Green Spot Technologies
We transform food waste into valuable ingredients through fermentation to reduce environmental impact.
Green Spot is a French deep-tech food company with a growing set of brands and partners — most visibly our company brand, GST, and our product brand, Milatea. As co-branding, ingredient-supply and licensing conversations multiply, we need help framing how these collaborations should work rather than improvising the terms deal by deal. Your job is to help us design a repeatable model for brand collaborations that protects our IP and maximises the value each partnership creates for both GST and Milatea.
Responsibilities:
- Help frame our brand collaboration model: how partner brands, GST (the company) and Milatea (our product brand) relate, and where each name appears
- Advise on the legal and contractual structures behind partnerships and co-branding (licensing, ingredient-branding, co-development agreements)
- Shape royalty and revenue-share models that fairly reflect what each side contributes
- Recommend a brand architecture that keeps the GST and Milatea identities clear as new partners come on board
- Flag the risks and priorities so we can move quickly on the collaborations most worth pursuing
You bring:
- Experience structuring brand partnerships, licensing or co-branding deals
- Working knowledge of the commercial and legal mechanics (IP, royalties, revenue share), or comfort working alongside legal counsel
- A feel for brand architecture across both a company brand (GST) and a product brand (Milatea)
- Clear, practical guidance suited to an early-stage deep-tech company making real decisions
