Our partner, an international charity, seeks an interim finance manager to support the international finance team. The successful candidate will be an all-rounder, with experience in preparing consolidated annual accounts, management accounts, whilst being hands on and taking on transactional elements of the role.
Responsibilities
- Day to day accounting and administration, including posting transactions; payment of suppliers and staff expenses; international bank transfers to overseas country offices; setting up and processing regular giving payments, and processing one off donations; banking; and process monthly payroll.
- Undertake reconciliations of bank and balance sheet accounts.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, including BVA analysis and summaries, and income and expenditure reports for budget holders.
- Prepare the annual consolidated accounts and financial statements, and support in the preparation of the annual audit, liaising with the overseas country offices.
Requirements
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant with all-round experience working in a small team within an international charity. Experience of leading on the production of annual consolidated accounts as per charity SORP in the UK, management accounts & analysis, and managing day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks.
- Hands on, able to manage a varied workload.
- Strong business partnering skills, able to work with finance and non-finance staff in the UK and overseas offices, budget holders and liaise with third parties, including banks and auditors.
- Strong communication skills.
This is a part-time role (3-4 days/week), that can be done either remotely or hybrid, coming into the office 1 day/week. All candidates (even remote) must be based in the UK and have the right to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship. This is a 6 month parental leave cover. An immediate start is preferred.

- Demonstrable work experience within a corporate fundraising or comparable role.

- A proven ability to work proactively identifying new contacts and opportunities for development and a track record of identifying new prospects for funding through extensive research of business sectors
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

What you will be doing:
- Working with the H&C Finance Business Partner and the Treasury & Finance team to prepare the monthly financial accounts for the NHS VR programme and ensure that the appropriate invoice is raised.

What you need to know:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACMA, ACCA)

Joining a small national team, the Business Partnerships Manager for London will support the London and national Tempo team to expand and deepen the networks of community, public and private sector programmes and to develop new opportunities and partnerships in London.
Key responsibilities:
- Regional Recognition Network Development: You will develop regional recognition opportunities with potential partners, attract a diverse range of regional partners aligned with Tempo funders' objectives, and ensure network variety meets programme and beneficiary needs.
- Lead Generation: You will promote Tempo's work through events and communications, identify and approach new business leads, attend events, present, and network, and coordinate business development enquiries and attend and pitch Time Credits in meetings.
- Management of the London Recognition Network: You will ensure the effective management of the Network, including partner communications and regular network audits, provide leadership for recognition communications, such as newsletters, marketing materials, and social media, contribute to reporting and provide data and evidence, and manage existing partner relationships.
- Support Network Sustainability and Development: You will facilitate local events, trips, and networking meetings, and support innovation, learning, and development across the network.
The Business Partnerships Manager will need to be innovative with ideas and approaches to grow and maintain partnerships. The successful candidate will need to be a good listener and people person as partnerships will be driven by the needs of the volunteers and community members and will have a genuine passion for supporting the development of individuals and organisations. You will be a natural team player to work alongside team members to deliver training and network events and will have excellent and adaptable communication skills. You will have strong reporting and analytical skills to support Tempo to demonstrate their impact within communities.

The Charity uses Salesforce as its main CRM solution. It is used to manage the data of fundraisers, volunteers, events and donations. The Charity is in the process of implementing Boomi as it's middleware solution and are looking for a Data Integration Officer to play a key role in making the project a success.
Working within a small team, the ideal candidate for this position is someone who enjoys and excels in designing, developing, and implementing integration processes that connect different business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal performance. Your role will involve collaborating with the Database Officers and Business Analysts to understand business requirements along with supporting the Database Officers and QA Tester with testing within the Boomi platform.
As a Data Integration Officer, the postholder must also demonstrate an excellent technical skillset both in terms of their data manipulation and administration skills, and in their consistently high level of accuracy and attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated with a "can do" / problem solver approach and desire to deliver added value and improvements on an ongoing basis.
You will have experience of managing and importing bulk data along with experience of data integration into Salesforce using middleware solution. Role Overview:
The Talent Set is thrilled to working with a well known medical charity as they hunt for an Senior Internal Communications and Engagement Officer to support them for a 12-month period.
Using your internal communications skills and understanding of organisational change management, you’ll coordinate, plan and deliver effective engagement strategies for internal change programmes across the charity.
Working primarily between the Internal Engagement & Communications and Delivery Services teams, you’ll collaborate on, plan, and deliver communication strategies that take colleagues on a supported journey through change, creating content that translates complex topics into compelling narratives to drive participation and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver an engagement strategy for internal change communications within the charity, which helps support colleagues with the understanding and adoption of change.
- Plan and create content for internal channels, selecting the most appropriate tools to ensure colleagues are kept informed and engaged, regardless of location or working style.
- Use audience and business insight to develop engagement strategies that are tailored to recipients, appreciating that colleagues are based in different locations and roles.
- Oversee the involvement of various groups across the charity, to enable us to hear the voices and opinions of our workforce.
- Build effective relationships across the charity, acting as a trusted adviser to project teams, leaders and colleagues.
Person Specification:
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful internal communication and engagement strategies, ideally including for change related programmes.
- Strong planning skills with the ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability to translate complex topics and create compelling narrative for different audiences.
- An understanding of change adoption processes (e.g. PROSCI/ADKAR) is beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven experience of influencing and collaborating to achieve positive outcomes and engagement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think creatively.

We are thrilled to again be partnering with a well known health charity to support the recruitment of a new Senoir Individual Giving Executive on a 3-6 Month Contract.
What’s on offer:
- Salary/Day Rate: £142.22 - £155.56 per day PAYE (£126.48 base + £15.74 holiday pay - £138.34 base + £17.22 holiday pay
- Working pattern: The organisation offers a hybrid working pattern, coming into the Chelsea/Sutton office 2 days/week.

Supporter Retention & Development, you will play a pivotal role in the Individual Giving team. You will be working on the development and delivery of multi-channel (online and offline) activity and campaigns for Supporter Retention & Development including conversion, upgrade, reactivation, cross-selling, cash appeals & in memory income. You work towards building the Supporter Retention & Development programme, focusing on growing income, the supporter base and improved engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proven experience of Individual Giving / Direct Marketing within a multi-channel, multi-discipline environment to deliver significant returns and supporter satisfaction, especially through supporter retention & development programmes
- Understanding of the effective development and use of supporter contact strategies
- Strong project-management experience, creative development, and supplier relationships for fundraising direct marketing campaigns
- Experience of Individual Giving retention and acquisition programmes
