Age International are offering a fantastic opportunity for a Programme Development and Funding Manager.

Working within our Programme Development and Funding Team, this role offers variety, and a chance to make a meaningful contribution to our work with, and for older people around the world.

The post-holder will work closely with partners globally, across the programme funding cycle, from the design and development of projects to contract management and reporting. They will also support Age International to build relations and secure funding from a wide range of institutional donors, and to manage one of our key donor portfolios.

This role focuses on helping secure funds for projects which align with our core thematic priorities: healthy ageing, secure incomes, combatting ageism, and inclusive humanitarian action. This is not just about securing funding however, and the post-holder will also be a focal point for one of Age International's strategic areas of focus, helping to share and promote thematic learning across the organisation, and with our partners.

We operate a hybrid working model. We offer flexibility on working from home but require the applicant to be in our central London office a minimum of three days per month. Travel costs to the London office are the responsibility of the postholder and are not covered by the charity.

The service integrates the expertise of local primary, secondary, and voluntary sector providers to offer flexible, holistic and person-centred support for adults experiencing mental health difficulties.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Mental Health Advisor to join the BMHWH team. Working within the Information, Advice and Guidance and Tailored Wellbeing pathways, this role offers the chance to make a direct impact on individuals’ recovery journeys by providing timely, personalised support.

You will manage a caseload, delivering one-to-one and group-based interventions, offering information, advice, guidance and signposting, and co-producing support plans tailored to individuals' goals and needs. You will undertake holistic assessments, and work closely with clinical colleagues at Oxleas to ensure a joined-up approach between clinical and non-clinical support. Your ability to build strong relationships and maintain accurate case records will be vital to support quality assurance, risk management and positive outcomes for clients.

The role requires excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, a commitment to recovery-focused practice, and the ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. You will have experience supporting people with mental health challenges, including those with complex or heightened needs, and a strong understanding of local services in Bromley. A good working knowledge of safeguarding procedures and outcome-focused practice is essential.

Hybrid working is considered in line with our policies, and occasional out-of-hours work may be required.

The Head of Media is responsible for the Spokesperson Network and helping people in NEON’s networks make the most of media opportunities. They lead on strategy, developing high-level media contacts and managing staff associated with the programme. 

You will be someone who knows how to land stories and spokespeople in the media, capitalising on media and movement moments to push the conversation in a progressive direction. The Role

Reporting to our Head of Development, the post holder will be responsible for creating relevant fundraising material and developing fundraising activities, whilst building and accessing a network of Corporate Champions and monitoring performance against the income generation strategy.

You will be responsible for managing and mentoring the Corporate Partnerships and Fundraising Account Executive and together will implement a corporate  stewardship plan that will create meaningful engagement and opportunities for corporate giving and fundraising.

We’re looking for someone with experience of working in corporate or community fundraising, individual giving and/ or events management, who knows how to build and sustain strong relationships with external stakeholders to deliver objectives. 

You’ll also be comfortable delivering compelling partnership proposals and presentations tailored to corporate audiences, and will represent LionHeart at a variety of RICS, partner firm or fundraiser events and other networking opportunities.

What the job involves

We have an opportunity for a Senior Strategic Communications (Campaigns) Officer to join our Strategic Communications, Campaigns and Brand team. You’ll work closely with the Strategic Communications (Campaigns) Manager to successfully plan and deliver major strategic campaigns and key brand moments, taking the lead on day-to-day project management to keep everything coordinated and running smoothly.

As a Senior Strategic Communications (Campaigns) Officer you’ll take responsibility for developing content for allocated big-ticket campaigns and brand moments, ensuring all content is consistent with our brand and tone of voice. The campaigns you’ll be working on will revolve around our brand, high value fundraising and priority campaigns seeking to drive change. You’ll develop content marketing strategies that will tell stories to reach our key audiences. Our current campaigns focus on reaching more men so they can make informed choices about their prostate cancer risk, while also working to reduce health inequalities and better engage Black men, a community disproportionately affected by prostate cancer.

Collaboration is a big part of this role.  Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you’ll help shape high-impact content marketing strategies and integrate key messages across the organisation. You’ll also support the development of creative content for key partnerships and campaigns, ensuring content aligns with our brand and campaign objectives.

The IT Systems & Security Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the IT strategy and operational plans which supports the charity’s vision, mission and objectives.

About the role:

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Trusts and Foundations Officer to join our ambitious Fundraising team. Working closely with the Trusts and Foundations Manager, you’ll contribute to our fundraising strategy and help meet annual income targets. About the role

We are looking for an Activities Coordinator to work across multiple services within the area, to manage the running and coordination of regular activities, events, and trips for our residents. Our service provides support to residents who have multiple and complex needs which could include mental health, substance use, homelessness, and/or offending backgrounds. You will line manage a team of 2 peer support mentors. Our Peer Mentor role is designed for people who have lived experience of that faced by our residents. You will support with all aspects of line management and wellbeing support, ensuring they are well supported within their role. 

As an Activities Coordinator, you will coordinate and deliver high quality activities and programmes which work in support to individual support places and goals, by creating a calendar of activities, celebrations, awareness months/days/weeks and events to encourage social skills and community engagement. You will also maintain effective stakeholder relationships, find new partnerships, and create a catalogue of partners which are easily accessible. 

About you

We're looking for someone who has a true passion to support those who have multiple and complex needs, with a drive to help support those who suffer with homelessness, mental health, and substance use. You will be able to build rapport and trusting relations in a professional setting, and able to build positive outcomes. You will have an adaptable and flexible approach to helping others, with an understanding that each individual has different levels and types of support needs. 

• Ability to use, learn and adapt to IT at an intermediate level, including Microsoft and other software programs.
• Experience of working with people of complex backgrounds and/or a good understanding of the sector
• Experience in coordinating and/or delivering activities and programmes with people from various backgrounds
• Ability to lead a team, and support them in achieving outcomes necessary for personal and professional outcomes

Future Men (FM) is a specialist charity that provides emotional and practical support for boys and young men. We are seeking a bookkeeper to join our team, supporting with day-to-day bookkeeping operations and providing basic team training and support in matters related to finance.

This role will work closely with the Finance consultant to ensure that FM’s finances are transparent, compliant with relevant regulations, and used effectively to support FM’s mission.
