The Catholic Children’s Society (CCS) is one of the largest providers of mental health services to schools in London and the Southeast. Our Connect-Ed service includes around 50 counsellors and therapists working on-site in over 70 schools. We also offer high-quality early years education and holistic family support, including emergency assistance for families in crisis.

What we are looking for

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Officer to support the delivery and evaluation of our mental health services in schools, as well as our nursery and family centre. You’ll be part of a passionate team working to improve children’s life chances through early intervention and family support.

Duties and Responsibilities

Service Analysis and Quality Assurance

• Support the collection and analysis of accurate, timely and high-quality data on our services via Salesforce CRM (training provided, with the opportunity to become a qualified Salesforce Administrator).
• Assist Service Managers in delivering mental health training for school staff and parents/carers, including managing bookings, invites, attendance lists, and queries.
• Coordinate, monitor and support the evaluation of whole school services, including training and wellbeing interventions.
• Maintain effective and up-to-date digital filing systems.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and external contacts, developing a deep understanding of our services and their impact on children’s lives.

Family Liaison and Support

• Undertake office and reception duties from 4pm – 6.30pm, including liaising with parents, answering calls, and welcoming visitors.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding of new families to our nursery and family centre, including reviewing statutory childcare funding options.
• Help develop a programme of workshops for parents/carers, assessing needs and tailoring support.
• Assist in the delivery, evaluation and monitoring of mental health and wellbeing services for families using the nursery.
• Collaborate with the Centre Coordinator to plan and deliver family activities, including day trips to safari parks and the seaside.

You’ll lead the development of our volunteer and communications strategy, ensuring our work is inclusive, rooted in social justice, and reflective of the communities we serve. From recruiting and training new mentors to telling powerful stories that shift narratives, this is a role where people skills meet purpose.

You’ll:

• Build meaningful partnerships with community organisations, universities, and employers to grow a diverse volunteer base.
• Oversee each step of the volunteer journey, recruitment, training, and recognition, ensuring every volunteer feels supported and valued.

Role Overview

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Property Department
Coordinator to provide high-level executive support to the Director of Property and coordination
across the department. This pivotal role will combine Executive Assistant responsibilities with
departmental coordination, ensuring the smooth running of operations, the effective flow of
information, and the delivery of accurate data and reports to internal and external stakeholders.

You will work closely with the Director of Property and two Heads of Function, whose specialist
teams manage the organisation’s diverse property portfolio. You will play a key role in preparing
materials for the Board of Trustees, coordinating the quarterly Property Committee, and
supporting departmental projects.

You will ensure timely flow of information and reporting between the team and stakeholders,
including SLT, Trustees and suppliers / contractors.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistant to the Director of Property

•  Manage the Director’s diary, meetings, and travel arrangements.
•  Prepare agendas, take minutes of meetings, and follow up actions for key meetings.
•  Draft correspondence, briefings, and presentations for the Director.
• Support the Director in tracking actions, deadlines and project progress.

Department Coordination

• Act as the central coordination point across the department, ensuring smooth communication between the Director, Heads of Functions, and their teams.
• Maintain departmental work plans, timelines, and trackers.
• Support tendering processes and analysis
• Manage the adminstration of the Charity’s insurance cover and policy
• Organise internal meetings, workshops, and away days.
• Collate and distribute key documents, ensuring version control and accessibility.
• Other tasks that may be reasonably requested, commensurate with the role.

Data Analysis and Presentation

• Collect, analyse, and interpret data from across the property portfolio.
• Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, and visual presentations for departmental
  meetings and board submissions.
• Support the Director and Heads of Function in using data to inform decision-making and
  measure performance.
•  Collaborate with both the Head of IT and the Sustainability and Impact Lead, to develop
  the presentation of data for reporting purposes.
• Ensure data is accurate, consistent, and compliant with organisational policies.
  Board and Committee Support
• Coordinate quarterly Property Committee meetings: arrange logistics, prepare and
  circulate papers, and take accurate minutes.
• Work with the Director to prepare papers and reports for the Board of Trustees.
• Ensure all governance requirements are met in relation to committee administration.

Skills, Experience & Attributes

Essential:

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple
  priorities, working with various stakeholders.
• Experience as an executive assistant, project coordinator, or similar role.
• Confident in analysing data and presenting it in a clear, accessible format, and proficient
  in using data management systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, CRM.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with
  digital collaboration tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative approach with the ability to build strong working relationships.

Desirable:

• Experience in a property, facilities, or asset management context.
• Knowledge of governance processes in not-for-profit organisations.
• Understanding of performance measurement and KPI reporting.

About the role

We’re looking for a creative and confident Content & Communications Coordinator to join our busy Digital and Marketing team at Imperial College Union. This role will be key in strengthening our online presence and improving student engagement with the Union. The successful candidate will manage our social media channels and content to drive two-way conversations, to increase awareness of the Union’s work, and help us better understand what they care about.

You will be our in-house journalist; planning and delivering content that speaks to our varied audiences. You’ll build strong relationships across the Union and College, writing creative copy and curating innovative social media content. Using your in-depth knowledge of social media, you will be aware of emerging trends across all platforms and create content that attracts and retains the interest and attention of our members. You will work closely with colleagues across the Union, including our elected Officer Trustees, to support them to reach more students and deliver key messages. This role is integral to supporting the diverse work the Union does.

Our ideal candidate will have a flair for creative writing for a variety of topics and channels, with a strong passion for social media and help develop and embed the Union’s personality and brand. What you would be doing

Content Planning

• To assist in the creation of communications and content plans to support the marketing team in the delivery of key Union marketing activity, such as Welcome Week and election.
• Populate the social media calendars to ensure regular, timely and impactful content across these channels on Instagram, TikTok and Threads. 
• Build networks with student groups, the Union’s newspaper (Felix) and external partners to develop opportunities for content collaboration
• Utilise student feedback and engagement with Union content to continue to improve and develop our output and channels
• Work with the Officer Trustees to promote their public profiles and provide support on their campaigns.
• Stay up to date with what’s happening across the Union, College, the city and wider student movement to stay current and spot positive PR opportunities and content.

Content Creation & Curation

• Ensure timely, relevant and engaging content for Union channels & platforms, including blogs, website, social media and news
• Write, proof and edit a variety of digital communications across the organisation, such as blogs and web content to ensure brand and tone of voice is consistent and correct
• Lead on the weekly student newsletter – composing and drafting the newsletter and sending it out to all students every week
• Attend student events to capture photos and videos content to use for marketing purposes and provide live social media coverage to a high standard
• Be aware of shareable, engaging content, sourcing content from external channels to build an engaged following and boost our content on social media
• Establish and work with student and staff social ambassadors in gathering stories and content

General

• Monitor and moderate social posts and comments and respond or escalate in line with the Union’s Crisis Comms plan
• Support key events throughout the year, including Welcome Week and Elections, when necessary
• Proactively work to ensure the Union’s commitment to diversity and inclusion is expressed in all outputs

Salary

The spot salary for the Welfare and Digital Inclusion Partner post is £36,162 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.
You'll also receive £2,893 per annum regional allowance and £1,250 per annum essential car user allowance.

Job Purpose

The Partnership Coordinator role is varied, offering the chance to develop a wide range of skills. Responsibilities include delivering programme and network activities, managing local hubs, supporting events and meetings, and participating in recruitment and retention activities led by the Partnerships Team.

Working closely with school and trust leaders and hub managers, you will need excellent relationship management skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

This position requires individuals who are self-motivated, organised, detail-focused, and strong communicators. 

We are looking for new colleagues to focus on delivering our programmes and networks, ensuring a great experience for our partner schools (about 60-80% of your time). The remaining time will be spent on hub account management, supporting knowledge exchange and network growth, and handling general partner queries.

Key Responsibilities

Programme and Network Delivery:

- Support the planning and delivery of programmes and networks, including scheduling dates, organising training sessions, and other activities.

- Support the organisation and delivery of programme-specific and national events.

- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including resolving operational issues and escalating as needed.

- Provide year-round support to local Hub Managers to ensure schools receive necessary support.

- Monitor programme, network, and hub data to identify risks and/or trends, providing regular reports and updates to support the continuous improvement of our activities. 

Partner Relationship Management:

- Work with the Challenge Partners Central Team to ensure an excellent experience for partners and help schools maximise their partnership value.

- Support the induction and onboarding of new schools to their hubs and the National Network of Excellence.

- Troubleshoot and respond to school or trust queries through internal customer care systems.

- Utilise and update our CRM system (Salesforce).

Communications:

- Respond to email and phone queries about Challenge Partners, programmes, networks, and hubs professionally and promptly.

- Collaborate with programme, network, and partnership leads to provide high-quality communications to partner schools, including renewals, induction, onboarding, engagement emails, and hub updates.

Recruitment and Retention:

- Support year-round recruitment of schools to the Network of Excellence, working with hubs to deliver introductory events.

- Provide updates on schools in your hub to inform retention campaigns.

- Manage leads within your hubs, connecting schools with local hubs and Jubilee Networks.

You will enjoy working on a varied set of tasks related to different areas of the membership provision. Having gained a good level of work experience, you are familiar with process administration, customer service, and stakeholder communications. You have an interest in learning more about member compliance processes and service provision. This role is supported by two associate managers in the team.

Key responsibilities we will entrust you with:

Membership applications and compliance programme

• Deliver administrative tasks in the compliance programme and application process, including scheduling calls, sourcing and maintaining evaluator records of competence & conflict of interest
• Coordinate the application process for aspiring members, pre-assess completeness of applications, and provide process guidance and support throughout their application journey
• Coordinate independent external member evaluations and act as main point of contact, responding to enquiries

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a Finance and Operations Manager to support the CEO in the day-to-day running of our charity. The NUM CEO develops the overall vision of the organisation, while the Operations Manager is responsible to carry out the vision. 

To be successful in this role, you should have experience as a manager in a position of public trust, have excellent financial, organisational, and communications skills, as well as being a problem-solver with work experience in high-pressure work environments. The Finance and Operations Manager must be versatile in their understanding of the larger vision and as well as the fine details and tactics needed to achieve NUM's goals.

The successful candidate will work in an agile manner to ensure the charity continues to be proactive and innovative, while also being responsive to the changing landscape within the sector and the international sex worker rights and safety movement. As part of supporting the operations of NUM, the successful candidate will provide resources, information and support to NUM Managers and Coordinators across diverse projects, workstreams and teams, to achieve aspects of the organisation’s mandate of 'ending all forms of violence against sex workers' and eliminating the conditions that lead to poverty and survival sex work.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 

• At least 3 years' work experience as a Manager, Project or Programme Manager or similar role that requires oversight of a whole system, business, operation or organisation Experience leading remote or hybrid teams is desired. This includes time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, lead team meetings and support members to manage resources, timelines and project budgets, etc. 

• At least two years’ experience in grant writing and fund development, as well as in financial management, with a demonstrated ability to co-develop budgets, cashflow forecasts and financial reporting as well as oversee banking activities and work with accountants and Trustees to ensure NUM’s financial health.

Friends of the Earth International (FoEI) is the world’s largest grassroots environmental federation with more than 70 autonomous member groups around the world. FoEI aims to ensure that the struggles and experiences of local communities – especially those most affected by unsustainable development – are brought to bear on policies and practices at national and international levels. We focus on climate justice and energy, forests and biodiversity, food sovereignty, economic justice, gender justice and environmental human rights defenders. Our vision is of a peaceful and sustainable world based on societies living in harmony with nature.

FoEI’s decentralised and democratic structure allows all member groups to participate in decision-making. We are governed by our member groups who come together every two years to vote on issues facing the federation. A small International Secretariat (IS) in Amsterdam and a team of global staff support the member groups, campaigns, programs, and other activities of the federation through fundraising, campaign coordination, trainings, communications, and information management. 

FoEI is seeking an International Fundraising Officer (80% FTE – 30 hours per week) to join our small fundraising team. The fundraising team is part of the International Secretariat and works collaboratively with staff and member groups across the globe to raise over €2.5 million annually. This position reports to FoEI's International Fundraising Coordinator (based in Amsterdam) and can be based in any country where FoEI has a member group, including at the International Secretariat office in Amsterdam.

FoEI’s fundraising approach aligns with its mission and values, which means that FoEI does not accept donations from corporations. In 2026, FoEI’s funding will come primarily from private foundations, the EU, and membership fees. Within the context of a challenging funding landscape, particularly cuts to development aid budgets, over the coming years our aim is to continue diversifying funding streams and substantially increase support from private foundations and other donors. This will provide long-term stability for the federation and enable its programs and regions to rise to the challenge posed by the multiple systemic crises we face.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the fundraising team, the International Fundraising Officer will implement a comprehensive and strategic fundraising plan aligned with FoEI's mission and vision, in collaboration with the International Coordinator, other secretariat staff, Executive Committee (board), International Program Coordinators and Regional Facilitators. Key responsibilities include:

· Prospect research:

• Research, identify and monitor prospective funding opportunities and keep donor records up-to-date.

• Regular sharing of funding opportunities with member groups.

· Fundraising materials, grant proposals and reports:

• Position FoEI to anticipate and respond to prospective funding opportunities

• Lead in the development of fundraising materials, including case studies, concept notes, proposals and reports – collaboratively with FoEI teams, member groups, regional structures, and allies.

· Donor Relationship Management

• Develop bespoke cultivation plans for key donors.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

• At least 3-5 years of proven experience working across the full life cycle of fundraising from prospecting, proposal development, donor relationship management, grant management and reporting.

• Proven track record successfully raising six-figure+ grants from philanthropic foundations and donors, particularly in the US, UK and Europe.  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to process large amounts of information quickly and succinctly.

• Ability to work within and navigate a complex and decentralised environment with different cultures, languages and skill-sets.

• Ability to work with and support numerous projects and teams concurrently, working both independently and as part of globally distributed teams.

• Experience working on environmental and social justice issues and a strong affinity with FoEI's vision, mission, and values.

• English fluency, both spoken and written; working knowledge of Spanish or French would be a plus.

As Congress Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing the systems and processes that drive our scientific programme, from abstract management and speaker coordination to on-site delivery and post-event evaluation. You’ll be the go-to person for presenters, working with an international team and partners to ensure a seamless, inspiring experience for all participants.

About the role:

• Lead the planning and delivery of the World Physiotherapy Congress scientific programme.

• Manage complex abstract and review systems, coordinate committees, and support speakers throughout.

• Oversee event technologies (e.g. apps, ePosters, registration) and collaborate with AV and logistics partners.

• Work closely with the Head of Events and a global network of professionals to deliver an exceptional delegate experience.

• Contribute to creative ideas, innovations, and continuous improvements across the congress lifecycle.

About you:
You’ll bring experience in scientific or association event management, ideally with international exposure. You’re an organised problem-solver with excellent communication skills, comfortable managing digital platforms and juggling multiple timelines. Above all, you care about creating impactful, inclusive events that reflect World Physiotherapy’s mission.
