• Manage your own caseload of residents, delivering high-quality, day-to-day support. Helping individual who have experienced homelessness, with a person-centred approach support them to achieve goals, retain accommodation and explore move on options into the community.
• Focus on supporting and building/developing residents essential life skills, emotional support, and harm minimisation strategies.
• Build positive relationships and communicate effectively with clients, internal colleagues, and external partners.
• Implement key support processes including comprehensive support planning, risk assessing, and safeguarding vulnerable people.

About You and The Role

CPRE is looking for an experienced People Manager to lead our HR function and help shape a positive, inclusive and values driven culture across the organisation. Reporting to the Director of Finance & People, you’ll provide strategic HR leadership while ensuring high-quality day to day support for colleagues, managers and the Senior Leadership Team.

This is a varied and influential role. You’ll take ownership of our People Strategy, review and improve systems and processes, and oversee all aspects of the employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to learning, development and performance. Outreach Inclusive Recovery Worker

About The Role

The Food Bank Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and delivery of Southwark Foodbank, ensuring people experiencing financial hardship can access emergency food with dignity, compassion and respect.

The postholder will coordinate Foodbank sessions, support volunteers, maintain effective operational systems and build positive relationships with clients, referral agencies and community partners. Working closely with the Manager: Financial Resilience & Food Security, they will ensure the Foodbank operates safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

Main Responsibilities:

• Foodbank Operations: Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of Southwark Foodbank sessions, ensuring they are well organised, welcoming and responsive to local needs. Prepare Foodbank sessions by ensuring food, equipment, resources and information are available where required. 

• Volunteer Coordination: Coordinate and support volunteers during Foodbank sessions, ensuring they feel confident, informed and valued. Act as a first point of contact for volunteer enquiries and support volunteer induction and ongoing engagement.

Sheffield Children's Hospital Charity is seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Community Fundraising Manager to play a key role within our Community and Events team. You will manage a diverse portfolio of fundraising campaigns and projects, develop meaningful supporter relationships, and create exceptional experiences that encourage long-term support, helping to grow income and maximise impact for children and young people.

About the role

In this key management role, you will work closely with the Head of Community and Events to deliver our community fundraising strategy and business plan, driving income growth while ensuring exceptional supporter experiences.

The Woodland Trust is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to help us deliver strategic and operational support service plans.

The Role:
•    Manage and deliver a successful call centre/back office operational process.

What you'll be doing

As a Care Practitioner, you'll:

• Provide dignified, person-centred personal care and support in line with individual support plans.
• Support individuals with health care needs and complete health care procedures following appropriate training and guidance.
• Promote independence, self-help skills, community involvement and positive outcomes.
• Recognise and appropriately respond to distressed behaviour, safeguarding concerns and changes in health or wellbeing.
• Support colleagues, including staff who are new to the role or completing their probation.
• Take on Shift Leader responsibilities when required, including delegating duties, supporting medication and stores processes, liaising with families and professionals, and escalating concerns appropriately.

You'll be supported throughout your development, with comprehensive induction, refresher training and opportunities to complete relevant professional qualifications such as an RQF/NVQ Level 2 or 3.

About you

You'll ideally have at least one year's experience in care and be ready to take on more responsibility and lead shifts.

Most importantly, you'll be caring, reliable and passionate about supporting people to live the lives they choose.

You'll also need to:

• Be flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• Be comfortable working as part of a team and taking responsibility when required.
• Have basic IT skills, including Microsoft Word and email.
• Have good English reading and writing skills and basic numeracy.

The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Venue Systems and Business Administrator to support the smooth running of our venue hire business. Working as part of the Clio Venue Sales Team, you will provide essential administrative, financial, systems and reporting support, helping to ensure accurate data, efficient processes and excellent service for clients and colleagues.

In this role, you will help maintain the venue booking and event management system, issue invoices, monitor payments, support financial reconciliations, prepare reports, and contribute to improvements across bookings, sales and operational workflows. You will also support good data management practice, including GDPR compliance, accessibility reporting and accurate client and event records.

The ideal candidate will be confident working with systems, data and administrative processes, with strong attention to detail and the ability to build effective relationships across teams. Experience in events, finance, administration or business support would be beneficial, although we also welcome applicants with transferable skills and a proactive approach to learning.

You will act as a contributing member of the hard-working 12-person Hospitality team, and this is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting the operational, financial and data-driven success of a busy London venue while working within a collaborative and values-led organisation.
