From planning and communication to trip leadership and post-travel engagement, your work will help connect supporters more deeply to our mission.

You will collaborate across departments, coordinate group and individual sponsor visits, and ensure every journey runs smoothly, safely, and with excellence. You will also help supporters understand the heart of Compassion’s ministry, encouraging greater connection, activism, and long-term commitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively maintain and promote Compassion UK's Christian ethos and values.
• Coordinate and administrate in person and virtual group trips and individual sponsor visits to the field as well as leading group trips.
• Inspire, educate, guide and advise supporters regarding travel to the field in line with Compassion procedures and policies.

Location, hours and benefits

Office-based
*Hybrid working is offered as a benefit. You will work a minimum of 40% of your hours from Compassion House in Fleet, Hampshire, and the office is closed on Fridays.  However, we reserve the right to vary those arrangements in future.

Pioneer Mission Training

We run training for theology, mission and ministry at undergrad and postgrad levels validated by Durham University as part of Common Awards.. Our training is through the lens of mission, has a global perspective and is enabling innovative mission practice on the ground.

Your role

We are looking for a talented person who has a strong skillset in leadership and formation for mission in theological education, people and team management and who is strategic. You will effectively lead on teaching design and delivery, developing our training programmes, growing the student body and building a healthy team, along with being part of a cross organisational team of programme leads in the CMS Britain Hub.

Now, we’re looking for a dynamic, innovative and creative Head of Fundraising (Maternity Cover) to help us grow our impact and drive our fundraising efforts to support more survivors of modern slavery.

About the Role

What You’ll Be Doing:  

You’ll lead our Fundraising Team and line manage our dynamic and engaged fundraisers, supporting them from planning inspiring activities and events to supporting local fundraisers and volunteers all whilst upholding Snowdrop’s values and fundraising best practice.

• This person will take the lead in delivering the next 12 months of Snowdrop’s fundraising strategy, driving forward strategic development, implementing learning and further developing the fundraising team to deliver on its fundraising ambitions in line with the wider organisational strategy.
• The Head of Fundraising role sits within the Senior Leadership team at Snowdrop and is responsible to contribute to the overall leadership, strategic management and continued development of the organisation
• Leading on creating strategies for attracting new corporate donors and partnerships alongside driving forward our well-established corporate volunteering programme
• This person will work alongside and support Snowdrop’s trusts and grants fundraiser and support on large grant applications where necessary 
• Line management of the Donor Relations and Communications Manager and Community and Events Fundraising Manager, alongside the supervision of two consultants

This is an exciting opportunity to lead on the delivery of the South West London (SWL) Child Sexual Abuse Early Emotional Support Service for the CYP service. Working closely with the NHS and Schools you will manage a small specialist counselling team ensuring high-quality, trauma informed support for our young people who have experienced sexual violence. It is essential that you have a good working knowledge of Safeguarding legislation for children and adults, as well as child development. 
 

You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and an ability to develop partnerships with schools, families, funders and other key stakeholders. You will hold a relevant professional qualification in counselling or psychotherapy and be registered with the BACP/UKCP or equivalent. You will have significant experience of working therapeutically with children and young people, ideally in the contexts of trauma or abuse. 
 

Responsible to the Clinical Lead for CYP you will also provide additional support in the management and allocation of referrals, as well as provide additional support and advice as required to the wider CYP Service.

About you

About the Service

Income generation and fundraising at Solace is ambitious, dynamic and rewarding. This role is situated within the Business Development team working alongside our award-winning Communications, Partnerships & Public Affairs team.

This is an important time for Solace and we are seeking consummate professionals to help with an immediate need to secure funding for our existing services and to achieve sustainable growth and partnership working in support of our work to end violence against woman and girls.

About the Role

In this role you will research and develop new business opportunities in line with our funding priorities and manage a portfolio of statutory and grant opportunities and funders. This will involve working with senior managers for bids on their services and conducting both internal and sector research into VAWG, health and social care, advocacy and advice. You will be required to proof read and edit the wider team’s bids, record submissions on the CRM system, and prepare reports for the senior leadership team and funders.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have measurable income generation experience in a bidding environment or writing proposals/funding applications, strong communication, written and oral skills, with experience of proof-reading, and the ability to manage multiple projects, always maintaining an excellent standard of work.

You will be dynamic and driven, able to work confidently both independently and as part of a team. You will have excellent attention to detail, be a team player who thrives under pressure and can work flexibly to deadlines. You will be numerate and confident working on project and service budgets.

This year, Brake celebrates 30 years of life-changing work, and we’re looking for a committed and compassionate Caseworker to help us continue making an impact. If you are based in the Kent or Essex area and want to help people at their most vulnerable moments, this could be the role for you.

Every 20 minutes, someone is killed or seriously injured on UK roads. For families affected, the emotional and practical challenges are immense. As a Caseworker, you will provide direct, trauma-informed care to individuals and families suffering from the sudden bereavement or life-altering injury of a loved one. Working mostly remotely, with home visits to service users, you’ll offer vital emotional and practical support—including helping them access therapeutic resources, financial assistance, and guidance through the complexities of medical and legal processes.

This role is flexible, allowing you to structure your own working pattern within weekdays from 8am to 6pm. While travel is required, you’ll have control over your diary. The work is challenging but immensely rewarding, requiring resilience, empathy, and a dedication to making a real difference in people’s lives.

Key Responsibilities

· Providing direct support to road victims and their families in the Kent, Essex & East region, following Brake’s trauma-informed model of care.

· Managing a caseload of service users, ensuring their emotional, practical, and advocacy needs are met.

· Undertaking comprehensive needs assessments and creating individualised support plans

· Offering emotional and practical support—this can include helping families access therapeutic resources, financial aid, or even facilitating keepsakes to honour the memory of their loved ones

· Liaising with professionals, including police officers, Family Liaison Officers, mental health services, coroners, GPs, and other support organisations.

1. Job Purpose

The Senior Mental Health Support Worker will provide time-limited, one-to-one emotional and practical support to individuals experiencing low to moderate mental health challenges, including those with complex needs.
