preparing reports for SMT and ensuring compliance
- Work with other fundraising teams to develop supporter journeys which include legacy pathways

As an Assistant Housing Manager you will work closely with the Housing Manager to support the delivery of operational efficiency across the Company's six residential sites and services for 206 residents, including leasehold. You will provide excellent customer service to residents and work to ensure that each site is safe, secure and compliant with regulatory requirements. Complex Needs Worker
Morgan Hunt are working in collaboration with a leading homelessness charity based in east London who are in search of a Complex Needs Worker to work with in their 35 bed service for clients who have been found recently rough sleeping in the borough and referred by street outreach teams and StreetLink.
Candidate requirements:
- Pro-actively work with a caseload of clients to assess their support needs and put in place well-being plans
- Ensure clients engaged at the service adequately safeguarded whilst at the service against any internal or external risk
- Referring clients to specialist external agencies including drug treatment services, community mental health teams, probation, immigration issues etc to ensure needs of the clients are met
- Partnership working with all clients to best ensure positive outcomes and providing advice and guidance around longer-term housing options for successful resettlement and ongoing support where necessary
Candidate Needs:
- Experience of casework delivery to a caseload of clients with complex support needs
- Experience of conducting needs and risk assessments and putting in place well-being plans
- Ability to present clients with re-housing options based on their support needs
- Assisting clients to obtain their welfare, housing and related rights
- Experience of referring and Liaising with external agencies on behalf of clients
- Ability to work a shift rota including weekends (no night work required)
- A DBS certificate issued within the last 12 months or registered to the online update service

Duties for this role include:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments, adhering to the board's approval matrix for delegated authorities.
- Supervise the department's data entry process to validate invoices, match them with purchase orders, and ensure accurate coding for authorisation.
- Oversee the accurate and timely setup of new suppliers, following necessary controls and procedures.
- Manage expense payments, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
- Supervise all cash processes, including petty cash and payment runs.
- Maintain the ledger, resolving outstanding invoices and supplier issues prior to each payment run.
- Improve team efficiency by measuring KPIs and implementing process enhancements.
- Ensure objectives for the team are aligned with organisational goals and develop SLAs for direct reports, conduct regular performance reviews, offer necessary coaching, and regular development sessions.
- Provide internal and external guidance on accounts payable matters, collaborating with systems, accounting teams, and other departments to automate processes and support change initiatives.
Based at the organisations head office in South London this Accounts Payable Manager will be required to work in the office twice a week. This permanent position will best suit an individual who has already run an effective accounts payable function of a significant size.
