*This role sits within a pay grade with a pay range of £26,887 to £42,371. The salary on appointment will be set at the lower end of the pay range, to a maximum of £34,629 depending on the candidate's skills and experience. This approach aims to ensure fair compensation for new hires while maintaining alignment with the structured pay scale for the role.

Context and purpose of role
We are looking for a Digital and Website Officer to join our Campaigns and Communications Team. The role holder will take a leading role in digital marketing, optimising our website using a data-led approach, and maintaining our digital asset management system.
Working with colleagues across the Supporter Engagement & Experience division and the wider business, they will also contribute to the development and delivery of marketing activities that deliver against brand and income targets.
They will work to upskill people across the organisation – including volunteers - to achieve greater impact with digital communications.
Key responsibilities
- Website – act as the GB web admin, working in partnership with the Digital Technical team to manage user journeys and ensure content is high quality and search engine optimised in line with the website strategy.
- Digital marketing – Create and implement digital marketing activity in line with the agreed digital strategy and against agreed return on investment targets. Create and implement digital marketing plans to support advocacy and marketing initiatives for our programmes using relevant digital channels for the target audience
- Content development – source / develop content and assets such as case studies, videos, blogs and images to drive engagement across digital channels including the Ramblers app. Ensure all content is of high quality, permissioned and easy for colleagues to find within the digital asset management system.
- Insight– undertake regular reporting and apply data insights to shape content, campaign and creative outputs, applying a test and learn approach.
- Campaigning - Support policy and public affairs, to influence and deliver messaging to local or national agencies to maintain and improve access to the outdoors for all.
- Fundraising - Support fundraising with business development and income generation through developing and responding to opportunities that meet the aims of the Ramblers and achieve income targets.
- Volunteering - Foster a positive and inclusive volunteer experience, promoting alignment with our values and ensuring volunteers have the necessary resources, training, and ongoing support to effectively contribute to our work

Knowledge and Experience
Marketing - multi-channel marketing experience incl website,digital advertising (Meta, Google (PPC, Display), Google grant) & social media
Digital – experience of managing a range of digital channels including developing and managing a complex website set up, working with a CMS, SEO copy development and Google Analytics set up and management. Knowledge of improving user experience and engagement on owned channels
Branding –understanding of the importance of branding to ensure that everything we do across our comms and our activities helps build the brand
Insights – a curious mind that allows you to develop and apply data and audience insights to strengthen performance
Legal - a broad understanding of copyright and data protection laws.
Skills and Leadership
People – able to build good relationships with others and them develop their digital skills.
Systems - experience of using Drupal, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Salesforce, DAM (desirable but not essential)

Midlands ETS has been working with young people aged 16 to 24 for over 14 years. We are currently based in The Enterprise Centre in Chelmunds Cross, Birmingham and from this Centre we deliver a Study Programme to approximately 60 young people delivering vocational qualifications in Business, Sport and Health and Social Care.

About the Role:
The Trust Fundraising Intern will work in collaboration with the Senior Trust and Foundations Manager to be responsible for securing critical funding that sustains our life-changing programs worldwide. Work Location/Hybrid Working Pattern:
This role will be based at our Head Office in central London. Mothers’ Union operates a hybrid working model. Staff are required to work an aggregate minimum of 90 days per calendar year (pro rata for part timers) at our Head Office, Mary Sumner House in central London. Tuesdays are our anchor days where every staff member is expected to be at the office. The 90 days includes anchor Tuesdays. In addition, Thursday is a core working day where part time staff are expected to work, either at home or from the office as needed.

You’ll bring excellent organisational skills and experience of planning and managing projects with multiple stakeholders, making sure we hit our KPIs and maximise fundraising income. The Trauma-Informed Programme Manager will lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of trauma-informed practice across the organisation. About this key role
As our Senior Caseworker, you will work with participants to agree and regularly review an action plan and help them to carry out actions on their plan via delivering one-to-one and group motivational advice and guidance. We will count on you to provide effective leadership, support and guidance to a team of Peer Advisors in the delivery of flexible services to individuals with complex needs to improve their employability skills and help them move into sustainable employment.
You will also be expected to organise the promotion of the project, coordinating the recruitment and engagement of participants and ensuring each participant has a comprehensive initial assessment of their employment and wider needs, plus develop excellent relationships with colleagues and local stakeholders and identify wider local services that can provide support to participants.
What we are looking for
- The ability to assess the needs of vulnerable clients and provide client-led support to address these needs in a variety of ways
- Thorough understanding of the principles of needs and risk assessment, and care co-ordination/planning, and the ability to coach others in these skills
- Proven record of supervising and supporting a team of volunteers to deliver positive outcomes for vulnerable people
- The ability to use monitoring systems to record all aspects of project activity
- Experience of maintaining accurate financial records and evidencing all spend
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Role Overview:
The Senior Designer will help us deliver creative content which encourages our audiences to take action with us. Working across printed assets (such as mailers and brochures) to video (for feedback emails or social media ads) to digital ads (paid social, display etc.), you will have an array of creative skills and won’t be afraid to think outside the box to deliver content which inspires.
Working at a senior level, you will be comfortable managing your briefs and projects, working to deadlines and communicating clearly with stakeholders across the organisation. You will act as a guardian of our brand, delivering creative which meets brand guidelines.
Main Responsibilities:
· Produce effective creative assets which inspire our audiences to take action with MH. These assets could be across the following mediums, but not limited to:
o Digital static banners/ads
o Video including reels
o Gifs
o HTML5
o Printed collateral such as brochures or mailers
· Confident working across the full adobe suite, as well as Figma with a willingness to learn new tools as needed.
· Be a guardian of our brand, ensuring all collateral produced fits our brand guidelines.
· As part of the fundraising team, you will lead on creative brainstorming sessions to think about how we can create content which further inspires and engages our audiences – putting the audience’s needs at the forefront of all design choices.
· Design tasks may also be needed to support teams outside of fundraising as needed.

About the role
As Digital Fundraising Executive, you will manage specific digital campaigns to drive supporter acquisition, engagement, retention and income. You will play an important role in ensuring we provide the best possible online experiences for supporters, and that our content and journeys are as effective and engaging as they can be.
Contract
This role is available full-time (35 hours per week, Monday – Friday) with some flexibility around hours worked, or part-time (at least 28 hours per week). You will work remotely or a hybrid of remote and working in our collaborative, modern office space in Haywards Heath, which is open Tuesday – Thursday and is a short train journey from Brighton, or a 45-minute train journey from London. You will be expected to attend the office for monthly team meetings and there may be a small amount of other ad-hoc travel within the UK.
Responsibilities
- Managing digital fundraising projects, working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and alignment with objectives and budget.
- Oversee digital fundraising projects, to ensure they meet objectives, remain within budget, and achieve set targets
- Collaborate with fundraising teams to integrate digital content and messaging into offline campaigns
- Oversee the full lifecycle of email campaigns, including planning, execution, analysis, and reporting
- Develop engaging onboarding experiences for new supporters to encourage long-term engagement
- Support the Digital Manager in expanding international fundraising through a range of digital channels
- Monitor the performance of digital fundraising activities, updating plans and implementing improvements where necessary
- Contribute to A/B and multivariate testing to enhance the effectiveness of digital campaigns
- Ensure campaign activities are streamlined and optimised for international audiences
- Assist the Digital Managers and Head of Digital Fundraising with additional projects as required

- Excellent writing skills, with experience in writing strong fundraising copywriting.
