Our Campaigns and Communications Manager will play a key role in identifying strategic opportunities to make change through empowering and engaging our clients and local network, building and communicating a strong case for change. You will also play an important leadership role within LRMN, sitting on the management team.
Key responisibilties include:
- Leading the development and delivery of media, communications and campaign strategies and activities within LRMN to establish and maintain a consistently high and positive media profile.

- Developing a core set of impact evidence and relevant marketing materials that will promote the work of LRMN, show its success and the experience of refugees, asylum seekers and migrants.
- Ensuring engagement of clients in influencing local and national campaigns with their lived experience.
- Provide strategic lead on LRMN’s Borough of Sanctuary campaign, in Lewisham, Greenwich, and beyond, and other local and national campaigns.
- Developing strategic partnerships with key local, regional, and national partners in shaping and promoting campaigns most relevant to LRMN’s client base.

Waddesdon Manor offers visitors a programme of changing exhibitions, talks and tours, family activities and public events. The income from our private events, shop, restaurants and sixteen-bedroom hotel help support keeping the Manor open to the public, our education programme and the care of the collections and gardens for all to enjoy.
What you will do:
The role encompasses all aspects of digital marketing activity, including both B2B and B2C. You’ll also be supporting commercial activities for Waddesdon Manor, the trading company RWL which includes Catering for the Manor operation, visitors, retail, public events, private events, The Bow and The Five Arrows, and any special projects for the Rothschild Foundation e.g. future commercial property developments.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Develop and deliver an online strategy to drive engagement and conversion across Waddesdon’s digital channels.
- Develop and manage digital content, including copywriting and proofreading content to develop our storytelling and ensure academic accuracy, standards and tone of voice are consistent.
- Manage updates to the website to reflect the brand and optimise commercial performance.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to implement new content, amends and updates, which optimise the website and keep information up-to-date. Be the point of contact to help other departments with advice on digital content.
- Manage SEO focused activities to increase quality traffic across the website.
- Plan and manage social media strategy to drive engagement and build new audiences.
- Track and report digital performance across digital channels to enable strategic decision making and share information across the organisation.
- Work with external agencies as required, including managing the Google Grant.
- Be part of project teams to deliver a new website for Waddesdon, trading subsidiaries and the Rothschild Foundation, and support integration of new systems including a DAMS and CRM.
- Help to develop strategic marketing campaigns for the business and develop plans to increase audiences.
- Monitor the outcomes of marketing activity and evaluate against plans, contributing to monthly reports.
- Develop partnership ideas for content and social media and work with third parties as required to deliver these.
- Monitor competitor activity to ensure we are learning and evolving to become as relevant and engaging as possible.
- Contribute to marketing budget management and assist with budget forward planning in liaison with the managers of each business area eg RWL Heads of Department.
- Work closely with the wider marketing team and all colleagues across Waddesdon, sharing news on activity, to ensure that opportunities are maximised.

Working arrangements
We are recruiting two Research and Insight Managers; one on permanent basis and one as 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
This is a hybrid role, where your work will be split between your home and at least one day per week, on average, in our London Office. This may vary from time to time, so you’ll need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.
About you
You’ll bring solid experience from a dedicated market or social research role, whether client-side or agency, with a strong track record of using a broad range of qualitative, quantitative and secondary research methods such as surveys, focus groups and interviews. You’ve led a wide variety of projects, including brand tracking, customer satisfaction, creative testing and proposition development, and you’re confident working across different business areas to meet a range of organisational needs.
You’re comfortable managing research from start to finish – from writing briefs and designing surveys or discussion guides, to overseeing fieldwork, conducting analysis and presenting findings. You’ve worked closely with external research agencies, managing procurement and delivery, and you know how to translate complex methodologies and data into clear, actionable insights that resonate with colleagues at all levels, including those without a research background.
You’ll bring:
- Expertise in selecting and tailoring research methods to varied business questions
- A deep understanding of ethical research practices, GDPR, and inclusive research approaches
- Strong questionnaire design skills and experience using survey software
- Excellent communication and consultancy skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising effectively and delivering to a high standard
- A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and working practices
Experience in a health-related field, managing customer research communities or panels, and line management would be a bonus but it’s not essential.

Purpose of Role
Group Facilitators play a crucial role in delivering a range of therapeutic sessions aimed at supporting the wellbeing of survivors of sexual violence. This role involves creating a safe and empathetic environment where survivors can heal and grow. The Group Facilitator offers empowering peer support, fostering a sense of community and understanding among participants.
Through these therapeutic sessions, survivors are empowered to regain control over their lives, build resilience, and navigate their healing journey. The facilitator provides valuable guidance, emotional validation, and tools for coping and self-care, and they serve as a compassionate guide, helping survivors of sexual violence find strength, connection, and healing.
Main responsibilities include:
- Leading group intervention sessions for male, adolescent, and non-binary survivors of sexual abuse, assault, and rape.
- Collaborating with the Group Work Manager and the organisation's safeguarding lead to effectively address safeguarding concerns.
- Documenting client interactions, participation, and identified risks using our client case management system and by adhering to organisational protocols.
- Formulating comprehensive plans for group sessions, further refine the group model, and conduct risk assessments when necessary.
- Prioritising ongoing monitoring and evaluation, ensuring the timely and accurate recording of outcomes to gauge effectiveness.

The Society
The Royal Geographical Society (with the Institute of British Geographers) is the learned society and professional body for geography and geographers. It is also a charity and a membership organisation. The Society was founded in 1830 and has been one of the most active of the learned societies ever since. The Position
The IT Manager will work with our outsourced helpdesk provider to deliver maximum availability of the network, data and systems, to ensure we are secure and compliant and to provide support and training to our staff. The IT infrastructure includes an extensive wired and Wi-Fi network throughout the building with approaching 100 Wi-Fi access points. This network is critical for the smooth running of the Society’s day to day activities and the successful operation of events on the premises, which account for turnover in excess of £1m p.a.
The IT Manager will also be the internal technical/project lead on the ongoing development of the Society’s CRM system, Centrepoint’s oomi product.
Salary and Benefits:
This is a permanent, full-time post subject to successful completion of a probationary period of three months. The salary range for this post is £45,000-£55,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications. The post is based in Kensington, London.

I'm currently supporting a well-respected housing provider in their search for an experienced Repairs & Maintenance Manager to lead their in-house DLO and contractor partnerships.
This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for driving performance, customer satisfaction, and service excellence across a large repairs function. The successful candidate will oversee a dedicated team, including Repairs Officers, a Repairs Project Manager, and a large in-house trade workforce, while also managing external contractor relationships.
Key responsibilities will include:
Leading the delivery of a high-quality, customer-focused repairs & maintenance service.
Developing and implementing service strategies to ensure top-quartile performance nationally.
Managing budgets, financial planning, procurement, and contracts within the service.
Driving continuous improvement and innovation across the DLO.
Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety and regulatory requirements.
Promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.

The Role
The purpose of this role is to support the Global Fund Development Team with the day-to-day smooth running of activity and operations. The role holder will offer administrative support in relation to operations, communications, events, meetings, and travel. It will also offer ad-hoc project and campaign support, and administrative support to the Director of Fund Development in their leadership of the Global FD Operations team.
The Key Responsibilities
FD Team Support
1. Managing the team inbox and co-ordinating timely response to incoming queries
2. Updating the donor database and supporting the FD Ops team with Database administration and data cleansing
3. Providing support for planning and delivery of in-person and online global events
4. Scheduling & minuting meetings, including managing room bookings
5. Managing team outlook calendars and maintaining SharePoint site
6. Engaging suppliers and submitting invoices
7. Coordinating and executing team Finance Administration
8. Supporting onboarding and induction process for new team members
9. Organising team meetings and social events
10. General office coordination (e.g. mail, stationary, supplies, marketing collateral etc)
11. Supporting other ad hoc tasks and activities as required
Administrative Assistance to Director of Fund Development
1. Managing diary and appointments
2. Booking travel and accommodation for FD Director and other global team members
3. Manage the monthly credit card expense claims
4. Drafting and sending letters and emails on behalf of the Director
5. Liaising with other departments and supporting cross-team problem solving
6. Preparing and formatting PowerPoint presentations

The Role
As Deputy Shop Manager at our new shop in Skipton, initially, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in setting up our new shop, recruiting volunteers, and making plans to ensure the shop is ready to open. You will then ensure the smooth running of the shop long-term.
You will manage the day-to-day operation of the shop in the absence of the Shop Manager, including managing a team of volunteers, ensuring accurate accounting and handling of assets, delivering high standards of customer service, and adhering to all charity policies and procedures.
