Role Overview:
The Social Media Manager will lead our social media strategy to drive engagement through all social channels. From post planning, scheduling and creating content to reporting and optimising our content across both organic social media as well as paid social.
Main Responsibilities:
· Responsible for creating and delivery our social media strategy across all existing and new social media platforms.
· Responsible for the planning, creating, scheduling and reporting of all organic social media content across existing as well as new social media channels.

Role Overview:
The Muslim Hands Fundraising team is looking for a Creative and Brand Manager. This is a 12-month-opportunity to help shape the visual identity of Muslim Hands and deliver campaigns end-to-end, including the 2026 Ramadan campaign. The role would suit an all-rounder who embraces a multi-disciplinary challenge. You will be leading a small team of Creatives who work closely with the marketing and web team and also get involved in other design projects briefed by other stakeholders in the organisation. This means you need to have a sharp awareness of who is working on what day-to-day, spot deadline clashes and help the team set priorities. You will also get involved in design yourself – so you need to be a versatile and detail-oriented designer who can jump onto any project without much introduction and ask the right questions when there is no clear briefing. Just as Fundraising is a fast-changing environment, the work in the Fundraising team can be fast-paced – we are looking for someone who has experience delivering work in this sort of environment, someone not scared of juggling multiple projects and tricky deadlines.

Role Overview:
The Senior Designer will help us deliver creative content which encourages our audiences to take action with us. Working across printed assets (such as mailers and brochures) to video (for feedback emails or social media ads) to digital ads (paid social, display etc.), you will have an array of creative skills and won’t be afraid to think outside the box to deliver content which inspires.
Working at a senior level, you will be comfortable managing your briefs and projects, working to deadlines and communicating clearly with stakeholders across the organisation. You will act as a guardian of our brand, delivering creative which meets brand guidelines.
Main Responsibilities:
· Produce effective creative assets which inspire our audiences to take action with MH. These assets could be across the following mediums, but not limited to:
o Digital static banners/ads
o Video including reels

· Confident working across the full adobe suite, as well as Figma with a willingness to learn new tools as needed.

About the role
As Digital Fundraising Executive, you will manage specific digital campaigns to drive supporter acquisition, engagement, retention and income. You will play an important role in ensuring we provide the best possible online experiences for supporters, and that our content and journeys are as effective and engaging as they can be.
Contract
This role is available full-time (35 hours per week, Monday – Friday) with some flexibility around hours worked, or part-time (at least 28 hours per week). You will work remotely or a hybrid of remote and working in our collaborative, modern office space in Haywards Heath, which is open Tuesday – Thursday and is a short train journey from Brighton, or a 45-minute train journey from London. You will be expected to attend the office for monthly team meetings and there may be a small amount of other ad-hoc travel within the UK.
Responsibilities
- Managing digital fundraising projects, working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and alignment with objectives and budget.
- Oversee digital fundraising projects, to ensure they meet objectives, remain within budget, and achieve set targets
- Collaborate with fundraising teams to integrate digital content and messaging into offline campaigns
- Oversee the full lifecycle of email campaigns, including planning, execution, analysis, and reporting
- Develop engaging onboarding experiences for new supporters to encourage long-term engagement
- Support the Digital Manager in expanding international fundraising through a range of digital channels

- Proven experience in managing digital fundraising projects with timely delivery, adherence to briefs and budgets, and effective results reporting.
- Experience and understanding of key digital marketing or fundraising platforms and disciplines - such as content management systems, email marketing, social media platforms, search and display advertising and ideally experience with GA4.
- Excellent writing skills, with experience in writing strong fundraising copywriting.

The Role
As Fundraising and Administration Officer, you’ll support the fundraising team across our events and supporter stewardship. This varied role will see you work with the team across events and project management, fundraising stewardship and communications alongside incredible international and national travel opportunities supporting Ride Africa and Charity Concierge events.
Key Objectives

Support the Events Officer with the delivery of our biggest ever Charity Concierge season across the summer of 2026 providing support for volunteer recruitment and management, and critical on-site support at various festivals

We are looking for a Marketing Officer (Maternity cover) to play a key support role for Tearfund's fundraising activities within the Direct & Digital Marketing Squad.
The role contributes to the development and delivery of a variety of online and offline fundraising projects for Tearfund's individual supporters. Working with Marketing Executives and Senior Marketing Executives to deliver on ambitious targets with excellence, this role is a great opportunity to learn and grow through hands-on experience of supporting projects that grow income and bring in new supporters to join Tearfund's work of releasing communities from extreme poverty around the world.
Do you have the following experience?
- Experience working in a fundraising, marketing or charity environment
- Project management skills, prioritising competing deadlines while working alone and with colleagues
- Presenting information effectively and responding to questions from managers and external suppliers
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- The ability to work under pressure and manage a varied workload
- Excellent IT skills (we use Google Workspace for everything)
Hybrid working: This role is eligible for hybrid working and you will be required to work from the Teddington Tearfund office and from your home by agreement with the line manager. This currently means around 2 days per month working from the Teddington office, with the rest worked from home.
Contract Type: This is a full time, 12 month maternity cover role.
