We teach people the skills of therapeutic talk and enable them to participate and/or lead in a network of ongoing groups to support theirs and others mental wellbeing. Our service runs in Islington and Camden, funded by the NHS and grant-makers. Over the last 8 years, we've positively impacted the lives of 1,000+ people and won various awards including 'Best Long Term Impact' at the Mental Health & Wellbeing Awards.

We are looking for a Programme Manager who will lead on our service operations across Camden and Islington. The role requires an excellent level of organisational skills, as well as knowledge and awareness of the mental health charity sector. We are looking for someone with proven communications skills and who is approachable, self-motivated, and compassionate. You will also need to travel regularly in Islington and Camden, our main areas of operation, to attend meetings in various locations with funders and partners.

You will have the rewards of being a key member of a purpose-driven organisation with a warm and committed team, many learning and development opportunities and staff wellbeing allowances such as 4 wellbeing days, additional 5 days of holiday after 1st and 2nd years’ service, weekly team lunches and monthly team wellbeing activities.

We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team, by providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates without regard to race, religion, sex, age, physical and mental disability, sexual orientation, gender identity.
