In this unique and exciting new role you will lead, manage and deliver high-level effective campaigns within a commercial environment. In addition to forms of advertising, we are looking to strengthen our inhouse expertise with additional channels such as Display and Programmatic advertising as appropriate to achieve our advertising goals. Working with the Senior Head of Digital and team, you will be required to plan, develop and execute high quality, engaging digital campaigns which attracts and retains key stakeholder groups (donors, veterans, influencers etc.) inspiring them to take action.
As the Senior Digital Campaigns Officer you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing plans to engage and recruit supporters for a diverse range of events to achieve annual targets. Working with our Challenge Events Manager you will also ensure that our events website is accessible, optimised and kept up to date and will develop new initiatives, using a digital first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
· Working with the Digital and Challenge & Community teams to implement and maintain comprehensive digital strategies for our challenge & Community events that encompasses all areas of our digital communications to achieve fundraising goals. Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to agree metrics and performance data
· Plan, construct and execute paid campaigns for the charity. Optimising engaging campaigns across primary platforms including social media, SEM, SEO and display advertising as appropriate
· Create structured A/B tests and perform analysis to identify levers impacting channel performance. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve the ROI of campaigns
· Understand CRO techniques to improve conversion rates
· Document and present results to internal stakeholders fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration and continuous learning.
· Staying updated on emerging trends in digital fundraising, advise and support the Challenge and Community team on website, digital systems and digital best practice, new technologies and ways of working and propose innovate ideas to enhance our fundraising efforts and income streams

Person Specification:
· Significant experience working in a similar role with large income and expenditure budgets
· A proven track record of successfully managing and leading on the development of digital marketing programmes in a large complex organisation.
· Deep understanding of digital marketing tactics and strategies to manage digital campaign budgets, optimisation of spending and maximising of ROI
· High level of technical skills and ability including use of marketing automation tools – ie. CRM systems, Google AdWords, SEO, analytics packages inc Google Analytics 4, and ad management platforms
· Ability to interpret data insights, conduct A/B testing and make data-driven decisions to optimise campaign effectiveness to achieve goals
· The ability to think creatively and prioritise workload and manage own time effectively to meet deadlines

We are currently seeking two dynamic Practitioners to join our Young People’s service (Yuva), working directly with young people using abuse and violence and their families.
Domestic Violence Intervention Project (DVIP), a division of Richmond Fellowship since 2018, has been a leading provider of Respect accredited community perpetrator programmes working to stop domestic violence, increase safety for women and children, and reduce harm to families for over 29 years.
This role works within the Yuva team to develop and deliver intervention and safety programmes to families affected by Child to Parent Violence and Young People’s Intimate Partner Violence. This role requires a robust and detailed understanding and experience of working with adolescent development, domestic abuse, child abuse and trauma, and the impacts of these on young people’s development. As well as a good understanding of the nature of domestic violence and its effects on women and children, and on the parent-child relationship. You will have experience of providing direct work with young people and their parents/carers, working flexibly but robustly and supportively, responding to challenging or harmful behaviour to facilitate change. You will have experience of providing structured one-to-one and/or group-work counselling or behavioural change interventions, and of working with both children and adults from diverse backgrounds. You will have an excellent understanding of Safeguarding procedures and be confident working both independently and as part of a team, working closely and collaboratively alongside partner agencies such as Child Services and Youth Offending Services. Candidates with undergraduate degree level qualifications in relevant fields will be considered, alongside those with extensive experience working in the domestic abuse field with young people.
You will have the opportunity to play a key role in developing DVIP’s young people’s services, working in partnerships with a range of statutory and voluntary agencies to deliver effective community responses to domestic violence, in line with RESPECT practice standards. Day to day, you will be working flexibly across a number of locations (including regular days working co-located within Local Authority Children and Families Services, and providing outreach in schools and other relevant or referring services) managing referrals, assessing risk and suitability for therapeutic intervention, and engaging families.
In this rewarding role you will be working directly with young people and their parents/carers, delivering structured interventions to increase safety, as well as providing specialist support to other professionals working with families experiencing abuse, through provision of expert consultations and training.
You will be able to work independently and flexibly, including some early evenings, in areas where DVIP is contracted, for part of the working week. You will be comfortable managing your own workload and related admin, and you will be able to communicate clearly with a range of people about sensitive and complex issues, including the writing of professional reports.
This is a permanent full time role requiring the post-holder to work 37.5 hours a week. The role will require working across Surrey and a driving licence/use of a care are highly recommended.

We are recruiting a Fundraising and Engagement Assistant apprentice to provide outstanding data management, supporter care and assist the Challenge Events Fundraising Officer and wider fundraising team to support our income generation.
What you will do:
Support the Fundraising team to uphold a high level of supporter care with a view to retention and increased engagement.
Efficiently and accurately process and reconcile all incoming donation information, received daily, weekly and monthly from multiple digital sources, onto our database and acknowledge these within agreed timescales.

The apprenticeship programme is due to start in September 2024, provided by the Juice Academy - an industry-led apprenticeship provider. They are partnered with Jane Montague Consultancy to deliver the 13-15 month Fundraiser Level 3 programme. Apprentices work on the job within a charity whilst receiving 20% off the job training from current industry experts. The training sessions are a hybrid of face-to-face learning (two optional in-person days) in Manchester, and virtual half-day classrooms via Zoom. Apprentices also receive the on-the-job training in the workplace. The final three months of the course will be the ‘assessment period’ during which apprentices go through an End Point Assessment and are graded a pass, merit or distinction. Apprentices currently have a 94% distinction rate. The Juice Academy are part of the Apprentify Group, and development coaches support apprentices throughout the programme.

The purpose of this job is to contribute to the delivery of Mind's media strategy in Wales.
This includes securing target levels of media coverage and building and maintaining contacts with Welsh and English language journalists across national, local and trade media in Wales. Raising Mind Cymru's profile, promoting the work of Mind and the local Mind network in Wales and improving media portrayals and public perceptions of mental health issues.
As Senior Media and PR Officer (Wales) you will be a part of the Mind Cymru directorate and report to the Head of Communications, Marketing and Media (Wales). You will also work closely with the Mind Media and PR team, in particular the Head of News, in Mind's Social Change directorate.
You will devise and implement media strategies including press releases, celebrity engagement, photo and filming opportunities and digital content for organisational campaigning, policy and profile-raising priorities in Wales. You will also handle reactive enquires on the news desk, provide media support to our network of local Minds and shops and provide support with reputational risk issues.

About the role
You will support fundraisers across the schools audience, providing them with a remarkable experience and keep them coming back to the charity.

Right now, one of our partners, Richmond Fellowship, is looking for an Employment Specialist to join their Surrey Employment service. We help individuals with mental health problems to find paid employment or return to their current role after a period of ill health. We also assist employers and employees to successfully resolve mental health problems in the workplace. But, it’s only possible with the help of people like you.
Your challenge? To do everything you can to help the individuals we work with to source appropriate work experience placements and paid roles with local organisations/employers. Day to day, you’ll offer support, careers advice and guidance, helping people to set their own recovery and employment focused goals and provide training in personal and skills development such as CV preparation, interview techniques etc. You’ll also be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive links with community mental health teams (CMHRS), Early Intervention Into Psychosis (EIIP) Teams, partner organisations, local employers and other relevant agencies and have the initiative to develop and promote the service. Additionally, you will have responsibility for maintaining efficient admin systems to ensure referrals, assessments and reviews are completed in a timely manner.
As well as a good understanding of the IPS model of working, mental health problems and the issues and barriers this can create for our clients, you’ll need excellent motivational, presentation and listening skills and a willingness to travel in the local area and to work outside of office hours as required.
There is one vacancy being recruited for covering a smaller geographical area of East Surrey however the delivery is Surrey and borders wide. The successful candidate will be based in Leatherhead office. The post-holder will therefore be a car driver, with access to their own vehicle.
This is a permanent part-time role requiring the post holder to work 22.5 hours per week.

Role Objective
To work with the Commercial Marketing Manager to drive commercial interest in Kooth Digital Health’s services in the UK healthcare setting by supporting the delivery of multi-channel campaigns, online and in-person events and customer database management.
Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Delivery:
- Working closely with the Commercial Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and logistics of various commercially focused campaigns ensuring deadlines are met and key milestones and metrics are achieved.
- Assist in planning digital marketing campaigns, providing support in defining objectives, identifying target audiences, and coordinating campaign logistics.
- Aid in the management of content on our digital platforms, such as email, social media, and online advertising, by helping with scheduling, monitoring engagement and responding to inquiries.
- Provide assistance in the implementation and management of email campaigns, ensuring proper organisation of workflows and automated drip campaigns, and helping with metric tracking to inform continuous improvement and conversion rate optimisation efforts.
- Support the creation of digital content by collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure materials align with campaign goals and adhere to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Event Management:
- Assist in planning and coordinating in-person and online events, including conferences, roundtables, seminars and webinars. Travelling domestically and overnight stays will be required on occasion.
- Support logistical aspects of events, such as venue selection, travel arrangement, and coordinating with vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee the creation and preparation of event materials as required for in-person events, and manage the use of tech solutions ensuring seamless technology-driven experiences for our online events.
- Provide on-site support during events, overseeing set-up, managing schedules, and troubleshooting issues to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Marketing Operations:
- Manage marketing automation platform to streamline and optimise lead nurturing, scoring and campaign execution.
- Integrate and maintain various marketing technologies, ensuring seamless communication and data flow between different systems within the marketing technology stack.
- Develop and implement attribution models to track and analyse the contribution of various marketing channels to lead generation and conversion.
- Marketing Dashboards: Create and maintain marketing dashboards that provide real-time visibility into KPIs and support data driven decision making.
CRM and Database Management:
- Oversee the quality and integrity of marketing data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM system (Hubspot).
- Work with APIs to integrate the CRM with other software solutions (Hubspot, Monday, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and more) enhancing functionality and supporting cross-platform data exchange to map the entire customer journey.
- Integrate the CRM with email marketing to enable personalised and automated email nurture campaigns, ensuring accurate audience segmentation and recipient targeting.
Requirements
Essential:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications or equivalent work experience (Minimum of 3 years post graduate experience)
- Demonstrable experience in event management as well as evidence of collaborating with a range of internal and external senior stakeholders to deliver high quality, unique in-person experiences
- Proven track record in a previous digital marketing function with evidence of campaigns/collateral/content that you have created or contributed to and insight into their performance
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in managing customer relationship and content management systems, preferably HubSpot and WordPress
- Demonstrated experience in utilizing data analytics tools for digital marketing insights.
- Successful execution of multichannel marketing campaigns.
- Experience in implementing CRO strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Proven ability to efficiently manage end-to-end projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing relationships with key stakeholders.
Desired:

About the National Suicide Prevention Alliance (NSPA)
The NSPA network has grown significantly since 2020. The number of organisations working with us has almost doubled and individual membership has increased four-fold. Whilst those running suicide prevention programmes are a significant proportion of our membership, a growing number are those whose core business is not suicide prevention but who recognise the need to take action and are seeking support to do so.
There are more organisations than ever working to prevent suicide and it can be difficult to navigate the wealth of information available and connect with organisations that may be undertaking similar/ relevant work. Some may be unaware of or find it difficult to access evidence around what works, what is already happening and what can be built upon.

Your Role
You’ll lead the development and delivery of a suicide prevention community engagement strategy and plan, including an online hub and ambassador initiative to support capacity building in suicide prevention across England. You will:
• Develop a more strategic approach to our engagement with members
• Support the next step in the development of our network by building an online community hub, to support on-going knowledge-sharing, community connection and depth of engagement with our wide range of members.
• Have the opportunity to build and manage relationships with NSPA members, people with lived experience and other key stakeholders.
• Manage the NSPA’s communications, working closely with the Membership & Communications Officers with strategic input from the Executive Lead.

In this role you may be exposed to detailed information and personal stories of suicide, which may be upsetting. We will discuss this with you at interview stage however this role does require a good level of emotional resilience. Support is in place both from the organisation and within the team.
