Job Purpose

To provide a high-quality outreach support service that enables older adults with low level support needs to live independently within the community.

To a promote network services across the Boroughs to maximise their take-up.

To work closely with statutory and voluntary sector agencies to ensure appropriate services are accessed.

To ensure that service users have maximum choice and control over the planning and management of the service they receive, including initiating individual support plans and connecting them with culturally appropriate services.
Key Tasks

To signpost people to appropriate services as required through outreach sessions in the Hub, Satellite centres, GP practices and pharmacies.

To develop shared working practices across the service network.

To work with existing activity groups at the hub and satellite centres and support the setting up of activities where appropriate.

What you will be doing:
- Working with the H&C Finance Business Partner and the Treasury & Finance team to prepare the monthly financial accounts for the NHS VR programme and ensure that the appropriate invoice is raised.

The London Domestic Abuse Advise Service provides support to address the risk of customers who are already involved with Look Ahead services. Customers are referred from all four specialisms of the organisation; Young People; Homelessness; Mental Health; and Learning Disabilities.
The role of an IDVA is to address the safety of victims and survivors of domestic abuse using DASH RIC and Individual Safety and Support Plans and represent the needs and values of each victim/survivor to external services. We take a trauma-informed and person-centred approach.
The post holder will be required to work alongside Look Ahead key workers and staff to support customers with complex needs are being supported by Look Ahead.

About this key role
Our successful candidate will work collaboratively with senior management to contribute to the implementation of the new income generation strategy – focusing specifically on retention and developing our unrestricted voluntary income from a range of funding streams. The Regional Road Safety Manager is responsible for overseeing IAM RoadSmart's operational service in Scotland, NI, and the North of England. This includes managing the field service north team. They ensure that all IAM RoadSmart standards and qualifications are followed and regularly checked for quality.
Additionally, they handle the recruitment and ongoing training of IAM RoadSmart volunteers to support the organisation's business model. They also work on growing IAM’s diverse membership as part of the 3-year strategy. As a part of the Support & Wellbeing Team, you will be required to identify informal carers from all communities in the London Borough of Camden, who care for a family member, partner or friend living with a Mental Health condition. You will provide relevant and appropriate support, information and advocacy to informal carers.
You will need proven experience of delivering provision within a related field and working with people and/or community groups; in particular we are keen to find someone with knowledge and experience in Mental Health. More details can be found in the job application pack on our website.

As Strategic Lead (Cancer & Inequalities) you’ll continue our work with GM Cancer to achieve a permanent reduction in inequalities and inequity within Greater Manchester, addressing the social, environmental, and economic determinants of health and wellbeing, with the aim of ensuring active VCSE participation.
This role will suit someone with a passion for improving the health and wellbeing of people, for tackling health inequalities, and who enjoys working in fastmoving and complex systems. To be successful you’ll need experience of supporting a strategic partnership; developing proposals and funding models; and influencing at a senior level.
