The role
The Customer Support Executive role is responsible for assisting both internal and external stakeholders through out every action taken. This role is required to have in depth knowledge of all FareShare Go, and FareShare Uk’s policies and procedures, our various systems and platforms, excellent communication and analytical skills and a can-do attitude. The Customer Support Executive is the face of FareShare to our partner organisations, answering inbound queries to identify not only the issue but the root cause of the problem, and are responsible for seeing this through until the underlying cause has either been resolved or escalated to a stakeholder to investigate. This role goes beyond looking at these issues on a case-by-case basis, being responsible for highlighting trends across the issues that come across the support teams' desk to identify overarching themes and suggesting improvements to address these. Relationship management underpins every action carried out throughout the day, be it customer, stakeholder, or colleague facing to ensure that we are providing the best possible service we can. Main areas of responsibility
Resolving support issues
- Working with our charities to maintain seamless high quality support, including solving issues as they arise, and escalating to appropriate stakeholders.
Charity compliance
- Managing all charity compliance workstreams for one of four FSGo Regions through effective reporting, analysis, communication and intervention with charities to achieve agreed KPIs
Effective use of CRM
- Understanding and using a Customer Relationship Management system to support all charities, by maintaining up to date records on all charities and scheduled donations.
Supporting regional teams
- Working closely with our regional field teams to transition charities from initial to ongoing support, supporting their engagement and retention work with collecting charities.
Stakeholder support
- Working with the data support team to identify support trends, by analysing performance, gauging satisfaction and proactively escalating key issues.
- Working closely with our retailer partners and tech supplier to resolve issues and action requests.
Charity Recruitment and lead Generation
- Make charity eligibility assessments and understand their need and capacity for surplus food, in order to maximise the volume of food donated.

About the role
The Supporter Care department is looking for a Supporter Donations Assistant to join our Supporter Donations Processing team for our Peak Season – this role becomes available each year to help us with the influx of donations we have around our headline fundraisers including Coffee Morning, Go Sober and our Macmillan Ball.
You’ll be accurately processing high volumes of manual income from various payment methods, inputting donations from our supporters on our income allocation system, creating meaningful personalised thank you letters and cards. In addition, you will undertake a range of admin duties in general support of the smooth and effective operation of Supporter Donations as a whole.
You’ll be working across multiple systems – CRM, SMS (internal income system), Sharepoint, DotDigital, Raisers Edge, Microsoft Outlook & Office and be expected to use initiative to follow internal process maps and documents to independently complete your work. We’re always open to doing things better, so welcome a proactive approach to efficiencies that we can make in the team.
You may also be required to work with our two other teams within Supporter Donations – Donations Queries & Gift Aid to assist them in resolving queries from our supporters and helping to process and claim Gift Aid sponsorship forms.
You will liaise with stakeholders across the organisation including our Finance team, colleagues across Supporter Care, Relationship Fundraising Managers and product teams in order to accurately thank and process supporter donations received by Macmillan across all channels, process event registrations & donations and restrict income where required. Summary of Role
This is an exciting new role in our Talking Therapies team providing vital support to people in Manchester with common mental health problems. Working alongside counsellors, you will provide wrap-around social and practical support to adults on our waiting list for or who are engaging in Talking Therapy to enable them to address and overcome barriers impacting on their health and wellbeing. You will provide advice, information and guidance on these issues, make onward referrals to specialist advice organisations where necessary and support engagement with these services.
You will build and maintain relationships with key referrers, such as GP surgeries, to promote the service and facilitate appropriate referrals.
Once trained, you have the exciting task of leading and facilitating a new course within the service: Living Life to the Full™, a CBT-informed group programme designed to support people to improve low mood, overcome stress, sleep better and build confidence.

We are hiring a Mental Health Floating Support Coordinator to support our Luton Service which delivers support to individuals living within the community who have support needs pertaining to their mental health and wellbeing. The service works alongside statutory services, with the aim of moving people on to independent living within two years. What we are looking for:
- IT Proficiency, ability to learn new software programs, basic Microsoft experience is required
- Experience of working with people of complex backgrounds, including in the criminal justice field, mental health, and/or substance misuse or a good understanding of the sector
- Understanding of the housing and social needs of people with multiple and complex needs
- Able to influence and negotiate positive outcomes with others
What we would like, but not essential:
- Appropriate qualification: NVQ/Diploma Level 2 in Health & Social Care/Community Justice, or professional equivalent
- Experience of providing housing support and a practical assistance within a residential or outreach support role

We are rapidly growing our Community and Events Fundraising Team and have ambitious plans for the next 5 years and you will play a key role in helping us achieve our income goals. Working across the team, you will provide administrative and logistical support to ensure the smooth running of our fundraising activity. This will involve adding records, ensuring our data is accurate and activities are set up correctly on our systems, enabling us to carry out our fundraising to the highest standards. We will look to you to act as a first point of contact for supporters and manage the team inboxes. Important will be the ability to ensure you provide the best possible experience for our supporters. You will also support Facebook activity, including Facebook Fundraising and monitoring supporter Facebook groups. You will help maintain event records as well as prepare and support event days too.
For this role you must have experience of providing first-class administrative support to a team or have worked in a customer relations environment. You will be comfortable overseeing systems and processes as well as proficient in MS Office and working with databases. Customer focused, you will be used to prioritising your work and enjoy working as part of a team. A good communicator, you will also be effective at building relationships, detail orientated and highly organised.

Community Fundraiser
Location: HEMS Way, Lincoln, LN4 2GW - We currently operate a Hybrid Working system of a minimum of 3 days in the officer and 2 days at home.

The Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance (LNAA) provides lifesaving critical care to the communities of Lincolnshire & Nottinghamshire, funded by public donations. If somebody is involved in a serious incident or suddenly taken ill, speed and time are of the essence. Giving a patient the best chance of survival, our Air Ambulance crew effectively take the A&E department to the scene of the emergency.
About the Role
Due to an internal promotion this a great opportunity to join our fundraising team.
This includes to:-
- Motivate and facilitate our wonderful supporters to maximise the funds they raise.
- Inspire new supporters to raise money, while maintaining and developing relationships with existing supporters always ensuring they receive the best possible supporter experience.
- Maximise the ethical and sustainable generation of funds for the Charity through proactively developing community fundraising across Lincolnshire & Nottinghamshire in line with the current strategy.
- Work as a part of the wider Fundraising team, contribute to our shared team goals and income targets.

This is an exciting time to join a highly successful and friendly fundraising team at Meningitis Research Foundation (MRF) as out National Events Fundraiser. Our ideal candidate is passionate, proactive and organised and will enjoy supporting hundreds of Team MRF runners who are fundraising to defeat meningitis.
Events Fundraiser
Salary: £23,000-£28,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Bristol, hybrid or remote working with monthly meetings in Bristol
MRF National Events Programme
The MRF National Events Fundraiser is responsible for a significant proportion of our events income with hundreds of runners each year taking on the challenge of participating in iconic races such as TCS London Marathon and A J Bell Great North Run.
Many of our race participants join Team MRF for deeply personal reasons, having had first-hand experience of the disease. Without Team MRF runners we would not be where we are in the race to defeat Meningitis, they are fundamental to our work and have been so since our early days as a charity.
The National Events Fundraiser is an enjoyable role at MRF within a very successful fundraising team, which last year raised over £500,000 by supporting hundreds of runners on Team MRF.

Role Summary
This role is all about working with people, encouraging them as part of Team MRF and supporting them to reach their fundraising goals. You will need to be enthusiastic, outgoing and thrive in motivating people to take action through their fundraising.
You will need to be an advocate for MRF’s work to defeat meningitis, enabling people to achieve their goals and achieving the best for the Charity. It is through the determination of everyone involved with the national events programme that we are able to deliver a number of our goals as a charity. You will harness that passion to help each runner succeed and understand what a difference they make along the way.
With many different elements to the role from planning, marketing, stewardship and event delivery you will need to be flexible and adaptable. This isn’t a fully desk-based job, as at different points of the year you will get the chance to meet Team MRF runners face to face by attending the events themselves and delivering celebratory post-race receptions.
With large teams of runners across a rolling annual events programme you must feel comfortable in managing deadlines, overlapping plans and keeping on top of supporter communications. Whilst we have systems in place to support this, our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys taking responsibility for their own workload.
This a fun role that sees the events through from start to finish and a great opportunity for the right candidate.

We have an exciting opportunity to work as a Bristol City Robins Foundation Youth Mentor.
This is a 1-year fixed-term contract with a view to an extension in 2025.
Our youth mentor will work with young people in South Bristol and beyond. The role will see trusting relationships built between known young people in the community, support the young people and help guide them into positive provision or employment. The focus will be on the number of positive hours these young people can spend with their mentors and away from negative influences in their lives.
Your main responsibilities:
- Delivery of targeted 1-2-1 work with young people.
- Delivery of targeted individual and small group work with young people in schools.
- Develop positive relationships between you and the young people to ensure you get the best outcomes.
- Collect and store data to evidence the impact of the 1-2-1 work and mentoring to ensure it is sustainable and continues to change the lives of the young people we work with.
- To be part of developing our mentoring strategy and ensure we meet the needs of young people in Bristol now and in the long term.
- To use early intervention where possible and to provide long-term opportunities and pathways, working with clear evidence of need and agreed success criteria.
- Work closely with parents/carers and professionals to support the needs of their young people.
- Building new relationships with local schools, youth organisations and other agencies to increase capacity and referrals into programmes.
You will have:
- An understanding of the issues young people face, specifically in relation to young people in areas of deprivation.
- Experience in working with targeted groups or individuals in areas of deprivation through building positive relationships and mentoring.
- An understanding of safeguarding and health and safety in a youth work setting.
- A proven ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- A commitment to supporting young people and the principles of equality and diversity.

Main Purpose of the Role
The main objectives of the Corporate Fundraising Manager role is to lead the Corporate Partnerships programme; sourcing, developing and sustaining funding partnerships with a wide range of companies. This is a senior and hands-on role. You will take responsibility for developing and sustaining your own portfolio of corporate partners working with them to secure significant funds.
Main Areas of Responsibility
• Implement a corporate strategy which increases income and the number of corporate partners to exceed targets and build the pipeline for future years.
• Provide line management support to the corporate fundraiser(s), including setting objectives, key performance indicators and carrying out appraisals.
• Secure new business support from companies, taking a strategic and proactive approach to new business development.
• Develop creative and compelling new business pitches, presentations and proposals for a range of corporates including COTY applications, CRM, beneficiary events and cross organisational offers, working closely with the Director of Fundraising & Marketing.
• Develop a dense pipeline of corporate partnership prospects, with a potential focus on locally-based large companies as well as national organisations who consider local charity partnerships.
• Identify and secure opportunities through proactive relationship development and peer to peer introductions.
• Maximise corporate income through exemplary stewardship and strategic development of existing and new corporate partners, including account management, developing and implementing account plans, new ideas and opportunities for income generation.
• Manage income and expenditure budgets to ensure annual targets are met, providing regular reports to the Director of Fundraising & Marketing.
• Manage and oversee the administration linked to corporate fundraising, ensuring information is entered and updated accurately onto Salesforce.
• Undertake other duties that may, from time to time, be necessary and compatible with the nature and grade of this post.
Person Specification
Essential:
· Numerate and literate.
· A proven, impressive track record of delivering corporate / charity partnerships.
