Key Responsibilities

• Deliver warm supporter stewardship to fundraisers including making welcome calls, collating and posting out fundraising packs and attending fundraising events.

• Handle supporter enquiries via email and telephone

• Produce reports on supporter trends, and identify prospects to support growth

• Manage delivery of key challenge events including the London Marathon

• Own Fundraising Event Calendar - collaborating with Communications Officer on planning and drafting marketing

Role Description

The Funding and Insights Officer supports the Head of Funding and Partnerships (HFP) in delivering HACT’s fundraising and income generation objectives in line with the organisation’s business strategy. This role focuses on identifying new business and funding opportunities, conducting market, sector and competitor research, and generating actionable insights to support HACT’s marketing, customer engagement, and income generation strategies.

The postholder will play a key role in shaping HACT’s understanding of the external environment, including trends in housing, social impact, and innovation. Reporting to the HFP, they will contribute to fundraising applications to trusts, foundations, and corporates, support the services team in developing compelling and proposals for HACT’s research and consultancy work, and carry out desk-based market research to inform the activities of the marketing and customer teams.

The role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritising effectively to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct market, sector and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks relevant to HACT’s programmes and services
• Produce intelligence reports and briefings to inform marketing campaigns, customer outreach, and strategic planning
• Identify and assess potential funders, partners, and clients aligned with HACT’s mission and services
• Support the HFP in preparing proposals, funding applications, and sponsorship pitches
• Support the HFP to produce compelling performance and evaluation reports for funders and other donors
• Maintain and update a bank of proposal templates and sector insights
• Support the services team in the development of professionally written proposals
• Collaborate with marketing and customer teams to target organisations and contacts for campaigns

The Role
The role of a Senior Programme Coordinator is ensuring the smooth running of all programme related events and providing support services to Associate Fellows. This will include having a full understanding of all the SEO London programmes; understanding the relevant industry that the programme supports; how these fit into the SEO London organisation and using this knowledge to liaise with students, young professionals and client/partner firms to run, organise and market successful events.

In turn this role will be responsible for using data to run reports to show the impact of each programme. Programme Delivery and Logistics

· Responsibility for the scoping and delivery of key projects and events based on a strong understanding about the required outcomes from the partner firms and participants.

· Responsibility managing an end-to-end project, including managing to deadlines/time management/project mile-stones, along with resource planning and stakeholder as well as identifying and signing up volunteers, participants or partners for the events.

Participant Management and Marketing and Communication

· Responsible for finding and sourcing more participants via outreach lead, as well as having overall accountability for maintaining and developing strong participant relationships. Accountable for ensuring appropriate employability tools are delivered via the coordination teams.

· Responsible for using marketing techniques to adapt the relevant promotional outcomes needed for both participants and the sponsor firm, including being aware of the full range of channels available and to ensure that the marketing communications is targeted to the right audience, at the right time with the right message.

• Assess clients face-to-face in community settings to develop tailored support plans.
• Develop and implement resettlement plans to help clients exit homelessness urgently and sustainably.
• Provide short/medium-term tenancy support and refer clients to longer-term services to prevent tenancy breakdown.

About you

As the successful candidate, you will have;

• Experience working with vulnerable people with complex needs is desirable.
• A proactive, empathetic, and flexible approach to client support.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.

Look Ahead's Hammersmith & Fulham Mental Health Service is a Mental Health supported accommodation which is a pathway service for people to work towards their independence.

As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting our residents to help them to enhance life skills and increase independence and manage their health. This also includes tenancy management and other life skills.

Support Workers in the service work across all 3 projects in Hammersmith and Fulham; working with customers with varying levels of support needs. Many of the customers have complex needs including dual diagnosis and Support Workers are expected to liaise with other agencies within the borough to best support customers. Support Workers are expected to support customers on their journey to independence in a person-centred, non-judgemental way, whilst adhering to the Look Ahead core values.

The work schedule for this position follows a 5-week rotating pattern. It involves working on weekends and bank holidays. In this 5-week cycle, there are two weekends off and one full weekend of work.

We are looking for a Senior Challenge Events Fundraiser to join our team at Scope.

As the Senior Challenge Events Fundraiser, you will help shape and deliver our Challenge Events Fundraising strategy. You will develop new ways to engage supporters, review and improve our fundraising events, and make sure our activities are inclusive and impactful.

Permanent, Full time (35 hours a week)

The role

The role is focused on challenge events, with a combination of responsibilities across product management and event delivery.

You will:

· Help develop and implement Scope’s Challenge Events Fundraising strategy, using new ideas and feedback from supporters.

· Manage and deliver fundraising events and products from start to finish.

· Build and maintain relationships with individuals, groups, and organisations fundraising for Scope.

· Put our supporters first by developing inclusive supporter journeys and materials.

About you

We are looking for a passionate and experienced fundraiser. Someone who can meet and exceed income targets for their events and products.

You will:

· Have a proven track record in fundraising.

· Be experienced in managing and coordinating challenge event participants.

· Be experienced in analysing past campaigns and evaluating programme performance over time.

· Have in-depth understanding of fundraising principles, techniques, and best practices.

· Have experience in project management and managing campaigns with multiple stakeholders.

· Have experience in managing external agencies and working with internal creative teams.

· Be familiar with innovation experience within challenge event fundraising.

· Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with donors, volunteers and stakeholders.

· Have the ability to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies and campaigns.

· Have proven ability to meet or exceed fundraising targets and goals.

· Have strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess fundraising performance and make data-driven decisions.

International Aid for the Protection & Welfare of Animals (IAPWA) is a UK-registered animal welfare charity dedicated to creating a better future for animals in need. As our Challenge Events Manager, you’ll lead, grow and deliver a programme of UK and overseas challenge events that inspire supporters and generate vital income for IAPWA.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Delivery

• Develop and manage an annual portfolio of owned, third-party and virtual challenge events
• Lead on budgets, timelines, risk assessments and operational plans

Purpose

We are looking for a proactive and organised individual ensuring that all of Ella’s premises,  including the office, community hub, and safe houses,  are safe, compliant, well-maintained, and a welcoming environment for staff and service users. This role combines practical facilities work with proactive oversight of supplier management and property maintenance systems.

You will play a key role in maintaining the smooth daily running of our operations, managing contractors and compliance records, and supporting Ella's growth and improvement in facilities management.

Facilities management

• Oversee the maintenance and smooth operation of Ella’s office, community hub, and supported accommodation.

• Manage supplier and contractor relationships, including procurement, tendering, and ongoing performance monitoring.

• Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments across all properties, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard.

• Maintain clear records of repairs, inspections, and contracts in the central facilities log.

• Ensure the office and community hub are fully equipped, stocked, and operational, maintaining an organised and professional environment.

• Ensure accurate stock records are maintained and inventories are completed across all sites.

Property inspections and maintenance

• Conduct regular inspections of all Ella’s properties to identify and address maintenance and safety issues.

• Manage the safehouse repairs and maintenance log, ensuring timely responses and communication with caseworkers and residents.

• Carry out minor maintenance and repairs directly where appropriate (e.g. light bulbs, fixtures, storage organisation).

Health, safety, and compliance

• Act as the main point of contact for health and safety matters in the Operations Manager’s absence. 

• Ensure that all properties comply with statutory safety and maintenance requirements, including fire safety, gas, and electrical checks.

• Conduct regular health and safety audits and risk assessments, escalating issues to the Operations Manager as needed.

Systems and administration

The role:
