* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You will understand London's voluntary sector, local community needs and its challenges, particularly related to the youth sector, youth violence and community safety in diverse communities and delivered and evaluated the impact of these initiatives related to the work of Osmani Trust. You will be results-driven and motivated with excellent communication skills and able to adapt and respond to changing requirements positively.

The role is based at Osmani Trust (E1 5AW) in Tower Hamlets. The role is full time and there will be occasional weekend and evening work for which time off in lieu will be offered.
