What you will be achieving

As People Assistant, you will be supporting an established People and Culture (P&C) team to deliver an efficient and accurate P&C administration service across the Academy, ensuring that all P&C records are maintained properly. You will have some admin experience, which could be easily transferred to working in a P&C team. There will be opportunities to grow and develop in the role and get involved in wider cross-team working projects.

The People and Culture function forms part of the Directorate team. The team includes the Head of People and Culture, two People Business Partners and two People Assistants (including this role).

The wider Directorate team is responsible for supporting big annual Corporate Events. The team also supports and provides administrative support to the Chief Executive (CEO), President, Officers and Senior Leadership Team.

What you will be doing

• Supporting the People Business Partners in managing the recruitment activity. Recording diversity information after each recruitment round, ensuring it is available for annual analysis.
• Managing the new starter admin process, including conducting reference checks, induction meetings, and ensuring line managers follow the induction and probationary procedures.
• Undertaking P&C administration, including updating the HR employee database (Cezanne), P&C spreadsheets, preparing correspondence, and responding to external reference requests.
• Maintaining and updating information on the staff organogram and number of permanent/fixed-term posts on a monthly basis.
• Supporting the People Business Partner to prepare payroll administration and paperwork.
• Monitoring the sick leave and annual leave processes - escalating any potential issues to the People Business Partners and Head, as appropriate.
• Supporting the People Business Partners with any training administration, booking paperwork, and supporting training day coordination.
• Being the super user of the HR system.
• Updating any changes in the system, as and when needed.
• Supporting Academy away days.
• Supporting the People Business Partners in systems development work, as necessary.

What you’ll bring to the role

• The ambition to study towards CIPD level 3, or be studying towards.
• Experience of doing admin (within a P&C department would be an advantage).
• Some experience of dealing with people at all levels.
• Excellent IT skills, working with databases (experience with HR databases would be an advantage).
• Good literacy and numeracy skills

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:  

We are looking for a Data & Impact Manager with a minimum of 2 years’ work experience to lead, manage and ensure the effective day-to-day execution of DanceSyndrome’s Data & Impact work. You will lead on data collection and gathering impact and evidence through a number of different tools from various Stakeholders and analyse and interpret the results to inform Organisational Strategy and Operations. Responsibilities – Monitoring & Evaluation duties:  

• To develop a robust data collection system for DanceSyndrome on an annual basis.
• To develop & implement flexible, user friendly monitoring and evaluation tools to gather impact & evidence from different stakeholders (e.g. beneficiaries who are people with learning disabilities, parents & carers, wider eco-system of partners and supporters).
• To ensure data is collected in ways that are accessible and co-designed, so that people with learning disabilities can help shape how their views and experiences are gathered and shared. This includes using creative and inclusive tools that reflect DanceSyndrome’s values of equality, respect, and inclusion.
• To ensure we use a consistent and streamlined approach to gathering data.
• To work collaboratively around data collection 
• To have full oversight of all surveys and findings
• To update surveys as required e.g. where there is a gap in data collection
• To fulfil all funder requirements regarding data collection and reporting and to work closely with the Fundraising Lead and Communications Manager on this.
• To capture our daily activities & participation numbers (Including events) and filling in external data forms for our partners, for example Caritas Care. 
• To share key learning and results with the wider team for organisational strategic development, funding applications and reports, relevant press and marketing materials.

Part 3b: OTHER DUTIES 

• To undertake any relevant training as required by the charity. 
• To follow all relevant charity policies and procedures. 
• To contribute to the strategic development of the organisation by contributing at team meetings, writing a report for the Board on a quarterly basis and engaging with any other related work. 
• To fulfil any other tasks requested by the Managing Director or the Board in order to support the continued development of DanceSyndrome.

This is a key role driving the delivery of the Education Programme of a leading mental health charity focused on supporting the systems around children and young people. The Education Programme Manager’s workload includes supporting a small Education team to deliver specific projects; delivering key organisational projects directly; managing programme level work; liaising with the Education trainers; and supporting Education-related work across the Trust – from fundraising to reporting. We anticipate this role will provide the opportunity for the successful candidate to grow into the staff team's ‘education specialist’, by keeping abreast of key sector developments, while retaining a keen understanding of when further specialist input would be helpful.

• Ensure that considerations of equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility are incorporated meaningfully across the Education programme delivery.

• Support and retain oversight of the Clinical Lead’s quality assurance of the Education trainers on an annual basis, or other frequency as agreed. 

• Support CWT’s Fundraising team to identify potential funding opportunities within the Education programme, and at times support bid development by developing viable project proposals swiftly.

• Develop and maintain a strategic overview of ‘the Education landscape’ so as to:

• advise the CEO and Head of Programmes of key developments that will help shape the Education programme’s future direction (alongside freelance experts who are further embedded into specific areas within education), and

• to represent the Trust externally and developing our reach, impact and credibility in new areas, so as to help CWT achieve the growth strategy laid out in our Strategic Business Plan (currently 2025-27).

• Work with other teams within the Trust to identify opportunities for cross programme working to develop engagement with our information, training and services. 

• Manage a small Education team to deliver effectively and efficiently; while supporting their development, embodying a collaborative and supportive leadership culture in line with the Trust’s values. 

• Approve Education programme expenditure as per a delegated budget, including querying unexpected expenditure and highlighting anomalies to the Finance team; and supporting budget development and reforecasting processes by offering a key ‘front line’ perspective on priorities and costs.

What you’ll be doing:

As COO, you will play a critical leadership role in the strategic and operational success of LtL. You will work closely with the CEO and the management team to deliver the charity’s vision, overseeing day-to-day project delivery across the UK. Essential

· One or both of Safeguarding and Health & Safety training qualifications.

· Outstanding project management skills including budgeting, planning, evaluation, and reporting.

Purpose of the Role 

The HR Manager plays a key leadership role, working on, and closely with, the management team to ensure effective HR support across the organisation. This role combines strategic HR advice with hands-on operational delivery, helping to shape a positive working culture and ensure compliance with employment law and best practice.

The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Chief Executive at Impetus plays a vital role in providing high-level administrative and project management support to the Chief Executive and ensuring the smooth operating of the Senior Management Team (SMT). The EA acts as a key liaison between the Chief Executive and internal/external stakeholders, managing sensitive information and handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.

This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer creative solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

Executive Support:

• Provide sophisticated calendar management for the Chief Executive.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the Chief Executive, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature.
• Prioritise and determine the appropriate course of action, referral, or response, exercising judgement to reflect the Chief Executive’s style and organisational policy.

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and oversee the strategic delivery of Care4Calais’ operational (direct aid provision) work across all regions. This is quite a newly created role that will play a central part in shaping the charity’s growth, resilience, and day-to-day effectiveness—ensuring our humanitarian aid reaches those who need it most.

The COO will work closely with the CEO, Senior Leadership Team, and Trustees, to develop internal systems, guide operational teams, maintain consistency across all projects, and strengthen our digital communications, training, safeguarding, and volunteer engagement. You will also play a key leadership role in fostering innovation, implementing policy, and coordinating multi-regional delivery across the UK and Northern France.
