  • Support the digital fundraising activity of the Individual Giving Executive, such as Crowdfunding and Facebook’s Charitable Giving Tool, ensuring donors are valued and recognised appropriately.
  • Accountable for tracking analytics on all digital platforms and support the Marketing Campaigns Manager in implementing insights to drive traffic and engagement. Support the management of the website including writing content and ensuring it is SEO optimised.
  • General website administration.
  • Leading on video content for the Charity, including developing ideas and shooting content.
  • Managing our weekly supporter blogs, working with the Fundraising team to source and schedule content.
  • Photography support for both Marketing and Fundraising.

To do this the right candidate will have experience in the following key areas:

  • Experience of delivering online campaigns and messaging on a variety of platforms and audiences.
  • Knowledge of the principles of good brand management
  • Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and social media insights such as Hootsuite Analytics
  • Strong knowledge of how to use written and graphic content to engage and inspire potential supporters.
  • Knowledge of design packages such as Canva and Adobe.
  • Creative and compelling written communication skills, with the ability to adapt writing style dependent on audience and channel.
  • Experience of managing social media content and networks in a professional capacity

To be considered for this position please apply with your CV as soon as possible, regrettably please note we may not be able to reply to each and every application.
