About the Role:
As Senior Programme Manager, you will lead a team responsible for delivering a portfolio of national education programmes that support thousands of educators and young people across the UK. Combining leadership, operational oversight and practical support, you'll help ensure programmes deliver high-quality experiences and meaningful impact.
This role is focused on providing leadership, oversight and guidance to an established team of Programme Managers, rather than personally leading the day-to-day delivery of every programme. However, you'll also be comfortable stepping in with practical operational support when required, helping the team navigate challenges, manage risk, maintain momentum and ensure successful delivery.
Working closely with colleagues across Young Enterprise, you'll use insight and evidence to drive improvement, support the ongoing development of our programmes, and help ensure they continue to deliver strong outcomes for young people. The Youth Adventure Trust is a youth development charity working with vulnerable young people aged 11 to 16 years old from Somerset, Wiltshire and Swindon. Our outdoor activity based YAT Adventure Programme enables young people to challenge themselves, experience success, learn to go beyond their own expectations and grow in confidence. Through a series of residential camps and day activities they are able to build resilience, self esteem and develop social and life skills. The YAT Resilience Programme works to the same outcomes through a year long programme of monthly activities, home-based challenges and reflective practice. Our Mentoring Programme works with those young people in need of some additional individualised support at the end of our other programmes. The Trust’s Bursary Programme is open to all those young people who have completed an initial programme, in order to assist their next steps into further activities. Our aim is to make a lasting improvement to the lives of vulnerable young people. All our services are provided completely free of charge to the young people who are nominated by schools and other youth organisations to take part.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and motivated Programme Manager to support, deliver and manage our outdoor based development programmes.
Responsibilities will include:

Acting as the key point of contact to organise, deliver and oversee the programme to a group of young people, including managing and supporting activity days and residential adventures throughout the year.

Recruiting young people to the programme, working in collaboration with our referral partners including schools and other organisations, ensuring all involved have an excellent understanding, relationship and experience with the Youth Adventure Trust.

Working in partnership with the young people’s families to promote full attendance, effective participation and ensure they have all the information they require.

Carrying out direct work with young people to help support their needs and fulfil the Youth Adventure Trust’s aims.

Providing ongoing feedback to young people, parents, carers and schools.

Supporting the effective monitoring of the programme and measurement of young people’s developmental outcomes.

Working with the Mentoring Managers to select and support young people moving on to the Mentoring Programme, and promote take up of the Bursary Programme.

Ensuring the highest standards of support, safety and safeguarding across the programme and all aspects of the Youth Adventure Trust’s work.

Completing the day-to-day administration and management of the programme. This will include maintaining a database, producing written communications and reports, information leaflets, website updates, budget monitoring, booking and negotiating with providers, and an array of detailed record keeping.

Contributing to organisational planning and development, including supporting the development of further opportunities for young people.

Supporting the fundraising team through providing feedback, reports or event support.

To be up to the challenge you’ll need an excellent understanding and a proven track record of relevant experience working with vulnerable young people. The Role
This is a new and exciting role for Hospice UK. As Content and Brand Manager you will play a key role bringing Hospice UK’s strategic priorities to life, delivering high-quality content that meets our audiences’ needs, drives engagement and tells a compelling story about our brand.
You will lead and drive an ambitious new content strategy for the organisation that brings coherence and dynamism to our communications, ensures clear and consistent messaging across our channels and seizes opportunities to be creative, adaptable and at the heart of sector debates. This will also include overseeing the performance and growth of our social media channels and presence.

The Team
You will work within the Communications team that sits within the wider External Affairs Directorate. We are around 20 in total, including 4 colleagues based in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
The Communications team includes colleagues working across content, social and digital, as well as partnership marketing and member communications.
You will work closely with a smaller team of 3 colleagues, our Senior Social Media Officer, Media and PR Manager and your line manager – our Senior Communications and Communications Manager. Together you will be involved in the big issues in hospice care, making sure Hospice UK is vocal, visible and leading the debate.
There is a strong collaborative and supportive culture across the External Affairs Department with lots of opportunity to exchange ideas, plan together and benefit from each other’s skills and expertise.
Working closely with our 200+ hospice members, we have a strong track record of securing strong media coverage and winning campaigns on their behalf, most notably over the two years by securing increased investment in hospices by governments in Westminster, Cardiff and Edinburgh.

The Global Head of Assurance is a WaterAid Ready Leader who plays a critical role in strengthening confidence in WaterAid's governance, risk management and control environment. Audit

Accreditation

Manage the DUK project portfolio
- Become a subject matter expert in applied and translational research in DMD, allowing informed decision making and effective communication with key stakeholders

About the role
We are recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager to lead and manage CASPA’s financial operations.
This role involves overseeing the charity’s financial management, producing budgets and management accounts, monitoring cashflow, ensuring financial compliance, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring robust financial systems and controls are in place across the organisation.
The successful candidate will join our Senior Leadership Team, supporting the CEO and Board of Trustees and playing a pivotal role in achieving the charity’s objectives and future growth

Salary Band: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum FTE (DOE)
Contract Type: 1 year fixed-term contract with potential to extend
Reports to: CEO
Working Pattern: 21 hours per week Monday – Friday
Location: Bromley-based. Must be able to work in the office on Tuesdays, with the remainder of the week working from home or at venues within the Bromley borough as required.

Confident presenting financial information and supporting organisational decision-making
They will ideally have experience of charity finance, including budgeting, management accounts, cashflow forecasting, financial compliance and financial reporting. Knowledge of Charity SORP and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero or Sage would be advantageous.

The ability to travel in and around the Bromley area is essential to the role.

Rural Media is a Herefordshire-based charity and production company that empowers rural young people and underserved communities to find their voice, develop their creative talent and use digital creativity to drive social change. Through our proven creative participation model, developed and refined over three decades, we support early-career creative talent, young rural people and underserved groups to gain the skills, confidence, and platforms for personal growth and societal change.
Over the next three years, Rural Media Charity will focus on two interconnected strategic priorities:
- Youth Voice & Social Change – Supporting young rural people to drive social change through digital creativity, challenging stereotypes, influencing policy, and becoming leaders and changemakers in their communities
- Early-Career Artists/Creatives & Digital Platforms – Supporting early-career creatives from rural, regional and underserved communities to develop their practice, thrive on digital platforms, and build professional creative careers
Rural Media is looking for an ambitious Strategic Partnerships Manager to build a brand-new corporate partnerships function from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to shape a role from scratch, backed by our CEO/Creative Director and a Strategic Partnerships Consultant, generating a six-figure income stream that will directly fuel our work with rural young people and underserved communities.
Working closely with our Development Director, Head of Youth Programmes and Head of Production, you'll identify, secure and grow partnerships with businesses who share our commitment to rural equality and youth opportunity — turning first conversations into lasting, mutually valuable relationships with a particular focus on supporting young people not in education, employment or training into real opportunities in the creative sector.
This is a varied role combining prospecting, pitching, negotiation, stewardship and ambassadorial work – whether that's crafting a partnership proposition, presenting to a board, or reporting back to a corporate supporter on the impact of their support.
We're looking for someone who is:

A proven relationship-builder with a track record of generating income, sponsorship or partnership value.

Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, including at director and board level.

Skilled at developing compelling proposals, pitches and cases for support.

Comfortable managing a varied pipeline from first contact through to signed agreement.
