- Lead the SLT and key suppliers in developing a business continuity plan that ensures AdviceUK can continue to deliver its strategic objectives and support its members in times of business interruption. Once established ensure it is regularly reviewed and tested.
- Ensure the development and implementation of financial and people management policies and processes that support AdviceUK's work and culture

- Manage and coordinate staffing workstream including organisational design review and analysis across several business areas to provide operating model options for the future. Evaluating staff data to propose future operating model options.
- Lead on individual data analysis of numerous job roles to ensure the right conclusions and recommendations have been made.
- Provide expert advice, coaching and guidance in organisational design and redesign best practice approaches to the programme steering group and board.

The Executive Director will work with the Trustee Board to develop and implement the strategic vision for the Law Centre and oversee its day to day operational management.
SLC offers a specialised referral service for advocacy and advice in complex and difficult cases. In our last financial year, we helped more than 1300 people across the areas of employment & discrimination, housing & homelessness, immigration & asylum, and welfare rights as well as giving local people a voice in planning issues. We are proud to be at the forefront of current issues, for instance in our work as part of the Windrush Justice Clinic.
The work of building on our financial sustainability is central to the role of Executive Director. So too are strong people management skills to support our staff and volunteers.
