Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage research and insight projects, including quick-turnaround polls and primary/secondary research to strengthen Young Enterprise’s evidence base.
- Coordinate and align data across multiple programmes, supporting colleagues to improve data collection, consistency, quality assurance and reporting.
- Monitor, clean and validate data, ensuring high standards of data quality and completeness.
- Apply creative and innovative approaches to data collection, analysis and visual storytelling, ensuring young people’s voices are represented authentically.
- Stay up to date with external research and sector trends, particularly in education and youth research, building strong peer networks.
- Synthesize and communicate insights clearly through briefings, presentations and the organisation’s Evidence Hub to meet diverse internal needs.
- Support external reporting and dissemination, ensuring funder monitoring and evaluation requirements are met and impact is shared effectively.

About the role
Galop is looking for an experienced LGBT practitioner to provide advocacy and support to LGBT survivors of sexual violence. This post will focus on work with children aged 11 and younger adults up to 30, as this is where there is a rapid growth in demand, but may cover older adults if required.
The post will include criminal justice and non-criminal justice related work. The post holder will demonstrate an ability to undertake advocacy, including risk assessment, safeguarding, support planning and interactions with other professionals. Title: Marketing Officer
Reporting To: Senior Marketing and Communications Officer
Location: Hybrid, working from home and our office based in West London
Salary: £26,500 per annum
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, inclusive of a daily 1 hour paid lunch break

Job Purpose
Managing MHI’s digital channels and campaigns, creating audience-focused content, ensuring brand consistency, supporting partnerships, and delivering marketing initiatives for services including Shout and The Mix.
Key Responsibilities
- Film and edit videos for a range of audiences to support our social media content, our
partnerships, volunteer and fundraising communications and our flagship podcast The Mix Six, using in-app video editing, CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro - Support with partnership specific requests, such as working on creative content and marketing toolkits for multiple audiences, image searches, asset creation and paid marketing promotion for our commissioned partners
- Work from Adobe templates to build on marketing asset libraries and toolkits for partners
- Support the corporate and commissioned partnerships with creative ideation, content development and campaign ideas around key calendar moments e.g World Mental Health Day
- Supporting the Senior Marketing Officer with the onboarding and relationship management of a number of partners and NHS ICBs (Integrated Care Boards)
- Support with community management across our social media channels, responding to enquiries, identifying opportunities and flagging any reputational risks
- Support with marketing campaigns across paid channels including Google Ads, TikTok and other channels as required
- Support the team with data analysis across content and campaigns ensuring optimisation, effectiveness and key learnings are considered as part of our marketing and content strategies for fundraising, partnerships and growth where applicable
- Provide opportunities for staff and our volunteer community to be involved in key moments for the organisation to help amplify our work
- Develop relationships with key influencers who can help promote our services to target audiences
- Support the team with blogs and content for the websites, keeping them up to date and maintained with a focus on best practise in SEO

Person Specification
Essential
- Website management and CMS skills. Wagtail an advantage
- Experience creating a range of multimedia engaging content including social media graphics and videos, blog posts, podcasts etc. for specific audiences across multiple digital platforms,
including website, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook. Adobe Creative Suite experience an advantage. - Reporting against KPIs for content and campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including excellent grammar, punctuation and spelling
- Strong copywriting skills
- Strong planning, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised to manage multiple requests and projects
- Ability to work with others as part of a team, providing support as required, and building and maintaining effective working relationships with individuals in order to achieve objectives.
- Ability to deal with confidential information sensitively and appropriately.

Compliance Officer
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Officer to join a mission-driven organisation dedicated to transforming the lives of care-experienced young people through sustainable employment.

About the Role
As Compliance Officer, you will play a vital role within the Careers Team, working closely with Career Specialists and the Systems and IT Manager to ensure that data is accurate, consistent and captured in a timely way.
High-quality data and reporting are essential to demonstrating impact, meeting contractual requirements and securing funding. You will support compliance across systems and processes, contribute to continuous improvement, and help ensure the organisation meets its obligations under GDPR and data protection legislation.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the Careers Team to ensure data is captured accurately and entered into the database on time
- Support the development, review and continuous improvement of data processes and compliance procedures
- Deliver staff training on compliance, data quality and reporting processes
- Support stakeholder and contract meetings, including evidencing compliance against contractual requirements
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and ICO guidance
- Work with the Systems and IT Manager and senior leadership to ensure organisational compliance
- Support the production of accurate records of service delivery, including monthly reports, KPIs and contract monitoring
- Contribute to a culture of accountability, quality and continuous improvement across the team
