We’re looking to recruit an exceptional individual who can make a big difference to the lives of children and young people in Sutton Coldfield and Birmingham. 

The focus of the role will be to support young people aged 11-19 across Birmingham in various settings, including 1:1 mentoring within schools and during youth clubs and sports sessions at various locations around the city.

A significant focus of the role will be to deliver one-to-one, mentoring support to young carers in schools to raise aspirations, build self-esteem and resilience, and promote positive coping strategies in overcoming struggles they face. You will also be required to support the project leads in planning and delivering youth work activities in youth club and sports settings to engage and build meaningful relationships with young people from a variety of diverse backgrounds.
