Ensuring we have the highest quality governance, business planning, finance, compliance and risk management functions, as well as robust systems, processes and policies to do our best work will be vital. To achieve this, you will be responsible for bringing together some of our existing functions and building a new team within the organisation.

The Hive is an inspirational charity, employing exceptional youth workers and an army of volunteers. It changes the lives of thousands of young people each year, delivering social impact on an incredible scale.
The facilities are state-of-the-art and second to none, delivering over 20 sporting, artistic, cultural, and recreational activities each session when schools are closed (evenings and weekends), plus throughout the school holidays.
