If you have a knack for data and a passion for purpose-driven work, this role is tailor-made for you.
Come and be part of the leading Armed Forces charity, making a difference to the lives of those who have served to keep us safe and protect our way of life.
We're looking for someone with more than just technical skills. Whether you're explaining complex technical details in simple terms or resolving conflicts with grace, your interpersonal skills will be put to the test – and they'll shine.
In return, you'll be part of a team that's dedicated to making a difference. From post-campaign analytics to supplier management, your contributions will shape the future of our fundraising efforts. And with opportunities for growth and development, you'll have the chance to expand your skills while making a positive impact on the lives of veterans and their families.
Here at RBL, we aim to support our people and their wellbeing, with a package including generous paid holiday allowance and pension scheme contributions, and a range of optional benefits and discounts.

The shared soul of the organisation is to be passionate about helping young people from less-advantaged backgrounds; build up other charities and community groups and want to partner with them or support them; want to work with businesses and organisations to get things done; and care deeply about addressing racial inequity.
The organisation has a number of strands: core Making The Leap; the UK Social Mobility Awards; the Social Mobility Podcast and our initiative Black Charity Leaders. Your remit would be directly with the first three strands and those in your team will offer support to the fourth.
