About the role
As CEP Change Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the organisation is ready for the transition to Dotdigital, focusing on business readiness, stakeholder engagement, training, communications, and cutover planning. You will assess the current state, define the future operating model, and lead the change strategy to support a smooth and successful go-live by March 2026.
In this role, you will:
• Conduct a current state assessment of supporter journey processes, stakeholder roles, and pain points, and define future state processes to enable marketer-led campaign delivery.
• Develop and deliver the change strategy, roadmap, and business readiness plan aligned to the March 2026 go-live milestone.
• Build and manage stakeholder engagement and communication plans, ensuring buy-in and alignment across marketing, fundraising, digital, supporter care, data, and technology teams.
• Lead training needs analysis and deliver a tailored adoption plan, including role-based training, playbooks, and templates.
• Own the cutover readiness plan, ensuring business continuity during transition and supporting UAT, pilot campaigns, and contingency planning.

About you

To be successful, it is important that you have:
• Proven experience as a Change Lead/Change Manager on technology-driven transformation programmes.

Each year we raise around half our income through fundraising from a varied number of sources, with corporate income representing around a third of the fundraised income. The Development team is led by the Director of Strategic Development and Fundraising, and comprises 11 people.
Purpose of role
The Head of Corporate Partnerships will join the Development department at a time of rapid and exciting growth for the team, with a remit to lead a high achieving and ambitious team of three to achieve significant revenue targets through partnerships and sponsorships, oversee a successful corporate masterclass programme and research and implement new opportunities to generate revenue.

This role is ideally suited to an ambitious and highly motivated individual who thrives in a busy and fast-paced environment with senior experience in corporate development, and who is interested in playing a critical role at one of the UK's leading producing theatres. Partnerships and Sponsorships
- Work alongside the Head of Philanthropy and Head of Trusts and Events to deliver the Donmar’s Development strategy in line with the wider Organizational strategy and following our core Donmar values.
- Lead the Corporate Development team to maximise revenue from corporate partnerships and the Donmar’s growing corporate masterclass programme.
- Report to and work closely with the Director of Strategic Development and Fundraising to set ambitious yet realistic annual targets for the corporate team.

Reporting to the Director of Operations and working closely alongside the rest of the team, the Head of Membership holds an integral position within Cobseo, centred around the day-to-day delivery of the membership function. The post-holder is responsible for pro-actively identifying and securing new members, processing membership applications, managing credit control that relates to membership fees, and acting as the primary point of contact for prospective/members and relevant stakeholders.
The Head of Membership will also drive the development of Cobseo’s membership offer, policies and processes via the design and delivery of a new, research-led, evidence-based Membership Strategy, which will include refining the membership criteria and enhancing membership benefits to elevate the value of Cobseo Membership.
The Head of Membership provides leadership to the Cobseo office team and Executive Committee on all membership matters. The Head of Membership will be the primary liaison for the new CRM/website project, working closely with the Director of Operations and the Head of Communication & Engagement to ensure that the new system is commissioned, launched, and integrated successfully. They will work with external suppliers including routinely with the external bookkeeper, and on a project basis with the CRM provider and CRM implementation partner to ensure value-for-money procurement and effective project delivery.
As a member of the small Cobseo office team, the Head of Membership, along with the other members of the office team, is expected to lean into issues, opportunities, and workstreams that arise, sometimes at short notice and occasionally outside of their own portfolio.
This role is full time (34.5 hours per week) and is office-based in London for at least 2 days per week in order to facilitate positive relationships with the rest of the team and with stakeholders. There is an option for hybrid/homeworking the rest of the week. Some UK travel is required and the post-holder will occasionally be required to work from external sites, such as events’ venues or in order to visit members’ premises. Normal working hours are maintained wherever possible noting that business activity of a membership organisation, including for some events, is held outwith normal office hours.

About the team
You'll be joining a small, high-performing team with a collaborative culture and big ambitions. The Business Intelligence Reporting Lead will be the MS Society’s leading expert in Power BI and other reporting tools, playing a crucial role in enhancing the organisation’s data maturity and decision-making capabilities. They will be responsible for the design, development, and management of BI reports and dashboards across multiple BI tools, overseeing their full lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment, maintenance, and optimisation. This includes providing best practice guidance for reporting within systems such as Dynamics and Assemble.
As the expert of BI reporting, they will ensure that staff have access to data, and that reporting mechanisms remains available, effective, and continuously developed to address new and existing challenges. This will involve complex data troubleshooting, including resolving process inefficiencies, data quality issues, and user knowledge gaps. They will work closely with other teams to investigate and resolve these issues.
The BI reporting Lead will contribute to the MS Society’s data, digital, and technical strategy, particularly within Microsoft Azure data architecture, and play a key role in shaping the strategic use of BI tools across the organisation. Through independent research, collaboration with peers, and engagement with stakeholders, they will define the future direction of BI tools, ensuring that the MS Society can fully leverage its data for informed decision-making and operational efficiency.
