We are looking for a talented and dynamic fundraiser or marketer to join our Fundraising Team in the role of Individual Giving Manager. This is a new and pivotal role, leading and developing UK-Med’s individual giving programme - including appeals, donor acquisition and retention, and developing longer term forms of giving like regular giving and legacies.
This role joins us at an early stage of our public fundraising programme, so there will be lots of opportunities to learn, test new initiatives and shape the function. You’ll be joining a supportive Fundraising and Communications team, working collaboratively to inspire support and reach new audiences.
This role is ideal for someone with ‘Officer’ or ‘Senior Officer’ experience in public fundraising or direct marketing, who is looking to take the next step in their development.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have worked in public fundraising, individual giving or direct marketing.
- Be passionate and motivated about inspiring people to donate.
- Have experience of delivering to income/sales targets and KPIs.
- Have delivered or supported a variety of campaigns including direct mail and email.
- Have excellent writing and communication skills.
- Be comfortable working to deadlines (both planned and reactive) and able to adapt to emerging opportunities.
- Have a genuine interest in humanitarian aid and be willing to learn what’s required to inspire a people behind UK-Med’s mission.

The Woodland Trust is Looking for a Lead Campaigns Manager - Regular Giving Recruitment who will lead the delivery of the Trust’s regular giving recruitment campaign activity, with a focus on growing membership through multi-channel campaigns.
The Role
- Manage end-to-end campaign implementation across offline and digital platforms, working closely with internal teams and external agencies.

About the role
Our Someone Like Me peer support service ensures nobody has to face breast cancer alone. We match people affected by primary breast cancer, as well as their family and friends and those who have inherited an increased genetic risk of developing the disease, with a trained volunteer who’s had a similar experience and can offer support by telephone or email.
In this role, you’ll contribute to service delivery through sensitively and efficiently arranging Someone Like Me calls, whilst working with the Services Manager, Someone Like Me, to coordinate day-to-day management of the service. This will include managing a small number of staff members. You’ll also be involved in organising the recruitment, training, and support of volunteers involved in the delivery of the service.
About you
You’ll be passionate about supporting people affected by breast cancer and helping us to improve the support we provide.
You’ll combine excellent organisational, prioritising and communication skills with the ability to work well with people who may be experiencing high levels of distress. You’ll also have experience of managing staff or volunteers, be supportive and motivated to helping us achieve our aims of supporting people affected by breast cancer.

Award-winning music education charity, the London Music Fund, is seeking a Fundraising & Data Manager from October 2025 to join our small team of 3. The role is varied and interesting, with a fundraising and donor reporting focus – the post-holder will support the CEO with all fundraising for the charity, including writing Trust and Foundation applications, research on new prospects, and managing donor reporting. In addition, we hold 2-3 major fundraising events each year, and this role would support the CEO in all aspects of event management.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
The charity currently raises c. £750k annually from a variety of sources including individuals, trusts and foundations, corporates and events. The key aspects of this role are:
Trusts and Foundations
- Research and draft Trust and Foundation applications, updating the prospects and pending report, managing pipelines.
- Manage the reporting schedule (with the Programmes Manager).
- Collate data for reports and maintain positive relationships with funders.
Individual Donor Relations:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records on Salesforce and SharePoint.
- Respond to donor enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage donor communications, including thank you letters and updates.
- Assist with donor stewardship activities to build relationships and encourage continued support.
- Manage the Scholarship Sponsor reporting schedule (with the Programmes Manager).
- Lead on the management and growth of the Friends Scheme, including developing relationships and reporting.
Data Management and Impact Reporting

About the role
You’ll play a key role in the delivery of our healthcare professional engagement activities. This includes supporting the delivery of our healthcare professional conference, as well as supporting engagement activities both in person and online. As well as helping to support our presence at other conferences throughout the year.
About you
You’ll have experience supporting and delivering events, both in person and online and to an agreed timeline. A well organised person with excellent communication skills, you’ll be managing relationships with key external and internal stakeholders to deliver our healthcare professional events while closely monitoring and ensuring they are delivered to budget.
You’ll enjoy working as part of a busy and high performing team. And will have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to organize your work effectively and prioritise competing deadline.

The Role: Services Manager
As Services Manager at Addiction Family Support, you will coordinate the development and delivery of our core services – ensuring they run smoothly, meet high standards, and continue to evolve in response to the needs of the people we support.
You’ll line-manage our team of part-time Family Support Workers and work closely with staff and volunteers across our helpline, one-to-one and group services, and training provision. We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join the team in this integral role, helping The Access Project achieve its ambitions.
Position: Salesforce Administrator (internally known as Salesforce Coordinator)
Location: Remote (with some travel to London as required)
Hours: Full time, permanent (37.5 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £27,000 - £30,500 p.a., depending on experience (plus £3,000 London weighting, if applicable)

About the Role
You will ensure the effective maintenance and development of Salesforce to support The Access Project’s programme delivery, volunteer recruitment, and partnerships management. You will have full oversight of the system, independently making updates (e.g. reports, fields, custom objects, flows, and user management) and escalating complex needs to Impact Box or the line manager. As the first point of contact for user requests, you will assign and manage queries to ensure timely resolution. The platform integrates with Moodle, requiring collaboration across teams to support online learning and ongoing functionality improvements aligned with organisational goals.
Role responsibilities include:
· Salesforce administration, including managing user roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, and flows.
· Troubleshooting issues, data cleansing and implementing secure system changes.
· Evaluating and deploying Salesforce updates, manage Mass Action Schedulers and document workflows. Advising on system development viability and working in sandbox environments to test and deploy changes effectively.
About You
Someone with previous experience implementing, configuring, or administering Salesforce (1-2 years) would be ideal, as would having experience in an educational or non-profit organisation, but this isn’t essential.
Skills and Competencies:
· Salesforce administration: Ability to manage and maintain user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.
· Reporting and dashboards: Knowledge of how to configure and maintain custom report types, reports, and dashboards
· Customisation and configuration: Ability to configure, build, and maintain custom Salesforce functionality including custom objects, fields, page layouts, process builders, flows, and workflows
· Data cleaning: Good knowledge of Excel to cleanse and analyse data (knowledge of Power Query desirable)
· Integration: Knowledge of Salesforce integrations such as Form Assembly or Zapier (desirable), and how to import and export data into Salesforce using Dataloader, XL Connector, or equivalent

This role is both strategic and operational, involving close collaboration with our board, CEO and colleagues, as well as external contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and qualified accountant, ready to play a key advisory role in a small business and willing to adopt a hands-on approach when necessary. The finance team also includes a part-time finance officer and an assistant.
