The Citizens Advice service is independent and provides free, confidential, and impartial advice to everybody. Aligned to the nationwide model, Citizens Advice St Helens provides free, independent, confidential, and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. It values diversity, promotes equality and challenges discrimination. Providing advice that people need for the problems they face, CASH also influences and improves the policies and practices that affect people’s lives in their local area.
