As our Director of Service Transformation, you will lead the exciting next phase of transforming our charity’s services to reach more disabled children, young people and their families. You will be responsible for sourcing and delivering contracts and partnerships essential for the charity’s sustainability by advancing our digital outreach and nurturing new partnerships and securing sustainable funds for innovative models of support. 

What you will be doing as the Director of Service Transformation:

• Lead and execute services strategies and plans that extend and transform the impact and financial sustainability of the charity’s services and support for disabled children, young people and their families. 
• Lead the design, development and sales of innovative new service models and the scaling of existing services.
• Work closely with the other executive directors and leadership team to achieve the generation of an annual financial surplus to reinvest in Kids. 
• Ensure the quality and safe delivery of all Kids’ services. 
• Ensure effective budget management underpins service development and delivery.  Ensure contracts and tenders are commercially negotiated and regularly monitored. Work with colleagues to identify and achieve necessary margins on contracts and projects for financial sustainability. 
• Inspire and lead a high performing services team; support colleagues to test, learn and adapt as the charity evolves and transforms its digital and in-person support offer.
• Be an inspiring, visible and collegiate leader and team player who works across team boundaries to help drive organisational change and nurture colleagues’ ability to perform at their best. 
• Model and lead effective communications with all colleagues that bring to life the charity’s values and behaviours. Support colleagues to ensure Diversity, Equity and Inclusion principles and practice are evidenced in service design and delivery. 
• Act as an ambassador for Kids on key platforms, carrying out media work as required; promote the charity’s products, services and work; and draw from services expertise to influence public policy and legislation relevant to disabled children and their families.

SAYiT is a Sheffield-based charity working to transform the lives of LGBTQ+ young people up to the age of 25 through supportive group work, youth action, education and influence. We are looking to appoint a Chief Executive Officer to build on our successes to date and lead the charity in its pioneering work.

Rays of Sunshine exits to brighten the lives of seriously ill children aged three to 18 across the UK by granting magical wishes and providing ongoing support within the community. Our work creates a positive distraction, reduces isolation, improves self-esteem and creates precious memories and smiles.

Key Responsibilities

Partnerships

• Support with creating proposals and pitches to secure Brand, Corporate and Commercial Partnerships, with a strong focus on shared purpose and mutual benefit, to create successful long term strategic partnerships.
• Support with relationship management of current partners of Rays of Sunshine, ensuring they have materials to aid their fundraising.
• To manage the input of corporate partnership data on the CRM system (currently Donorfy).
• Manage the updates to the corporate pipeline master document, ensuring appropriate actions are met within deadline.
• Supporting the Corporate Volunteer Researcher to undertake the necessary research to support our pipeline of approaches.

Philanthropy

• Creating supporter updates and reports to demonstrate the impact of funding received from our Patrons and Major Donors, providing excellent stewardship to existing donors.
• Provide support with the event planning of major donor events, and attend in person to provide support of events on the day. 

Trusts and Foundations

•  Support with research and the successful completion applications to secure donations from a pipeline of identified Trusts and Foundations

Stewardship

•  Identifying new opportunities to create wow moments for donors and provide excellent stewardship of all major donors and partnerships.

General

• General administrative duties, including record meeting notes and actions, following up with partners, sending out of promotional materials, monitoring and responding to email enquiries, and taking telephones calls.
• Any other duties to support the success of the fundraising team.

Would you like to help send donated medicines around the world to those who do not have access to live-saving medicines? IHP is recruiting a Logistics Officer to become part of our growing logistics team who coordinate the safe and responsible donation of medical products to where the needs are greatest, so that people don’t suffer needlessly from treatable illnesses.

As a Logistics Officer you will play an integral role in IHP’s work arranging the shipping of donated medicines and medical supplies, for example our essential health packs and antibiotics, ensuring their secure transportation to diaster hit and vulnerable communities such as Sudan and Gaza.

• ​Securing cost effective shipping quotes from some of the largest freightforwarders in the UK
• Preparing shipping documentation
• Ensuring shipping files are accurate and kept up to date
• Communicating regularly with our donor companies and receiving NGO partners

- You'll have administrative/record keeping experience or demonstable transferable skills

Main purpose of post  

The main purpose of this post it to work alongside the Events Manager and Fundraising team to help deliver a range of charity events, both Weston Park Cancer Charity led and third part events, throughout the year. What you do  

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the Events Manager to plan, organise and deliver the Weston Park Cancer Charity key events across the year including: Doncaster Race Evening, Golf Days, Walk as One and Sing Under the Stars.

• Work with the Events Manager to deliver third party active events including: Skydive, Yorkshire Three Peaks and Great North Run.

• Provide support as well as lead on other events that the charity may be involved with throughout the year including hospital engagement events.

• Work with the Events Manager to continually develop the charity events portfolio for 2025 and beyond

• Provide high level donor care to support donors on their ‘journey’ for those taking on an event for the charity, through exploring opportunities to feel connected and enthusiastic about the work that we do. This will involve welcoming supporters, sending them good lucks and following up with them post event to see how they got on.

• Work closely with our fundraising platform, Raisely, to give our supporters the best stewardship journey possible.

• Seek new event opportunities that Weston Park Cancer Charity could partner with or be involved in.

• Keep up to date with current event trends

• Represent the charity at charity events across the region and the UK

• Understanding the opportunities for developing new relationships as well as retaining existing ones.

• Working on agreed targets and objectives to increase both awareness of the charity, and funding to maintain it’s vital services.

• Working as part of a supportive fundraising team to positively promote Weston Park Cancer Charity within South Yorkshire, North Derbyshire and North Nottinghamshire.

• Support the whole fundraising team with innovative and creative ideas for income generation that make us stand out from the crowd.

• Ensure that all communication and interaction with donors is captured through the Fundraising database CRM System and that all donors are thanked timely and efficiently.

What you do  

Main purpose of post 

This role will lead our individual giving campaigns ensuring key audiences see the impact of the charity and are motivated to donate to support the continuation of our work.  It will build on existing successful campaigns, including our Christmas Star appeal, and create new and engaging additions.  You will ensure the donor journey is sensitive, engaging and straightforward and place a high importance on the ongoing stewardship of donors.

You will report to the Head of Fundraising and work alongside our Fundraising Team to ensure plans align and budget targets are achieved. You will work closely with the Campaign Manager and Data Manager to target individual giving effectively across South Yorkshire, Bassetlaw and North Derbyshire. 

This is the perfect role for anyone who loves to plan and see those plans through to completion, who has excellent customer care skills and who is digitally savvy. You will enjoy working as part of a busy fundraising team and collaborating to achieve collective success.

Key Responsibilities  

· Lead and implement the individual giving donor journey to increase the charity’s individual gifts including regular and pay roll giving.

· Lead the creation of fundraising individual giving campaigns to recruit new donors, retain existing supporters and grow reach, engagement and income.

· Lead the development of new individual giving campaigns, working closely with the Campaign Manager, to deliver direct marketing campaigns across various channels, which enhance current supporters understanding of the difference their donation makes and also encourages new supporters to donate to our cause and projects.

· To create new individual giving income opportunities, including introducing a charity lottery.

· Review and evaluate campaigns against income and impact success factors and implement improvements.

· Maximise all gift aid opportunities within the agreed audiences.

· Be responsible for an income target of a minimum of £300,000 per annum.

· Manage relationships with existing supporters to ensure a high level of donor care is achieved whilst achieving and maximising income opportunities.

· Analyse and segment the charity's supporter base, developing appropriate supporter journeys and propositions, and the effective use of supporter data for campaign purposes.

Utilise digital methods and platforms for new donor acquisition

· To assist in the delivery of a range of donor, supporter and staff engagement events throughout the year in line with our donor recognition & stewardship plan.

· Contribute to development of the fundraising annual plan to drive forward the charity’s ambitious plans for change and growth in line with the 3 year strategy.

· Ensure that all activities and contacts are managed through the charity’s CRM (Raiser’s Edge).

· Ensure all fundraising activity complies with laws and best practice governing charitable activity, most notably General Data Protection Regulations, Fundraising Regulator Code of Practice and charity law.

· Attend and contribute to team meetings and 'away days' and be an active, invested member of our team.

· Ability and willingness to travel throughout the region to attend charity fundraising events.

· Able to work flexibly, including occasionally working in the evenings and at weekends.

Our Head of Finance role provides a great opportunity for someone to lead on the strategic and operational financial management of the charity. Your Role

You will be responsible for No Limits’ finances, leading on strategic and operational financial management of the charity and preparing and analysing information relating to financial planning. You will have oversight of the finance team, leading No Limits to be a sustainable and efficient organisation.

As part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will make an active contribution to the strategic direction, planning and leadership of No Limits in collaboration with the wider team. You’ll be a role model for our values and ensure the needs of children and young people are at the heart of everything we do.

There may be opportunity to provide strategic leadership oversight to our wider organisational infrastructure functions including IT, Business Support, Fundraising and Communications.

You’ll have the essentials of: 

• qualified accountant (CIMA / CIPFA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent) – consideration may be given to part-qualified with relevant experience
• Strategic and operational financial management experience, including; financial process, income and expenditure management, reporting, year-end, audit, statutory and management account production, establishing and monitoring effective financial controls
• An understanding of the charity environment and wider landscape
• Experience of costing projects with a full-cost recovery approach
• Ability to plan and prioritise own and others work to set deadlines, with good time management skills
• High level of IT competency to support your role, including the use of technology and Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and team working
• A commitment to personal growth, continuous development, and application of learning

You may also have:

• Up-to-date knowledge of charity SORP regulations and requirements (highly desirable)
• Experience of payroll and pensions
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop people
• A successful track record of working with a Trustee Board or a leadership team
• Lived experience of one or more areas that No Limits support children and young people

Individual Giving Officer

At Great Western Air Ambulance Charity, we’re looking for a new Individual Giving Officer. This job involves planning and creating multi-channel communications and building great supporter journeys.
