About the role

As a Training Coordinator for SafeLives, you will provide effective and efficient co-ordination of resources and support for the Training team, commissioners and learners across all SafeLives’ training programmes.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week.

Location: Hybrid - Attending the Bristol office on a Thursday at minimum.

Are you a passionate, experienced fundraiser looking for a new challenge? You will sit in a small, dynamic and supportive team also responsible for communications and membership engagement, and you’ll work with closely with them to integrate fundraising messages within our broader communications. You will also have a dotted line to other key teams within the organisation, in a matrix-style working set-up.

About the Role

This is a unique role that connects Learning and Development with Recruitment to ensure the College not only attracts and hires the right people but also supports their ongoing professional growth.

Purpose of the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join an evolving and growing fundraising team with a new, ambitious strategy for income generation that the whole charity, senior management and Trustees are right behind.

The role itself is new as Cerebra looks to invest in and significantly grow and develop a new mass participation events programme (which includes schools fundraising products). You’ll work closely with the Director of Fundraising, Marketing and Communications who has a strong background in events and community fundraising.

You will lead the development of virtual/digital fundraising events, challenge/3rd party events, in-person owned events, DIY events and our relationships with schools. In time, you will build and foster relationships with other community organisations. You will be responsible for growing the team as the programme expands.  Innovation and product development are key areas of work.

You will play key role in the Fundraising Marketing & Communications directorate and developing our fundraising, audience and supporter engagement strategy.

This is a challenging but well-supported role, where you can make a large, career-defining impact on Cerebra and the children and families that we serve.

Overall budgetary responsibility is approximately £295k of income for 2026, with considerable scope and ambition for improvement.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

1. New events programme

• Develop a multi-year events programme incorporating virtual/digital events, challenge/3rd party events, in-person own events and DIY.
• Project manage the delivery of the events in the programme to raise £295k in 2026.
• Develop multi-channel marketing plans for recruitment, focusing on key audiences.
• Develop multi-channel supporter journeys and top-class supporter experience to deepen engagement and increase income.
• Monitor, evaluate and report on income, expenditure, and supporter acquisition across the events programme and make decisions about where to invest time and resources, accordingly.
• Develop necessary assets, such as fundraising packs. Digital platforms, digital rewards and supporter groups.
• Work with the Corporate & Philanthropy Manager to offer events fundraising to corporate partners.

2. Innovation and product development

• Use data and insights to understand audiences and to innovate and develop new events from prototype and MVP onwards.
• Proactively research and identify opportunities to grow the portfolio, monitoring the market and sector trends and how they could be implemented at Cerebra.
• Constantly seek to iterate and improve events in all areas including marketing, supporter experience, delivery and fundraising.
• Create business cases and plans for each new event.
• Own and grow Cerebra’s own mass participation flagship event “Relay Your Way”.

3. Schools and community groups

• Develop a plan and products to engage schools with Cerebra fundraising.
• Work with the Marketing & Communications team to develop materials to support schools fundraising.
• Work with the Marketing & Communications and Contact Centre teams to recruit schools to take part in fundraising for Cerebra.
• Monitor and evaluate to scale successful schools fundraising products.
• Take learnings from schools fundraising to apply to other groups and organisations.

4. Culture & relationships

• Work to continue the development of a strong, person-centred, empathetic, supportive and inclusive culture at Cerebra.
• Build on excellent relationships between different teams and directorates for each teams’s and Cerebra’s overall strategic goals and objectives.

JOB TITLE: Education Social Impact Manager

REPORTS TO: Head of Social Impact

TYPE OF CONTRACT: Permanent

HOURS OF WORK: Such hours as are necessary to fulfil the duties. This will involve a minimum of 35 hours per week and include work in evenings and weekends as required.

LOCATION: Hybrid of London office and home based.  ParalympicsGB Office: 101 New Cavendish Street, W1W 6XH. Travel may also be required in the UK and abroad as necessary

JOB PURPOSE: The Education Social Impact Manager will manage the implementation of ParalympicsGB’s schools’ programmes and campaigns; a range of Get Set programmes with an initial focus on establishing a new Get Set for Equal Play – inclusive PE resources. Additionally leading aspects of the Equal Play programme playing a key role in education stakeholder engagement and support the organisation’s approach to influencing public policy in education.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Get Set Education Programme design, development and project management

· Input to design and development of educational programmes with Get Set delivery agency, to shape curricular activities and learning materials tailored to ParalympicsGB target audience of young disabled pupils and teaching workforce.

· Project manage the new Get Set for Equal Play programme working with agency, internal team and ParalympicsGB partner Nat West to scope, develop and account manage the programme focused on inclusive PE resources.

· Lead on reporting progress to NatWest working with delivery agency, demonstrating impact and programme performance.

· Work with the commercial team to provide commercial partner updates on Get Set activations as needed, and to secure approvals for any collaborative or co-branded activities.

· Liaise with athlete services and ParalympicsGB athlete community to engage athletes in the organisation’s schools’ programmes, including sharing updates, booking personal appearances, briefings and managing invoicing.

· Work with ParalympicsGB communications leads to ensure that programme marketing and promotional opportunities are maximised.

· Support the Head of Social Impact, with overarching management of the Get Set youth education programme including overseeing athlete input to materials and establishing athlete ambassadors, sign off content, resources, marketing and design ensuring adherence to ParalympicsGB brand style and approach, identifying new opportunities with stakeholders.

Education stakeholder engagement

· Increase and maintain relationships with education, PE and disability stakeholders as well as educators, sector leads and partners to support the implementation of ParalympicsGB Equal Play programme and campaign.

· Represent the ParalympicsGB at relevant Education events, conferences, and meetings.

· Undertake consultation with education stakeholders to inform and deliver future Equal Play direction and activities.

· Support the establishment and day to day management of an Equal Play Steering Group / Committee.

· Support the Head of Social Impact in represent ParalympicsGB on the Youth Sport Trust Inclusion 28 programme.

Equal Play Project Management

· Manage timelines, resources, and risks to ensure successful delivery of the Equal Play programme including internal reporting.

Research

· Undertake desk-top research across education, PE and school sport to build and deepen ParalympicsGB understanding of the relevant parts of the education sector.

· Seek out examples of best practice and support the facilitation of sharing best practice.

· Project manage research project focused on teachers’ knowledge gap in delivery of inclusive PE and school sport.

· Support future research projects in relation to the Equal Play programme.

The Role 

The Customer Support Executive plays a key role in driving FareShare's mission to fight food poverty by providing exceptional support to both internal and external stakeholders. With in-depth knowledge of FareShare Go policies, systems, and platforms, you'll use your strong communication and problem-solving skills to address partner inquiries, uncover root causes, and ensure timely resolutions. Beyond individual cases, you'll identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance our services. Relationship-building is at the heart of this role—whether managing customer concerns, resolving conflicts, or collaborating with colleagues, you’ll be pivotal in delivering a top-tier experience. As a brand ambassador, you'll advocate for our community partners, ensuring food reaches those in need across the UK.

Main areas of responsibility

• Resolving Support Issues: Provide high-quality, seamless support to charities, promptly addressing issues and escalating to relevant stakeholders when necessary.
• Charity Compliance: Manage charity compliance across one of four FSGo regions, ensuring KPIs are met through effective reporting, analysis, and communication with charities.
• CRM Management: Utilize the CRM system to maintain accurate records of charities and scheduled donations, ensuring smooth operations and up-to-date information.
• Supporting Regional Teams: Collaborate with regional field teams to transition charities from initial onboarding to ongoing support, aiding in engagement and retention efforts.
• Stakeholder Support: Work with the data support team to analyze performance, track trends, and proactively address key issues. Collaborate with retailer partners and tech suppliers to resolve problems and fulfill requests.

Purpose
This is an exciting new role supporting the planning and delivery of the marketing and communications activity within a leading mental health charity.
We are looking for someone with a love of producing engaging digital and visual content, who will be excited to manage the Trust’s social media presence and social media channels. The postholder will maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all materials and ensure content supports fundraising, awareness, and charitable activities.
As the Content and Creative Marketing Manager, your role provides significant
contribution to the organisation’s overall communications strategy and has operational leadership for marketing and campaign management, with particular responsibility for the development and delivery of creative, high-quality design and content that brings the Trust’s mission and impact to life across all channels.

Key responsibilities and duties:
Creative Content and Design

• Lead on the creation and delivery of digital and visual content across all platforms, ensuring consistency with brand and tone of voice.
• Produce high quality visual and multimedia content, including graphics, photography, podcasts, and video, for use across web, email, and social media.
• Design marketing and campaign assets (including printed materials such as posters and leaflets), using tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator ensuring materials are accessible and on-brand.
• Develop templates and style guides to support consistent, efficient content production across the organisation.
• Commission and manage external creative partners (e.g. designers, videographers, photographers) when required.

Social Media Management

• Oversee the Trust’s social media strategy and day-to-day content planning, ensuring platforms are vibrant, engaging, and aligned with key messages.
• Develop and implement creative campaigns to grow reach and engagement across all social media channels.
• Monitor performance and use analytics to inform content development and scheduling.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and formats, identifying opportunities to innovate and test new approaches.
   

Team Collaboration and Coordination

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan, develop, and deliver engaging content for digital channels, newsletters, and campaigns.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager to ensure creative content integrates effectively with campaign planning and digital strategy.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the charity to source stories, visuals, and opportunities for content creation.
• Maintain an organised content calendar and library of creative assets.
• Line manage and/or mentor junior colleagues (as applicable) to support them to deliver excellence across all communication and marketing activities.

Monitoring and Evaluation

• Track and report on engagement metrics across digital channels, drawing insights to inform future content.
• Contribute to team reporting on communications performance and impact.

General responsibilities and duties

• Ensure that systems and processes are used as expected, and that our database is being updated and utilised as the central source of information.
• Provide regular updates on progress against agreed objectives and contribute to wider departmental reports as required.

About the role

This is an exciting role with responsibility for both IT and Digital. You will actively implement new tools and platforms, oversee data protection compliance and cyber security, whilst developing effective policies and guidelines spanning our IT infrastructure. You will also take ownership of our digital strategy across all channels, driving service delivery and managing significant relationships, contracts and budgets. We will look to you to  lead digital transformation and champion innovation, whilst delivering workshops and training sessions to diverse colleagues. In short, you will be the catalyst that gets the most from our online presence, our technology and our vendors and partners, ensuring best practice and value in everything you do.

Hours: 35 hours per week.

Location: Hybrid working, with one day per week at our London office.

About you

Highly experienced as an IT thought leader and manager with technical experience, you will combine a strategic mindset with a truly hands-on approach. Developing  strategy, as well as leading and managing IT and digital change projects should be second nature to you.  Similarly, you will be experienced in mentoring teams and controlling websites, CMS platforms and integrated digital systems. A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline would be beneficial, alongside knowledge of data protection legislation, digital accessibility and inclusion, Squiz DXP, Azure, Intune and AWS. However your ability to communicate effectively with non-technical colleagues is just as important. Above all, you will bring everything it takes to get the most out of people, systems and budgets, with real passion for cutting-edge technology and the drive and determination to make things happen.
