We’re looking for a dynamic Delivery Manager to drive our partnership development work across Birmingham and London!

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of passionate Partner  Development Lead , building and nurturing partnerships that directly benefit young people and help scale our impact in two of our key regions. You’ll work closely with employers, training providers, business networks, community organisations to co-create local solutions and open up meaningful training and employment pathways in apprentices and entry level role. 

This role sits at the heart of our delivery model, blending operational leadership with strategic relationship building. You’ll be managing performance, ensuring compliance, spotting new opportunities, and helping to shape place-based delivery plans that are grounded in what young people need right now.

The successful candidate will be based in Birmingham with regular travel to London to support work and develop relationships with local partners, so flexibility and a love for collaboration are key! Employability Manager (1030)

We're currently looking for an Employability Manager to join our team at St. John's this year.

You'll lead the design and delivery of our college-wide employability programme, ensuring our autistic learners and those with additional needs are prepared for meaningful work opportunities. From developing enterprise projects and supporting our Supported Internship programme, to building partnerships with local employers, you'll play a key role in shaping aspirational outcomes for our learners.

You'll also manage a small team of Employability Coordinators, collaborate with curriculum and transitions staff, and embed employability across the learner journey—from skill-building to successful job placements.

This role would particularly suit someone who has:

• Experience working with SEND learners in an educational or employment setting

• A strong understanding of inclusive employment and supported internship models

• Knowledge of the Gatsby benchmarks and Preparing for Adulthood framework

• A background in careers advice, experience working in Further Education (FE) colleges, or demonstrated experience supporting young people with SEND

• Excellent partnership-building and project management skills

• Line management experience and a collaborative leadership style

We are looking for people to join our dedicated team providing vital person centred support to people experiencing homelessness in a Level 1 accommodation setting in Speedwell Bristol.

You will be joining a busy service working as a Night Concierge, you will:

• Provide a first point of contact and safeguarding to clients at night.
• Be responsible for dealing with emergencies, undertaking regular health and safety checks on patrols and through monitoring the CCTV system.
• Report incidents or maintenance issues and communicate any concerns or events to the rest of the team.
• This is a lone-working night role, with support available through an on-call system to ensure guidance and assistance is always accessible when needed.

Typical schedule: A rolling night shift rota, including weekends and bank holidays, usually around 9pm-7.30am with 3-4 days off.

 About you

This is a great role to learn about working in the charity sector, many of our specialist workers and managers developed a career after starting in Night Concierge roles.

• You don’t need loads of experience. Some time working or volunteering in a similar environment, and an understanding of the issues that affect vulnerable adults experiencing homelessness, who may have complex needs will be beneficial.
• You should have good communication and basic IT skills with the ability to keep records and follow procedures.
• The ability to stay alert and awake during your shift, and work independently.
• Using your initiative to remain calm to identify the appropriate action to take in various situations.

The Senior Marketing Planning Manager in an exciting new role to Alzheimer’s Research UK. Sitting in the Marketing Planning team within Strategic Marketing, this role is accountable for making ARUK’s marketing system work end-to-end for bigger and better impact.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Lead and manage the Family Support team to deliver effective support for families with children aged 0–19 (with a 0–5 primary focus).

This is a new role sitting within the Marketing Planning team, created to establish ARUK’s Single Source of Marketing Truth. This role helps to establish marketing effectiveness as a core organisational capability at ARUK, ensuring objectivity on performance.

The Senior Marketing Effectiveness Officer will work with the Head of Marketing Planning and Senior Marketing Planning Manager, to deliver robust audience insight, marketing performance measurement, and effective evaluation to inform marketing strategy. The role moves ARUK to a consistent, comparable measurement system that supports income growth, audience development and best use of marketing budgets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Effectiveness & Performance Measurement

· With the support of the Senior Marketing Planning Manager, deliver and implement an ARUK Single Source of Truth (SSOT) dashboard for marketing performance.

· Build and maintain consistent KPIs, reporting methodologies and dashboards across all marketing disciplines.

· Analyse campaign performance across channels, providing objective insight on effectiveness, ROI, CPA, long-term value and audience movement through the funnel.

· Produce clear performance summaries and recommendations for senior leadership to guide future decision-making and budget optimisation.

· Identify what works, what doesn’t, and what should be scaled — ensuring learning is embedded into planning cycles by the Senior Planning Manager.

Audience Insight & Segmentation

· Working with the Senior Marketing Planning Manager, translate priority audience insights into actionable planning and targeting guidance for campaign and channel teams.

· Maintain and update audience personas, segmentation models and behavioural profiles in partnership with the Insight team.

· Support on ad hoc audience research (quantitative and qualitative) to inform proposition development, message testing and campaign design.

· Support the Head of Marketing Planning and Senior Marketing Planning Manager in ensuring all marketing activity is rooted firmly in audience needs and motivations.

Data, Systems & Continuous Improvement

· Support the implementation and optimisation of new effectiveness tools, dashboards, analytics partners and measurement frameworks.

· Work closely with CRM, Data and Finance teams to ensure accurate, consistent flow of supporter, campaign and spend data.

· Identify gaps in data, insight or measurement and propose solutions to resolve them.

Stakeholder Engagement & Upskilling

· Present clear, insightful recommendations to senior leaders and campaign owners to guide investment and planning.

· Support training for teams on how to use insight, performance data and funnel metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.

· Champion a test-and-learn culture across the organisation.

Speakers Trust works with over 700 schools as well as partners and supporters from across the third-sector. You will be part of our central team, supporting us to manage these relationships and build new ones. This role will be vital both in helping us reach more young people – and helping ensure that those we do reach are heard and listened to.

The Role

The purpose of this role is to recruit schools to participate in our programmes and coordinate workshops and events in schools and with other third sector organisations and cultural institutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

Manage School Relationships:

• Support on the recruitment of state schools and partners across the UK to participate in all training programmes including all “Speak Out Challenge” programmes;
• Support schools to engage with our resources;
• Maintain and build school and teacher relationships;
• Liaise with schools before workshop delivery;
• Follow up with schools after workshop delivery;
• Assist in the assessment, monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of the programme;

Liaise With Freelance Delivery Team:

• Liaise with trainers to match availability to workshop dates;
• Coordinate the day-to-day trainer delivery of the training programmes with the rest of the Programmes Team;
• Ensure trainer team has adequate resources and supplies to deliver their training;
• Assist in trainer team administration including invoicing and feedback.

Coordinate Events:

• Support the delivery of regional events such as competitions, launches, promotional and networking events;
• Manage competition entries across programmes- ensuring we have all relevant information and permissions including parental consent;
• Liaise with freelance staff delivering events and external event teams, ensuring they have all the correct resources and information required;
• Help implement quality assessment protocols as agreed with funders.

You will also get the opportunity to develop the role by supporting organisation wide initiatives to extend the reach of our programmes to those who most need it and raise the profile and support of the organisation.
