Through creative programmes, studio access, mentoring, and professional development, it empowers young people to build skills, grow their confidence, and pursue careers in the creative industries. From its iconic main space, to our state-of-the-art Creative Studios open to musicians, filmmakers, podcasters and performers aged 13-25, to the newly opened Roundhouse Works, a dedicated creative centre for 18–30 year olds – Roundhouse offers the space, support, and resources to help young people thrive.

The Roundhouse’s 13-person fundraising team has recently increased its ambitious annual target, largely driven by strong performance from the Trusts and Statutory team. Operating within a successful mixed economy model, the charity benefits from a diverse range of income sources – including ticket sales, commercial hires, and an increasingly ambitious programme of grants and philanthropy.

Trusts and statutory funding is a core part of this model. This year’s £600k  Trusts target has almost been met, supported by a strong pipeline, multi-year relationships, and a wide portfolio of fundable work across employability, wellbeing, and diversity. The postholder will also be responsible for Arts Council England reporting.

With programmes closely aligned to youth sector priorities and policy initiatives, this role offers the opportunity to build on solid foundations and contribute to the organisation’s next phase of growth.

As Senior Trusts and Statutory Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage a successful team (Trusts and Statutory Manager and Coordinator), delivering and growing the team’s £600k annual income target
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of trust and statutory prospects by crafting compelling proposals, narratives, and packages of support
• Steward key long-term funder relationships, including Arts Council England, and take responsibility for accurate reporting and statutory funding compliance
• Identify and shape new funding opportunities across a broad portfolio, including youth employability, mental health, creative skills, and inclusion
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across Fundraising, Programmes, and Evaluation to ensure projects are designed with purpose, evidence, and impact
• Represent Roundhouse confidently and professionally in meetings with trustees, funders, and senior stakeholders

Ideal skills and experience: 

• Proven success in securing high five- or six-figure grants from trusts, foundations, or statutory funders
• Strong track record of creatively packaging compelling cases for support that align funder interests with organisational priorities
• Experience managing and growing funder relationships with a strategic and entrepreneurial approach
• Experience managing teams (formal or dotted-line) with a collaborative and supportive leadership style
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a skilled storyteller capable of crafting persuasive funding proposals and impactful reports
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, including board members, funders, and programme leads
• Experience in youth sectors is desirable, as is familiarity with funders such as Paul Hamlyn Foundation, Garfield Weston, and bigger strategic funders
• A strategic thinker with energy, creativity, and autonomy, comfortable working in an environment where innovation and adaptability are essential

Role Purpose 

This role is centered on global identity and access management (IAM), with a primary focus on Microsoft Entra ID. The ideal candidate may bring experience expertise across the broader Microsoft 365 security ecosystem: Intune, Defender, and Sentinel. dmap for identity and security technologies while ensuring a secure, compliant, and well-governed environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for hybrid Microsoft Entra ID, by providing strategic guidance, technical leadership, and hands-on support for identity and access management initiatives 

•  Configure and manage Conditional Access, PIM, and RBAC to enforce adaptive access controls and identity governance aligned with modern security frameworks emphasizing continuous evaluation of user, device, and session risk 

• Configure and troubleshoot SSO, Provisioning, and any other MFA integrations with enterprise applications 

• Track and incorporate operational/incident trends to evolve enterprise IAM and security posture 

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity and endpoint security issues in real time 

• Maintenance of Microsoft Intune, to support device compliance, configuration profiles, and related security controls to improve security postures 

• Maintenance of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, with a strong understanding of threat protection, attack surface reduction, and endpoint detection and response 

• Maintenance of Microsoft Sentinel, to aid in building and managing analytics rules, workbooks, playbooks, and incident response workflows within a SIEM environment 

• Perform cloud security analysis, configuration assessments, and develop tailored recommendations for internal teams and external clients 

• Provide technical guidance and support for Microsoft 365 E5 security services, including solution design, implementation strategies, and operational optimization. 

The ideal candidate

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Security, cloud architecture, IAM or related roles 

• Experience architecting and implementing IAM strategies 

• Solid experience with KQL, PowerShell, and automated policy deployment 

• Experience designing and implementing policies and procedures related to: Cloud tenant security (O365), Conditional Access, PIM, MFA, Auditing, logging, threat detection 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or related technical field (or equivalent experience) 

• Preferred certifications: 
  Microsoft certifications such as Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Security Operations Analyst Associate, or Information Protection Administrator 
  CISSP, GIAC, Security+, or other relevant IT security certifications 

• Previous work in technical consulting or client-facing security engineering roles 

• Deep understanding of hybrid Active Directory configurations and cloud-native identity governance 

• Working knowledge of Defender for Cloud, Sentinel playbooks, and advanced security workloads 

• Integration of HRIS or ERP tools with Entra and AD

Fine Cell Work (FCW) is a charity and creative social enterprise committed to the rehabilitation of people in prison, and post-release. Our innovative Open the Gate (OTG) programme at our Battersea Hub offers work experience, volunteering opportunities, accredited training, mentoring, and signposting support to participants/ Apprentices at any point on their resettlement journey.

About the role:

We are now looking for an experienced and dynamic Engagement and Support Officer (ESO) to join our team. The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by people in contact with the criminal justice system and will work proactively to establish meaningful and sustainable cross-referral pathways with external agencies. They will nurture a professional, inclusive, and safe working environment; use their knowledge, insights, and expertise to support tangible outcomes for all Open The Gate participants; and develop the wider programme offer in line with our organisational objectives.

In line with our risk management policies and processes, the successful candidate for this role will be expected to support Open the Gate Apprentices with a range of offending histories.  Fine Cell Work does not discriminate on the basis of offence, and welcomes applications from any participants who believe they would benefit from the programme. 

Key responsibilities:

1. Nurturing a professional working environment where Open The Gate Apprentices are supported to achieve their potential.

2. Building and maintaining referral partnerships with external agencies [including HMP resettlement teams, probation services, approved premises and community-based organisations supporting prison-leavers] to increase participant numbers and sustain engagement with Open the Gate.

3. Coordinating applications and referrals for prospective Apprentices, gathering relevant information for dissemination to the wider team.  

4. Working with colleagues in the Programmes team to develop risk management and support plans for each Apprentice, using information regarding offences, licence conditions and risk areas, liaising closing with the probation service and other agencies where relevant.

5. Ensuring timely, accurate, and safe recording of all information and personal data.

6. Case management of Apprentices, including action-planning and goal setting in consultation with the Workshops Manager, supporting Apprentices to achieve work-ready outcomes in an agreed period.

7. Providing day to day practical, pastoral, and sign-posting support to a caseload of Apprentices and providing ad-hoc support to graduate Apprentices when required.

8. Working with the wider team at Fine Cell Work to develop and coordinate a series of employability and creative wellbeing workshops for Apprentices.

9. Supporting small grant application processes on behalf of Apprentices.

10. Responding to safeguarding concerns in line with Fine Cell Work policy and procedure.

11. Supporting the Volunteer and Programmes Manager with the delivery of the Service User Involvement Strategy and championing service user involvement across the organisation more broadly.

12. Supporting the Volunteer and Programmes Manager to recruit and deliver training to mentors and other volunteers in roles supporting Apprentices.

Working with the Volunteer and Programmes Manager to develop and enhance the Open the Gate mentor offer including as the first point of contact for mentors pre- and post- mentoring sessions. 

Knowledge and Skills for the role of Engagement and Support Officer:

Essential

• The ability to build rapport, establish trust, and work non-judgementally with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
•  At least 3 years’ professional experience working with adults in contact with the criminal justice system, assessing needs and risks, and formulating support plans.
• Excellent organisational skills and an ability to manage competing priorities on a daily basis.
• Experience working alongside probation and other key workers to formulate risk management plans in line with licence conditions.
• Demonstrable experience of adult safeguarding and a proven ability to assess, manage, and effectively communicate risks and vulnerabilities.
• Demonstrable experience in seeking opportunities to increase referrals and build new referral pathways.
• A proven track record of case management, and experience ensuring all case records and caseload processes are clear and up to date.
• Experience in impact monitoring and evaluation and working to agreed targets and tangible outcomes, including supporting the writing of reports to Senior Managers.
• The ability to cope with the inherent challenges and demands of the role, maintaining well-being while effectively supporting Open The Gate Apprentices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a willingness to seek support when needed including accessing clinical supervision regularly.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development.

Desirable

• Up to date knowledge of housing support, the benefits system, barriers to employment and other challenges facing people post-release.
• Experience of IT systems including Salesforce or other database management platform.
• Experience of working alongside volunteers.
• A knowledge of Trauma-Informed Practice.
• An interest in, or appreciation of, the value of creative education

Location: Battersea, London 

This is a full-time (37.5 hours a week), permanent role, and is primarily office-based. 

Salary:up to £30,000, based on experience.

Senior Youth Worker

Salary: £28,000–£32,000

Could you lead and inspire youth work across Wallingford and Didcot?

We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic youth worker to take a lead role in delivering and developing our youth provision in both towns. You’ll lead our youth provision in Wallingford, which includes open-access youth clubs, detached, an LGBTQ+ youth group and holiday activities. You’ll also deliver youth work in Didcot and support our wider team. You’ll supervise and develop volunteers, champion youth voice, and ensure our provision responds to young people’s ever-changing needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing the community youth provision in Wallingford
• Building meaningful, trusted relationships with under-served young people to support their personal and social development
• Delivering youth work sessions in Wallingford and Didcot across open-access, detached, outreach and mentoring provision
• Supervising and supporting volunteers
• Promoting youth voice and participation across all provision
• Acting as Designated Safeguarding Lead when required
• Ensuring delivery meets safeguarding and organisational standards
