S V 2 is looking for an ISVA (Independent Sexual Violence Advisor).
S V 2 is a Charity working in partnership with Derbyshire Constabulary, NHS England and Derbyshire County Council to provide support for victims of rape and serious sexual assault at Millfield House, a Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) based in the middle of the County.
We are looking for highly motivated Independent Sexual Violence Adviser to provide emotional and practical support to individuals who have experienced sexual abuse or rape.
This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week, to be worked over Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
This position comes with an unqualified salary of £18,339 per annum, increasing to £20,839 per annum once qualified. With 27 days annual leave per annum plus Bank Holidays, pro rata.

- Five GCSEs Grade C or above or a higher level qualification
- One Year’s direct practice in managing complex client cases including safeguarding
- Experience of building relationships with partner services and other professionals
- To be a team player, excellent communicator and flexible in approach, attitude and work.
- Driving licence and access to a car with business insurance

SV 2 is a registered charity supporting victims and survivors of sexual abuse and sexual assault across Derby City and Derbyshire. We deliver specialist support, education and prevention services, including ISVA and ChISVA services and a BACP‑accredited therapy service.
We are looking to expand our pool of experienced, trauma‑informed Clinical Supervisors to provide reflective, supportive and ethically focused supervision to staff working across our services. This supervision plays a vital role in promoting safe practice, practitioner wellbeing, professional development and robust safeguarding and ethical decision‑making.
You may undertake monthly clinical supervision to one or more of the following areas;
- ChISVA & SPOA staff (group + quarterly individual supervision)

ISVA teams (monthly group supervision across North and South Derbyshire + quarterly individual supervision
Supervision must be trauma‑informed and reflective, aligned with the BACP Ethical Framework (or equivalent), and attentive to risk, safeguarding, vicarious trauma and burnout.
About you:
You will hold a Level 5 or Level 6 (or equivalent) Clinical Supervision qualification, be registered/accredited with BACP/UKCP/NCS (or equivalent), and hold a recognised Level 6 counselling/psychotherapy qualification.
You’ll have experience delivering group supervision, strong knowledge of sexual violence and trauma, and a commitment to CPD and safeguarding practice. An Enhanced DBS is required.
