An exciting opportunity to join the Rank Foundation team in London or Penrith as Alumni Development Officer through the Time to Shine leadership programme. This new post has been created to support the development and implementation of a range of activities to engage and connect with the Rank Fellows to foster long lasting relationships. The postholder will play a pivotal role in strengthening relationships between the Foundation and its alumni community.
The position is offered on a 12-month, full time basis, and the postholder must be able to join early January. The post-holder will be part of the Rank Foundation’s Time to Shine (T2S) leadership programme. As part of the Time to Shine 2025 Cohort, you will be supported through learning conferences, leadership days, action learning and will have access to career relevant training and qualifications.

Key accountabilities:
Alumni Programme Research & Development:
- To assist with the identification of and engagement with the wider alumni community
- To implement a range of activities to engage with Rank’s alumni community;
- To design, plan and deliver Fellowship events, webinars, and other programmes that promote networking and professional development opportunities among Fellows/alumni;
- To create and develop relationships with the Fellows/alumni to increase involvement in the Foundation’s activities;
- To administer the mentoring programme connecting older Fellows with younger ones at the beginning of their professional careers;
- To liaise with the Comms team to raise the social media profile of the Rank Fellowship Alumni Network;
- To serve as the primary point of contact for alumni inquiries, communications, and requests;
- To be the secretariat for the Fellows Leadership Team, drafting agendas, minute taking, and following up on actions
- To design, plan and deliver School Leadership events with support from the Finance & Operations Officer
Data & Reporting:
- Manage the Fellowship database, ensuring it is kept up to date
- Send out digital surveys, monitor and track key deliverables;
- Collect achievements and contributions from Fellows to showcase impact;
- Collate and prepare reports based on survey outcomes to assess the effectiveness of the programme.

Harris Hill is working with an international environmental charity, who are looking to cover an interim Communications Officer role for 3dpw, on a remote basis. This covers permanent recruitment.
The role itself will run until Christmas and possibly the new year. We are looking for an immediate start.
The post of the Communications Officer reports directly to the CEO, but works with internal fundraising, programme and marketing teams to promote the work of the charity, report on fundraising and manage communications to various stakeholders and supporters.

Resuscitation Council UK’s (RCUK) Communications and Engagement team delivers creative communications and authentic engagement activities that support the organisation’s vision to ensure that everyone in the UK has the skills they need to save a life and receive appropriate resuscitation.
Our audiences include health and social care professionals, members of the public, charities, professional bodies and associations, UK policymakers and campaigning groups.
We are looking for a creative self-starter with a passion for digital marketing and skilled in community management.
You need to be a motivated and enthusiastic marketer who is comfortable working on impactful campaigns which have a wide and diverse reach. Website, SEO & PPC
- Write/produce, build and publish content for the RCUK website, including articles, features, statements and updates, ensuring diversity and inclusion is considered in everything we do.
- Ensure all content, imagery or files uploaded to the website are of an optimal file size and comply with accessibility guidance e.g., alt text, descriptive links.
- Support the Digital Media and Marketing Manager to deliver the SEO priorities for the organisation and increase RCUK’s reach.
- Use insight (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Crazy Egg, surveys etc) to identify content gaps and opportunities for website improvements in line with user requirements.
Campaigns
- Support the communications and engagement team to deliver on key integrated campaigns across the year.
- Support on the delivery of marketing and communications strategies for core RCUK products: including generating sales for commercial products such as e-Lifesaver and paid events such as conferences through digital marketing and direct communications.
- Support the Media and Campaigns team with asset creation and amplify media opportunities via our digital channels

Email Marketing

- Monitor RCUK’s social media portfolio and identify opportunities for RCUK expansion onto other social media platforms in line with organisational objectives and where the audiences we are trying to reach are.
- Respond to comments across our social media channels and build support within our online community through engaging in conversations. Answer queries (liaising with other teams as required) and escalate any reputational issues to the Digital Media and Marketing Manager.
- Identify opportunities and content for paid campaigns.
- Work with the Digital Media and Marketing Manager to evaluate the impact of organic and paid social media activity through monthly reporting and analysis of larger initiatives and campaigns.
Other
- Champion RCUK brand and style guidelines to ensure RCUK communications are consistent across all comms channels.
- Use Canva/Adobe suite to design BAU social media graphics and toolkits for campaigns.
- Ensure our content is accessible and reflects the diverse resuscitation community and society as a whole.
- Represent and promote the organisation and its products at internal and external events that RCUK is exhibiting at.

TLP receives 750 new referrals every month and will provide support to 8000 people struggling with suicidal feelings this year. This role will include turning complex scientific and clinical information and the charity’s wide grant making activities into engaging and accessible content. Working closely with the grants and research team, the postholder be responsible for developing and delivering the charity’s multi-media activity in the area of grant making and impact communications.
You will support the demonstration of their impact through a steady stream of new and engaging content about the charity for dissemination to supporters, the media, patients, staff and other stakeholders. There will be a focus on increasing visibility of the charity (internal and external), staff and grant applicants (hospital and institute) engagement, along with inspiring potential donors, external partners.
Communicating impact in an engaging way will importantly inspire staff and researchers to put forward proposals for innovation, research and wider grant funding leading to further patient benefit.
This is a varied and highly collaborative role that is critical to the charity’s wider and exiting growth ambitions and success.

Week-in-week-out the busy team provides journalists with powerful proactive stories and quick-off-the-mark reaction that generates consistently high levels of media coverage across local, nations, national, consumer and specialist print, broadcast and online outlets.
This role is to be part of the National Media Team, working closely with a Media Manager, another Senior Media Officer and a Press Office Assistant to promote the NSPCC’s major policy-change campaigns and priorities, predominantly via national print, broadcast and digital media. Key areas of focus will include child protection and children’s social care, child sexual abuse, domestic abuse, online safety, early years, education and children’s experience of the justice system. The successful candidate will be expected to develop a network of contacts within the national media, using these relationships to ensure the NSPCC is at the forefront of coverage related to child abuse and neglect. They must be ready to respond quickly to opportunities to comment on stories while building the evidence base for the next big proactive story.

As Senior Reputation Manager you will play a key role in protecting and enhancing St John’s reputation, proactively identifying, managing and mitigating organisational reputational risk. Being a top-class stakeholder manager and a highly effective influencer, you'll be able to quickly build relationships across a large, complex organisation.
