You’ll be leading and broadening our commercial offer, helping us drive even greater impact in water efficiency, and the income to support it, across the UK. I am urgently seeking an experienced AD of People,Equity & Culture to cover a 10 to 12 month period of maternity leave at a renowned Charity based in East London, to start ASAP. The Director of Finance Business Partnering (Operations) is a critical role within the Financial Strategy, Planning & Performance division that will lead, develop and deliver high quality finance business partnering and decision support to all the central services of the university, including providing financial planning, reporting and insight across revenue and capital funded activity. 

You will support the senior Director of the Financial Strategy, Planning & Performance function in development and improvement projects. At WithYou we are looking for a Head of Internal Communications to join our organisation. This is a full time, fixed term maternity cover position until August 2025. Reporting into the Executive Director of Marketing and Communications, this role will join our Marketing and Communications directorate, an innovative team of people who are committed to raising the profile of WithYou, our clients and our colleagues. In this role you will lead WithYou’s internal communications and engagement strategy so our people understand and can contribute to our strategy and direction. 

You will work to improve communications, engagement and channel delivery across WithYou, leading the journey to a new interactive platform, using a new internal content strategy to inform it. In addition, you will forge strong relationships to coach, influence and provide clear direction and leadership on all internal communications activity, helping to develop and embed a new organisational strategy and other  initiatives, with staff insight at the core. 

This is a remote role based from home with travel across England and Scotland required, including overnight stays. This is a full time, fixed term maternity cover position until August 2025. The salary for this role is £56,000 - £68,675 per annum.

REQUIRED SKILLS

We are looking for demonstrable experience in a similar role, with knowledge of the approaches, tools and techniques that support clear implementation of internal communications and engagement. It is essential that you have experience of adapting central messaging for specific audiences, a proven ability to deliver an annual programme of staff events, along with managing effective and accessible channels that encourage an inclusive and supportive culture. This is a busy team, with multiple priorities ongoing and huge plans for the future, so it's important that you are highly organised and able to manage your time effectively.

The role

As the motion design producer at Breast Cancer Now, you’ll play a key role in helping bring our work to life.

You’ll be creating high quality, engaging content about our life-changing research, campaigning, fundraising, services and health information. And you’ll be part of the multimedia team, where we produce video, photography, motion design and audio that help strengthen our brand and tell our story.

Reporting to the senior multimedia manager, you’ll be producing motion design projects that cover all aspects of the organisation. This includes producing multiple small and large-scale motion projects throughout the year to support major campaigns and projects. Experience of producing long and short-form content with an eye towards social trends is also desirable.

The role may require some work on larger video and photography projects throughout the year to support the wider team, so any skills in video production, video editing or photography would be an advantage.

About you

You’ll have a keen interest in all things motion design and have a good portfolio of work to show this. You’ll be hard-working and highly motivated, with a flexible approach to your work. And you’ll be used to working in a busy team environment and able to work on your own initiative.

Strong communication skills are essential as you’ll be working with teams across the charity, supporters and people affected by breast cancer. 

You must have considerable experience using adobe creative suite, particularly after effects, illustrator, photoshop and premiere. Any knowledge of blender or other 3D software would also be welcome.

Primary location of role and hybrid working

This role is primarily based in our London office. However, our hybrid working model allows full-time staff members to work up to 3 days per week at home.

Who we're looking for:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated stakeholder engagement specialist to work across our portfolio of programmes. The ideal candidate will be confident in building relationships with diverse stakeholders, particularly across the Education, Health and Social Care or Youth sectors, promoting our work and recruiting delegates to Ygam workshops. Outstanding communication skills, a strategic mindset and the ability to develop and implement engagement plans and projects are essential. Public speaking or training delivery experience would be beneficial. 

Main roles & responsibilities:

You will be responsible for stakeholder engagement across Ygam’s portfolio of programmes. You will develop long lasting relationships with schools, colleges and children’s services, promoting Ygam’s work and recruiting delegates to our workshops.

You will work across the programme team, developing relationships throughout the UK, training professionals to understand the impact and risks of gaming and gambling. You will also be responsible for promoting and marketing the work of Ygam at conferences and events.

You may, on occasion be required to arrange and deliver our City & Guilds assured workshops, both online and face to face and provide support to delegates post training, updating all relevant records and CRM systems.
